After 10 min it became clear they needed to get into the doghouse I have a conversion van so this meant moving a lot of stuff around. I also have a musculoskeletal disability, and it took me about 20 min to move the vast majority of the stuff which needed to be moved, which was a lot for me, I'm still in pain from it, but I did it because that's what needed to be done, but then I always need help with the 70 lb RV refrigerator. 2 min to do for an able bodied guy. mechanic agreed to do it Then they came back and said they couldn't get to the diagnostic stuff that day. And that if I came back: 1) They'd charge me $100 extra for moving the 70 lb RV fridge in and out. 2) They'd charge me twice as much as they had quoted for 1 hr diagnostic. When asked why the front desk drone blathered something about extra time getting in and out of the doghouse. which takes 5 min. I've taken this van to 6-7 mechanics over the years. When the doghouse has needed to be accessed, this has always been the process. It's never been a problem before. I go out of my way, even injuring myself, to do what I can. And then they help with the RV fridge, which only takes a minute. The Americans with Disabilities Act explicitly states that "reasonable accommodations must be made for individuals with disabilities" To charge them more than twice as much is to punish them for having a disability. The fact that most people with disabilities are socio-economically impacted makes this doubly unethical. Whatever good qualities this shop has, Discrimination agains people with disabilities makes the difference and earns them a 1 star review.

There was a problem with the communication surrounding the tow transfer so I started my experience with Hands on Auto Tech with some trepidation. Tom handled the situation and we moved onto the real problem with my truck. The diagnosis was the clutch so I approved the repair and waited a few days for the parts to arrive and the repair to proceed. After the clutch was replaced another problem with the operation of the clutch was discovered so I agreed to the additional repair and another day for repair. After a week I was reunited with my truck. The repair was costly, lengthy and unexpected but coming out the other side of this experience I learned a couple of lessons. 1. If you have your vehicle towed to a shop follow the tow truck to the shop and verify the transfer. 2. Communication and follow up throughout the repair are key Tom was great to deal with and I feel that he was honest with me about the repairs needed and the cost of those repairs. Having recently moved to the area I feel my vehicle maintenance and repair needs can be checked off the list. I can recommend Hands on Auto Tech to anyone needing an honest repair facility and Tom as a good guy to deal with.

This truck had belonged to my former landlord whereupon his daughter sold it to me as the old boy had gone to a retirement facility. In his later years maintenance and repairs had been let go but being sturdy and strong running, I bought it and am slowly bringing it up to snuff and it is good in the event I should need to do any long distance traveling with it. . Attended the new shop opening, located just off I-25 and Colorado route 66, where I met Mr. Maggio's family and some of the other customers who call Hands On Autotech their home for vehicle repair and servicing. I first went there based on the recommendation of the Martino troubleshooter show on 630 KHOW AM radio; 10 AM - 2PM, M-F. My opinion is that Tom's shop takes something of a scientific approach to vehicle repair and will go more in depth with an analyses than another shop I had been to for an issue with my '99 Tahoe. As an EV owner himself I gather that Tom is up on the current tech, perhaps more than some other places who would have men of my age (68) from the "dinosaur era" of automotive tech working at their shops.

Called and was able to set up an appointment with Judith to get the service done the following week. It was dropped off at 9am and received a call it was ready at 330. Judith was very friendly and helpful going over the vehicle maintenance that was done and what issues were found that may require some attention. There is a coffee shop next door and they do offer a ride for drop off or pick up if you need one when leaving your car with them. Michael is very nice and felt safe riding with him.

I loaned the car to a potential buyer who took…read morethe vehicle to Rob's for a presale inspection, which included using an OBD diagnostic tool to check the vehicle status and look for fault codes. The vehicle did return a handful of fault codes, which the buyer had understandable concerns about. However, ultimately some of the faults were outdated and could be cleared without issue, and the remaining faults were all addressable. The main issue was that Rob's reported the "battery capacity" to the buyer as "about half," which was an immediate deal breaker for the buyer. When he shared this with me, I was deeply confused, as the range of the vehicle is still close to 100% of what it was when it was new. Using my own OBD diagnostic tool, I confirmed that the battery health was near 100%, and that's when I realized what had happened: the technician at Rob's had misinterpreted the *current* state of charge (which was about 50% at the time of the inspection) as the batteries total capacity. Figuring that this would be a simple matter to clear up, I called Rob's and spoke the the technician. From the moment he picked up the phone, was combative and indignant, and refused to acknowledge the error. When asked if I could come by to have the car scanned with a fully charged battery to confirm the error, he said he would charge me for the full cost of another presale inspection. The mistake of the technician and total lack of accountability cost me the sale of my vehicle. If their techs don't understand the difference between a battery's state of charge and total capacity, I certainly wouldn't trust them to do any work on my vehicle. Recommend looking elsewhere.

A cabin air filter costs $8 on Amazon and takes 5 minutes to install and a coolant flush is a relatively simple job that can be done by someone with little to no mechanical experience. If you need any real work done on your car, please.. just go to an honest REAL mechanic. Do not fall for these corporate rip offs.

Beware of this in my opinion, sleazy unethical & illegal practices by this used car salesman & his flunkies. Don't let their lack of plaid sport coats fool you, in the end they will leave you with that stereotypical used fishy car salesman smell. Fool me once shame on Fisher, fool you after reading this, you were warned. On December 22, 2014, I made the mistake of overlooking the fishy stench & nagging intuition that I was getting had via the proverbial bait & switch. I purchased a used 2002 Toyota Sienna ("Vehicle") from Fisher Auto, Inc. ("Fisher"). When I took the Vehicle for a test drive with the sales agent, Mr. Justin J. Kowatch. I asked Mr. Kowatch about the: ABS light, break light, tire gauge lights, as well as some vibrations & noise when turning, breaking, or going over bumps. Mr. Kowatch stated: "that the issues are of no concern because Fisher had serviced the entire Vehicle & Fisher merely forgot to reset the lights." Mr. Kowatch also stated: "the noise was because the Vehicle is not new, but there were no known outst&ing maintenance issues to disclose because the Vehicle successfully passed a multipoint inspection." I was adamant about taking the Vehicle to a third-party mechanic, but Fisher's agent vehemently discouraged I taking the vehicle to a third-party mechanic. Mr. Kowatch stated: "that although it is an older Vehicle & Fisher could not promise that nothing new might not spring up in like six (6) months, the Vehicle did go through a multipoint inspection & that there were no safety or other outst&ing issues with the Vehicle to report at that time." Fisher induced my purchasing the Vehicle by assurances made by Mr. Kowatch. On February 13, 2015, I took the Vehicle to get serviced at Broomfield Auto Service Center, ("Broomfield"). Broomfield, serviced the TPMS light, control arm replacement, & four wheel alignment, tie rod end, brake disc, brake pad set, front brake reline, bushing, & resurfaced the rotors. See attached invoices. Broomfield stated that in their professional opinion, the bushings & brake conditions should have been noted at the time of the Vehicle multipoint inspection. The total amount for the work performed by Broomfield is $1,564.26. I dem&ed that Fisher compensate me for this amount. In my opinion Fisher committed fraud & negligent misrepresentation, if Fisher knew that the Vehicle was in poor condition or had extensive problems, or if Fisher omitted important facts that would reflect poor condition or extensive problems. Fisher would have made a false misrepresentation of a material fact when Fisher stated that the Vehicle had been fully inspected & was fine. In such a situation, Fisher would have known that I was ignorant of the falsity, & that such a representation was made to be acted upon by myself in purchasing the Vehicle, & such reliance has clearly resulted in my injury. The fact that many problems with the Vehicle were noted as being obvious to a competent inspector bolsters my opinion. Fisher could also be liable for negligently misrepresenting information with respect to the Vehicle's condition. On December 22, 2014, Fisher represented to me that the vehicle underwent a through multipoint inspection & that there was no safety or other outstanding issues with the vehicle. The fact that many problems with the Vehicle were blatantly obvious to a competent inspector would supports my opinion, & would make Fisher liable under the theory of negligent misrepresentation. Based on the actions & statements by Fisher, I claim that Fisher engaged in deceptive trade practices. When I asked that Fisher immediately compensate $1,564.26, the amount I paid to get the Vehicle functioning properly. The Owner Mr. Craig Fisher (As seen on TV) himself verbally chastised me for having fallen for their bait & switch with the nothing we say verbally is to be counted on bait & switch tactics. I just helped my daughter purchase a 2010 Kia Forte SX from Fisher Honda Kia and it was an exceptionally positive experience. We stopped by Fisher during the initial exploration stage of our vehicle search and were greeted by Phil Robinson. The first thing that struck us about Phil was that he was not there to quickly assess your ability to buy and to start applying pressure. Instead, he demonstrated a genuine interest in helping my daughter find the right car. Despite the fact that we weren't going to buy that day, Phil invested time and energy to make sure that we understood the options at both Honda and Kia, and he gave us a great introduction to the Fisher team. It became very clear to me that this was not the typical dealership I'd seen so many times before. There was a clear emphasis on cultivating a long-term relationship with customers, and a commitment to carry high quality products. We visited many different dealerships in the coming weeks, and had the opportunity to see many of the latest cars. In the end, my daughter decided she wanted to buy the 2010 Kia Forte SX. This is a very impressive car, and the shopping experience has completely changed my preconceived notions of Kia. These are great products (I really like the Sorento myself)! Of the different Kia dealerships we visited, we were most impressed with Fisher. Phil was very happy to work with us to find the perfect car. Phil answered all of our questions honestly and thoroughly, and he went the extra mile to make sure that my daughter was getting exactly what she wanted. He and the sales manager, Justin Gasman, went the extra mile to get us a phenomenal deal, to keep us informed as the car was prepared and to plan what would prove to be the most exciting, joyous and memorable delivery experience I could have imagined. The owner, Craig Fisher, made a special trip to see us during delivery, to introduce himself and to let us know exactly where we could find him, should we ever need his help. I've purchased a lot of cars in my lifetime, and I've worked with a lot of dealers. Fisher is distinguished by its serious commitment to its customers, to excellence in its employees, to quality products, and to cultivating long-term relationships. If you don't believe this, go take a look at their service business and talk to the people who are hanging around and have been customers for a long time. I would do business with Fisher in a heartbeat. I would highly recommend Phil Robinson to anybody who is searching for a new car. Justin Gasman is the classiest sales manager I've ever met. My name is DJ Hanson and I'm in Sales here at Fisher Auto. I've been here a little over a year now and I sought out a family owned dealership, when I first visited seeking a roof and employment. I read the reviews of customers and the replies from the owners and managers of the dealership. I'd say I went back about 3 years to see what the buyers and community had to say about this 50+ year old and family owned dealership during Covid and after. I applied at multiple dealerships in the areas I wanted to live and Fisher was my first interview. After meeting with Matt Betancourt and Scott Shimer (Acura mgr at the time and Vice President) of the Dealership, I was sold. Even though I had other interviews lined up, I told myself that if they send me an offer the next morning, I would accept it immediately. They did and I accepted. The owner and President of Fisher Auto, Craig Fisher, gave me and another new hire a full tour of the entire dealership. Sales, Service, Detail, Parts and Collision. Not a single department was left out and Craig knew every employees name as we walked through and he told me about his father and the history of Fisher Auto. At the near end of the tour, Craig gave me and the other new hire, 3 different books. Each of them with personalized notes, highlighted sentences and phrases and a note on the reason why he chose the books he did. January 25th 2024 was my 1 year anniversary here. The buyers I've encountered and advised, educated and sold to, have been absolutely fantastic. Getting this caliber of prospects to consult to and locals who in turn gave me advice on which restaurants I should visit and which trails to hike and more have been truly helpful and a honor to receive (I'm a foodie). A less than ideal experience with one very bright spot! We called on a weekend for a vehicle that had just arrived. DJ informed me the vehicle was not ready but he would call me and let me know as soon as it was. During this time I had looked at many vehicles trying to decide on the best for our family. A few days passed, and we heard from DJ, just as he said we would. His impeccable follow up and attention to detail really stood out compared to the other dealerships that we had worked with. DJ was very kind and not at all pushy through any of the questions we had. Our financing was in place, and since we live in Brighton and the dealership is in Boulder, DJ got to work that way we would save time once we arrived.He ensured the paperwork easy to understand and, made himself available . If he didn't know the answer he was persistent enough to find it and call back on time. The deal became tricky when we asked to take advantage of the current Federal EV rebate on used vehicles which we qualified for. There is an option to apply as a down payment or a credit on your tax return. The finance department seemed to know very little about the program and from what we were told, ownership and management had been involved, and were told that the dealership is not participating, and would not apply the down payment credit with not much other explanation from the dealership other than the deal would not happen. By this time we were informed of this we had already traveled over an hour after our work day to complete a deal we thought was done. After the disappointment in our experience and spending 2 hours+ commuting to the dealership, we went back to the drawing board and landed a vehicle we are more than happy with. (A local broker not only applied the tax credit as our down payment but delivered to our home.) With in 24 hours of our experience with fisher Honda, DJ contacted us with news that he had gone to bat for us, and the dealership was willing to change their mind. This goes to show how much of an asset to the dealership DJ is. While the company made us feel more like a sale, DJ showed that the clients he works with are important to him and sees them as real people. This is very rare in sales these days. If given the opportunity we would absolutely work with DJ or refer anyone in search of a vehicle. read more

This Dealership in a Nutshell - Two Words: Absolutely Fantastic!! After having driven my first Honda--a 2002 Honda CR-V--in South Africa for the past two years (State Dept Foreign Service/US Embassy Pretoria), I had enjoyed driving the car so much that I finally decided it was time to buy my first brand new automobile--a 2012 Honda CR-V. Where to begin all the way from South Africa - next Post soon to be US Consulate Frankfurt, Germany. 1. Built out the specs I wanted on the Honda Website. 2. Call Mom and let her know I'm coming home on Home Leave and want to buy one. 3. Mom calls the Longmont Honda Dealership and they weren't very friendly or helpful to her. 4. Mom decides to call the Fisher Honda Dealership in Boulder, and Mr. Tom Tomass answers and was immediately friendly and very helpful to her and asks her to have me send him the specs I'm lookin' for. So, I did! And, the rest is well,... pretty doggone awesome!!! Thomas Tomass was outstanding to work with! I emailed him the specs I wanted (fully-loaded EX-L with lots of extras), let him know the date I'd arrive back into town, and he ordered the CR-V, had the extras installed at the Dealership, and had it ready for me to pick up when I got there. We even worked out the financing, et al., in advance of arrival and picking up the car at Fisher Honda was just SO easy and hassle-free simply because of his consistency and follow-up with me all the way up to when I got there. We had interacted via email from South Africa since March 2012 and I had to rely on him to keep me posted and deliver the product I was asking for. And, HE DID! And, he did a GREAT JOB getting me exactly what I asked for! I couldn't be more pleased with the vehicle and his OUTSTANDING, Very Well Done, Customer Service to assist a person he just had to trust would actually follow-through from South Africa for what she was asking for at pickup in Boulder in June 2012! We came in to look at a Kia Sedona because Fisher was one of the only dealerships in the whole Denver marea that had an EX Model. We were undecided on the second vehicle. Robert Jaquez was our sales advisor and immediately offered us refreshments. He went the extra mile to explain all of the vehicles we looked at and to answer our specific questions. While we were talking, the Sales Manager and Assistant Sales Manager came and introduced themselves. Later during the process, the Owners also came by and offered their appreciation and any assistance needed. It is a friendly environment both for the customers and the onsite personnel. The staff genuinely like each other and the example starts at the very top and works down at every level. We knew we wanted the Sedona and settled on a nicely equipped Sportage as the second vehicle. We had wanted to lease both, but the only glitsch was that Kia does not have a lease program for vans. I went ahead with the lease for the Sportage which was accomplished with ease. We took it home and came back the next day to hash out a purchase on the Sedona. This proved a little more complicated. As self-employed small business owners, our income is variable and harder to verify to suit the financing agencies, particularly for the higher amount of a direct purchase. Jonathon Fisher, the sales manager, stepped in at this point. Jonathon was formerly the finance manager, and used those skills to burn up the phone lines. After several conversations with bureaucrats who would only quote statistics and policy, he hooked us up with a credit union that offered a solid, hassle-free deal. This did involve a slightly higher interest rate than originally planned, but Jonathon gave us an additional rebate that offset much of it. I cannot say enough for Fisher Kia and its people! I don't generally post for people who just do their jobs, but when everyone bends over backwards to exceed expectations, they deserve every good thing I can say about them! read more

I picked up my new pilot last week from Fisher Honda in Boulder, CO. Phil Robinson was my contact. I live 250 miles from the dealership and negotiated over the phone. My goal was to get back home on the same day if possible. Even though I was an hour late, Phil was ready for me. All the paperwork was completed when I arrived. Phil had me complete a form a few days earlier to get my information. I signed several documents with Phil and then went to see Mike Kopper in the Finance Deptartment. After the usual 20 questions about extended warranties and such and a few more forms to sign, it was back to see Phil. Phil tossed me the keys and we headed outside. The Pilot was detailed and all the extras were installed. Phil apologized more than once about the tree pollen problem they were having but I hardly noticed it on the car. Phil ran me through the basics and answered my questions. It was cool when he turned on the stero and my name popped up on the screen. While I was in the Finance Office writing the check, Phil was pairing my phone with the stereo via the Bluetooth connection. Nice touch, Phil ! I was at the dealership for about an hour total. I negotiated my price over the phone, submitted a form with my information and wrote a check for the total. Phil could not have been more prepared, and did his part to get me on my way back home. Now I'm in the Pilot and looking for the nearest gas station as I have long drive home and realize the tank is completely full, sweet. Wife calls my cell and the Bluetooth kicks in. Passed the time on the ride home by listening to a baseball game on XM Radio. The Pilot was a good choice. Fisher was a great choice. What can I say about Fisher Honda/Kia. First let me say that I am not rich, well settled, or in a position that I thought I could get a car. My credit is not great. I have benn hard pressed in the current economy and I've had to let things like credit ratings not be my priority. I was looking to buy a used car, something to get us through until I could fix the things that have gone wrong in my life. Phil Robenson too time to understand where I was, what had happened and what my transportation needs really are. I explained to him how I was not a candidate for any kind of reasonable financing. My own credit union said no, the other people I talked to said they could get me financing at 21% maybe more. Phil went to work for me. He realized that since I have a child who needs to go to Childrens Hospital regularly I needed very reliable transportation. Not just something to get me though. He brought on board other members of the team and together they found me financing that is very affordable, a car that is very reliable as it's brand new and arranged payments that are very reasonable. They understand being on a budget, particularly now in this economy. They understand that not everything that goes wrong in a persons financial life is their fault. They understand that bad things happen to good people. They also recognise when someone is trying to rebuild their life and are willing to help in that process. What they did for me took a massive load of stress of my shoulders, stayed within my budget, and will help me repair my credit. This was my first time financing a car after owning a few Craiglist whips that I paid cash for. I was reluctant to head to a dealership because of all the horror stories I've heard about other dealing with dealerships. After having two other places sell cars that I had set up appointments for, I showed up at Fisher Honda without any previous contact to test drive a car I saw online. I went on a test drive with Shawn Bowers and the vehicle was pretty close to exactly what I was looking for. After the drive and inspecting the vehicle I decided I'd take it. The price was reasonable and there was no pressure at any time to make the purchase. We went inside to start filling out paperwork. I was given a fair price for my trade-in and the financing was easy, plus I got a better rate than I was anticipating. I can't remember the finance manager's name (oops), but he was super personable and easy to work with as well. I'll be taking it back in to get the windows tinted soon and for any future maintenance while I own the vehicle. TLDR; Super low pressure unlike a lot of other dealerships. As I was leaving a couple showed up to look at the vehicle I had just bought. After missing out on 4 different vehicles at other dealerships in the Boulder/Denver area in one week, I learned first hand that don't stick around for long. If you see something you like, I'd recommend getting there asap to check it out. I just had a great experience with Fisher Honda in Boulder, sales associate Mack Gralund and Marilyn the receptionist . I bought a used '04 Accord from Frontier Honda in Longmont in '07 (and was totally ripped off by them, so avoid them & go to Fisher and ask for Mack). Anyhow, my battery died and I had to have it jumped which causes the radio to lock. Frontier had put a card with the WRONG code in my glove compartment. You only get so many tries before it locks you out and it did. I saw that the car's original owner had bought it at FISHER HONDA in Boulder. I called them and was greeted by Marilyn. When she asked where I wanted to be directed, I explained my predicament. At first she apologized , said service was closed for the day, and to try back Monday. When I told her I was driving for 4 hours by myself tomorrow, she said, "Let me get you Mack. He's really good and maybe he can help you." She was right! After trying the WRONG serial number the Frontier people had left me with, he was able to tell me how to get the right serial number from the radio, and when I called him back he was able to find the right code for me and my radio now works. I called 3 times and each time both Marilyn and Mack were so helpful!! They treated me with kindness and humor, and did not make me feel like I was bothering them at all, even though they received nothing from helping me. I purchased my Kia Sorento at Fisher Kia and couldn't have asked for a better experience. After test driving several cars and dealing with several sales people I was very pleased when Jeff Katz a Kia salesman was not pushy and let me test drive what I wanted and gave me the information needed. He did not try to show me any cars I was not interested in and really listened to the important features I wanted in a car. Unlike some of the other salesmen I came across Jeff didn't not bother me with constant calls about the cars I had test drove. Once I decided on which car was the perfect fit for me I went back to Fisher Kia and had the wonderful help of Jeff Katz and Justin Gasman in finding the right car to meet all my needs. This was my first experience buying a car at the Fisher Kia Dealership. After extensive research online and the many strong reviews from other customers, I decided that my best experience would more than likely come from this dealership, AND I WAS RIGHT!! Justin Gasman was extremely friendly and it was very obvious he took pride in his dealership and their ability to provide a smooth, no pressure relationship with their customers. When I arrived at Fisher Jeff Katz assisted me. His job was cut out for him because I was torn between the Optima and the Sportage. Jeff was extremely informative about both vehicles. He took the time to allow me to become very familiar with each so I would be able to make the best decision. Once my decision was made to lease the Optima, the rest of the process was totally painless, quick and easy. I have purchased new cars from other dealerships and the time it took to finish the process was no less than 5 hours. This entire process (thanks to Jonathan Fisher's precise preparation of the paperwork), only took 2 hours - from first test drive to departure. Also, at least 45 minutes of that time was spent with Mac Gralund as he went over every detail of the Optima and all it's bells and whistles. Jared Baros is the best car salesman I have ever worked with in my 63 years of life and I have bought a bunch of cars for myself, wife, son, and daughter. I live 2 blocks from Mile High Acura on Havana but because Jared was so polite and kind I decided to drive 45 miles to Boulder to get my new 2022 RDX. Jared treated me as a person first during this whole process and never as just another sales under his belt. The transaction was super smooth and because I'm not great on technology Jared walked me slowly through every detail on how to operate the car. A couple times I had to ask him the same question and he just stayed calm and answered me with kindness. I sold my 2021 BMW on the day my car was suppose to arrive so I had no way of getting my new RDX in Boulder so Jared drove his own car up to my house and picked me up on a super snowy day. Can you believe that? I was a little nervous during the whole transaction but Jared was really reassuring as was his sales manager Matt Bettancourt. I'm a retired teacher and now a realtor so customer service and building life long relationships is very important to me. My family has been buying vehicles from Doc with the sales team for over a decade now and I can not say enough good things about him. My last vehicle was a CRV that I purchased from Fisher with 100,000 miles on it back in 2005 and I managed to put another 165,000 miles on it with minimal maintenance until it finally broke down. I had it towed in and the service team managed to get back to me that same day even though they were booked up and I didn't have an appointment. *A quick side note, I want to give props to Brown and everyone else on the service team as well. You guys are always friendly, prompt and professional, so thank you. When the verdict came back that it wasn't worth repiaring Doc showed me around the lot and encouraged me to research the vehicles, talk it over with my wife and get back with him the next day (it was late and even if I'd made a decision we wouldn't have been able to get through the paper work that day.) My wife and I liked the Prius V that was on the lot and after researching it further we actually felt better about picking that car because it was very reasonably priced. The next day Doc and Scott from the sales team took great care of me and Michael from the finance team was pleasant and easy to work with. I hope to not need a new vehicle anytime soon but when I do I will be go back to Fisher. read more

I highly recommend Fisher Honda and their Internet Salesman, Jeff Tomko. When I purchased a 2011 Civic, I was very pleased with the experience with Fisher and Jeff. I am very thorough and analytical. Before I went to Fisher, I had done my research. I knew that the Civic was highly rated by Consumer Reports and other new car research sources. I had also done research on the retail price of the Civic -- the MSRP -- as well as the wholesale price of the Civic -- the amount which Honda, the manufacturer, charges dealers for the cars. Before talking with Jeff, I had obtained prices from three auto brokers. Then I talked with Jeff and the price he gave me was better than the prices which the three brokers had given me. When I picked up the car at Fisher, Jeff took plenty of time time to familiarize me with the Civic and with the dealership. Jeff and Jonathan Fisher, who handled all the paperwork, explained to me the other products and services, such as the extended warranty, which were available to me. There was absolutely no high pressure to buy these other products and services. When I asked a friend of mine where he purchased his Honda CR-V, he highly recommended the Fisher dealership and Jeff, the Internet Salesman. I recently bought a car from Fisher, and it was an awesome experience! The whole team was friendly and professional, especially my salesman DJ. He knew everything about the cars and answered all my questions without any pressure. DJ really listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect car. I have a 2011 Kia Optima EX and was overdue on the recommended 15K maintenance check-up. I took it to the Fisher Kia Service Department and have nothing but good to say about the folks who serviced car. Great service (they fit me into their schedule quickly) and very friendly and genuine. I am especially appreciative of Mike, the shuttle driver. I had very little down time at work while my car was being serviced because he dropped me off at work quickly and picked me up pronto when the car was ready, and it didn't hurt that he is just a friendly guy all the way around. Overall, I'm very pleased with Fisher Kia Service. I have to conclude by expressing how happy I've been with my 2011 Optima...it's a year old and I still LOVE it. Random people will talk to me at gas stations and fast food joints, etc. about this car - always compliments about how beautiful the car is, how sporty it looks, etc. Never got looks or compliments when I drove my corolla or camry ;-). Don't get me started about how beautiful the interior is. Aside from looks, I've taken this car on multiple cross country road trips and have not had one single issue - awesome gas mileage (30-36 mpg) on interstate and spacious backseat even with front seats all the way back (good car for taller people). read more

This week, I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2019 CRV from DJ at Fisher. DJ was kind, not pushy, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best car for my needs. He patiently listened to my preferences and provided thorough answers to all my questions. What impressed me the most was DJ's responsiveness and willingness to accommodate my schedule. After test driving a few cars on a Friday, I continued to communicate with him via text the following Monday to negotiate and finalize the terms. This allowed me to make decisions from the comfort of my home without feeling rushed or pressured. During the trade-in evaluation of my old car, a concerning airbag recall was discovered. Without hesitation, DJ offered me a loaner car for the weekend to ensure my safety, even if I didn't end up purchasing a car from him. I'm currently in the market to buy a used Honda Pilot. My current car is a 2010 GMC Acadia FWD. I went to Carmax at 104th and Federal to get an appraisal on my car. It came out to just about what I owe on my loan. Carmax then agreed to transfer in a used Honda Pilot from Las Vegas since they didn't have any that I wanted on their lot. The transfer is free because they currently have a promotion where they will transfer any 4wd/awd vehicle into Colorado for free. After getting an appraisal and picking the Pilot I wanted transferred in...I went to Fisher Honda to look at a Used Honda Pilot Silver Touring with 34K. The salesman was very knowledgeable and I wanted to do a deal, but they were $3500 below what CarMax offered on my GMC Acadia. I was a little put off when the salesman came back and said "I have some great numbers for you Paul" when he knew that I had $3500 in negative equity. I guess the point of this note is that the traditional dealership model is a dying breed. I have had run into several situations now where a dealer will offer $3k under what Carmax will offer and Carmax will buy the car outright without doing a trade in deal. It's probably why Carmax shops are spreading like wildfire. read more

I've owned a Honda of some sort since 1981, but was considering a change. I came in basically to give Honda one shot to change my mind. Ty Freese gave me the rundown on the new safety features that were my main reason for a newer model, and truly listened to what I needed from a car so could address those particular issues. He was not pushy, just informative, which I appreciate. Since I travel 48 weeks of the year and was only in town briefly, I had some added obstacles to overcome. Ty worked with my schedule at every turn, never becoming impatient or pushy when I had to reschedule several times due to complications with the arrival of a grandchild on top of other issues. With the difficulty of that week, it was wonderful to have Ty bend over backward to accommodate me, and not have to worry at all about the car right then. Caleb in the finance department was able to instruct me in how I could get an expedited car registration, since I was headed out of town for several months. He made sure I understood every step, and all was accomplished beautifully. To make it right they are contributing $350 towards the purchase of a roof rack from Honda that will fit the new-used CRV we purchased from them. Long story with Fisher Honda. Our son went to school in Boulder and before he left on a long road trip we took his 2008 Element in for service - it had an overheating problem and we wanted to make sure it was roadworthy for a long drive from CO to WA. $2200. The car was back at Fisher in a week - overheating. They told us that the radiator had a leak and coolant had leaked into the engine and destroyed the engine. Of course I asked how this could be possible when they had serviced it a week earlier, they toook no responsibility for NOT finding this leak. Long story short, we could get the car fixed for $8,000. That's another $8,000 - for a 2008 car. So, we changed course and decided to look at purchasing a new used vehicle off their lot. The entire time saying repeatedly, we need stuff off and out of the Element and we were assured our son would be able to get his stuff. So, we get to payment, get the ACH info, send it off on 5/29. From 5/29 - 6/8 they claim no funds have arrived. The funds actually had arrived, they just didn't notice. How do you not notice $30K coming into your accounts? Anyway, my kid picks up his car, asks to go through the Element for his stuff - which includes a roof rack - and he discovers the Element is no longer on the lot at all. Fisher did something with the Element before the sale was completed. And I have been calling the contact person we worked with - no answer. He is not calling me back. He is not returning my texts. His name is Ron. Fisher Honda has stolen our private property on and in that car. I do want to say the staff tried to helpful during the potential fixing and the purchasing of the new used car. But they stole off of and inside the Element and are not returning my calls.

They did it right on the spot. I was in and out in a total of 20 minutes with my car fixed. (the hood wasn't fully latched so the auto lock wasn't working.) I would 100% go back for a full service. This was my first experience with Fowler and it was honestly one of the best Honda service center experiences. I've had in my 12 years of owning Hondas.

Mr. Dobrosi, the Business Director, was kind and knowledgeable. He was efficient and even commented on my wicked cool style. Service with a personal touch. Was told hyuandi dealer next door was under same owner but different management so trade in would be different is we looked at a Tucson also. Thought ok let's look at numbers, the advertised non negotiation dealership. They looked at our Honda for trade. Came back with a $500 offer for trade. Well the engine has noise, seat is broke none of which were accurate. We will trade it on auction is what we were told. Said I get it we didn't expect much but 195k miles no mechanical at least wanted a slightly better deal. Went to Hyandi next door was told the offer from Honda was the offer for trade. Not what Honda told us. Guy said since ownership was the same the offer is the same. Again not what Honda told us. Went to carmax and they offered us 2700 out the door. Chevy offered us 4000, we went with a Rav 4 and ended up getting 3500 for trade in. They said vehicle looked good minus the little cometic damage we knew about already. Was seriously disappointed in planet Honda after all this would have been our 4th Honda in a row. Would consider other Honda dealers but not here.
