Five guys is consistently one of the most reliable burger spots when you want a solid meal that tastes fresh every time. The quality is always very consistent. I'm especially glad they finally added the patty melt to the menu because it's a great option. The burgers are flavorful, the toppings are fresh, and the portions are generous. My biggest complaint is the pricing. Over the years, it has gotten extremely expensive for what is still technically a fast casual burger place. A meal can easily cost much more than expected, which makes it harder to justify visiting. I also know a lot of people love the fries, but personally they're not my favorite. That part really just comes down to personal preference though, because they do give huge portions. Overall, the food quality and consistency keep me coming back, even if the prices are starting to feel a little excessive. read more

My family and I visited Five Guys recently, and while the food was great, the customer service left much to be desired. When we walked in, no one greeted us, which set a somewhat unwelcoming tone. The cashier, in particular, lacked personality and came across as sarcastic when I simply asked if everything was okay. It felt like they were uninterested in providing a warm and friendly experience. That being said, the food was delicious, which is what Five Guys is known for. The burgers were fresh, and the fries were just right. If the service matched the quality of the food, this would have been a much better experience.
