Ghost Pepperoni I got a card in the mail advertising their Detroit pizza. I'm a fan of Detroit pizza and Jets is too far away, so I gave HH a chance. Fail. I ordered on line for pick-up, large pepperoni. When I got there they had no clue - showed them the email confirmation and they started to cook my pie. 10 minutes or so it's ready. I checked it before I left - there was almost no pepperoni (or invisible ghost pepperoni. ). It also didnt have the cheesy crispy edges I get at Jets and is the feature of Detroit pizza. Kid in the store was nice - offered me to take a soda, but all they had was non Diet. Who still drinks the sugary stuff? I won't go back - and I'm never a fan of conveyor belt pizza. read more

We stopped in before a full day of activities with the kids. The employee helping ua was nice and our food was out quickly. It was good for what we needed. Kinda wish there was the buffet, but that is a personal preference. Nothing wrong with how they had this place set up. It was more quick casual. read more

I read the reviews on Yelp and thought it may be a good alternative to our usual pizza places. I tipped 30% on a $38 meal being hopeful for quick delivery. I was of course wrong. The pizza showed in a reasonable time. My main issue is the pizza box between the bottom pizza box and the cheeser bread and my sandwich was crushed. The pizza was sticking to the top of the box and The box was physically crushed (see photos). The pizza was cool not warm or hot. I was extremely disappointed. I was hoping better from a business owned locally. It's probably best to eat at their location or pick up. I do not recommend delivery. read more

Behind Sonic, next to the ripoff tire place. Same as every other HH's ever, the pizza is super chain but good enough. Perfect for babysitters and the kiddos, birthday parties where you need to shovel a lot of food to a lot of people, and their weirder stuff can be tasty under the right circumstances (such as when you're drinking cheap beer and need an inexpensive bacon and jalapeño pizza). This location is also a drive-thru, which is apparently not a thing outside of the South. We had some friends from Wisconsin down and they were legit blown away by a pizza store with a drive-thru window. So I guess impress your out-of-town friends with that. Staff is unnervingly nice and attentive for being entirely teens, even the kids doing delivery. Again, it is chain pizza, but I've experienced far worse, so four stars. read more

personally like the flavor of the pizzas at this store. This is the only Howie's I've ever ordered from. My husband begged me to try it and I finally caved In. I'm glad I I've had zero issues there and we order often. I use the Hungry Howies app to order and see all their promotions. I love how I can add or take away ingredients super easy on the app. We always order the garlic butter crust on our pizzas. My husband is the one who picks up all the time so the location itself and sanitation I'm not sure. My husband knows my requirements for places where I order from. As of now I've not found anything that shouldn't be in my food and I pick threw my food before consuming it. I'm in no mood to eat anyone's hair or bandaids. Sooo last week we bought three pizzas and weren't able to eat but half the slice because they got to carried away with the garlic seasoning as you can clearly see. We didn't take it back because we had guest over and didn't have time to return it. read more

The worst service. Period. Ordered online almost two hours before delivery, and called the store 10 minutes after the delivery was scheduled but did not arrive. The manager didn't answer the phone put on hold by one of his employees for almost five minutes, so I called back. Put on hold for another five minutes, and could hear the manager talking in the background and assisting his employees with more orders. While on hold, delivery man shows up (25minutes late) and accidentally drops the pizza box sideways on the driveway with pizza spilling out. So, drove to the store to seek a refund, and instead of a pleasant discussion, the manager was defensive and confrontational. Accidents happen, but the manner in which the employees and manager handled those accidents was extremely poor. Will not go back, and don't recommend this pizza place. read more

We stopped in to grab a quick lunch. We order or food, good thing we knew what we wanted because their tv's with the menus were down. So we order, and my husband goes to get our drinks and they have NO ICE. So we go to the only open table and it is filthy so we take the warm water from the soda machine that is giving flat warm soda and we clean our table. We live in Fishhawk and wish this convenient location was not so poorly managed. A few months ago, we ordered delivery. After 1 hour we called and they said it would be another "hour or so." Friday, we stopped by to order a pizza to take on a camping trip. They said it would take 10 to 15 minutes. An hour later we finally got the pizza. They apologized and gave us some complimentary brownies. If we wanted brownies we would not have gone to a pizza place. How does this place survive???? read more

Ordered 3 pizzas and order of cheese bread. When we arrived to pick it up they had forgotten to make the bread. I was told to park and they would bring it out to me in five minutes. Ten minutes (of wasted gas and wasted time later) they brought it out and said they were sorry. Of course by the time I got home I had three cold pizzas (one of which looked to have very little cheese on it). Pizza is great a majority of the time. I always do online ordering because they ALWAYS rush orders on the phone, cut you off, then get the order wrong. Problem is, with online ordering it only gives me the option for pickup because "they don't deliver to this area" but if I call on the phone and order, they do in fact deliver here. It's a lose lose. Twice now when I have asked for the cup of parmesean cheese, it's been moldy and has green chunks in it towards the middle and bottom. When confronted about this I got a "oh, we don't think so."
