Smoothie: 1/5 I did not like the warm temp of the smoothie, I didn't like the consistency, or the taste. I am new to the area and I will admit I am a smoothie snob! For some reason in the Downey - Montebello area it is extremely hard to find a great smoothie! I will not be back. Before leaving, I specifically asked the employee to confirm that everything was included in the order. She assured me there were three bags and that everything was there. When I arrived at my meeting, I discovered that three custom bowls were missing. For an order of this size and value, this level of carelessness is unacceptable. I reached out to Blue Bowl and gave them the opportunity to make this right, but they refused to rectify the mistake. Poor customer service is one thing, but failing to take responsibility after being given the chance to resolve the issue is even more disappointing. I expected much better from a business that charges premium prices. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I can't recommend Blue Bowl.
