First time here! The restaurant was empty except for the cashier and a cook in the back. The restaurant has a rustic look with modern looking wooden furniture. A mix of Japanese and Western influences. Good music choice with modern pop songs. The server was extremely polite and helpful with the ordering process and offering me a water when I didn't order a drink. I got the Dragon Roll without the spicy mayo. This roll was massive! I'm glad I only got the one roll, I could barely finish it! It had huge pieces of tempura shrimp on top to accompany all the other toppings and fillings! The one roll was more than enough! While scrolling Instagram, I kept seeing videos about smash-burgers and someone I followed had recently posted about this burger place that also made sushi. I realized that it was about 10 minutes from my house and I've never actually seen it even though I've been in the area probably 20 times. I managed to convince my partner to take me here about 30 minutes before the place closed. When we arrived, the place was very clean, and trendy looking. The giant menu on the walk was easy to understand, and there was a full bar, and several booths and tables throughout the dining area. There were a few other people dining in and getting orders to go, so we took our time browsing the menu. You have the ability to order online using the QR code located outside, or one provided inside, or you could just order with the cashier, who was very helpful. My partner ordered a B town burger, which has grilled onions, two beef patties, and some kind of fried cheese. He liked it, but we were a little put off by the fried cheese. I did want their traditional Smashburger, but the person taking care of the register stated that they didn't have it listed to charge me, so I ended up getting the Jr burger with one patty, which came with waffle fries. We also decided to order a side of their loaded fries. The one thing that I feel like was a little weird is that you don't know that the menu items come with fries, it's not listed anywhere, but the person at the register will let you know so weirdly we had three orders of fries. We didn't waste them though. We ate them up! LOL. The loaded fries could've used more cheese, but my burger was pretty OK. We didn't try sushi or any drinks but if we do happen to come back, we'll probably see what the sushi is about. read more

This being my first time, I went with the namesake burger. 100% knocked it outta the park! The first thing that hit me was the flavorful beef. This hole in the wall restaurant is located in a strip mall at the far end and I kind of wondered if this was the place with not a lot of cars parked out front and upon entering there was no one inside but I continued on going off of the Yelp reviews I saw. The menu is located on the wall and you place your order at the counter then proceed to seating. Tables and booths available but not a large location. Coke products along with a selection of beers and wines available. I ordered water (not bottled) and it was served in an actual drinking glass. We ordered Poke bowls and the B-Town Burger. Poke bowls are served in wide bowl with a lot of white rice at the bottom. The selection of Poke items is kind of limited with no option of Endemame or Eel Sauce. The Poke bowls are all the ingrediets you select and you can select double the same protein if you want with the sauces on the side. So Flavor is whatever you make it. The B-Town Burger comes with a pink sauce which is just mayo & ketchup mixed together. I ordered the B-Town Burger with Waffle Fries as the side. I did order no bun, however the burger and fries had great flavor. The burger had a pile of caramelized onions with bits of bacon throughout, not sure if the fried cheese did anything with the burger but this maybe cuz I did not eat the burger in a traditional way. I did notice a table that came in after us that they had ordered the Mexican Chicharron and was kind of glad I did not order it - it was served in very long pieces and think it would be better served in chunck pieces but perhaps this is my own personal preference. During a Walmart dorm room run for my college junior and then seeking refuge from tropical storm squalls, we googled nearby restaurants and found this lovely little place tucked in the corner of a small shopping strip. We were greeted very warmly. I wanted sushi at first until I saw the burger menu. My B-Town burger was *delicious*, my college student had a feast, he was thankful enough it would last him another meal, the ribs were fall-off the bone tender. The owner makes everything handmade, the buns, the beef patties, everything......nom!!! We were excited by the pictures on the website! The burger unfortunately reminded me of meatloaf, when I was craving a Steak 'n Shake style (or better) burger as advertised. The fries (we did not receive extra) were straight-cut, not waffle cut as advertised. The sushi - and I am not kidding - HAS to be a resold Publix roll, which isn't necessarily bad, but for $16+ per roll, it's not nearly restaurant-quality. I live pretty close to B Town and I wish it had more people there because the burgers never disappoint!!!! Our usual is the Oklahoma burger and its always so fresh and tasty. The service is always above and beyond. They did a great job renovating the place because the ambiance is also splendid. My family stopped by last night to celebrate my BIL bday. At first we thought it was a sit down restaurant and called ahead to reserve a table which they accommodated no problem. When we arrived we realized it was counter service. We were totally fine with that as we were just looking for a great meal and to be together. It was honestly a happy accident that we ended up at B town. The food was incredible and the woman that helped us was so kind and really made us comfortable. We tried a few things: the burgers were so so good. They are smash burgers. We also tried the Lolly pork was great but spicy! We also had chicharrón and WOW it was perfect. It's served with guacamole and chimichurri sauce. My husband tried a sushi roll and devoured the whole roll. FIL had the grilled chicken lunch special and BIL tried the steak. Bland Food & a fee for using card I ordered the smash burger and the spicy salmon roll. The burger was a good size but was dry and lacked flavor. The waffle fries that it comes with were extra crispy, somehow being the best tasting thing there. The spicy salmon roll was definitely fresh, but still had no flavor to it. You also get charged extra for using a card, which is not advertised anywhere? Who does that? Never heard of that in my life. I was skeptical because I don't think sushi and burgers go together. Also when we went in it was empty. But they blew my expectations out the window! When we walked in it was on the smaller side. They have a bar with chairs at the front where you order your food. With 3 booths against the wall and 3 tables in the middle. The menu is on the wall you look at it and order at the bar. We ordered loaded fries and 2 B Town Burger. They were Amazing! The fries came with bacon, cheese sauce, and green onions. The burgers were so juicy and fresh! They came with their delicious B Town sauce, a fried cheese square, two smash patties, and waffle fries as a side. The service was amazing and the staff was so nice. 2 1/2 stars if I'm being honest, but closer to 2 than 3. The pictures posted by the company are completely misleading. I know it's not advertised as a smash exactly but the Oklahoma style is traditionally made with the onions smashed into the burger: The onions weren't pressed in, nor were they thinly sliced and slow cooked and jammy like they looked in the pictures. What I received was a dry double cheeseburger with copious amounts of huge, barely sautéed onions placed on top. Flavor wasn't terrible but something was clearly off with it. Also they serve crinkle fries instead of waffle as the pictures show. I guess that's what I get for expecting the demo pictures to remotely resemble the actual food. Rest of the menu looked pretty interesting and I'm not completely opposed to trying some of the other options. read more

Have seen this place for a while and decided to finally try it out. My friend joked about how we were playing Russian Roulette going but we went anyway. Going in for a weekday lunch is like getting a private eating experience because noone was there. This made me worried but we soldiered on. When we enter we're weren't sure if you seat yourself or order first and the person at the register was like you can sit and scan a the QR code or stare at the wall with the large menu on it. After a few minutes of thinking, my friend got an Oklahoma Onion Burger, I got the Birria Tacos (kind of surprised there were tacos) and my friend ordered the Mexican roll for us to try something sushi. The Mexican Roll was ordered as a safe option as it was tempura and we weren't sure if we wanted to dive in fully to that sushi. After ordering and paying I caused a Goldilocks situation with choosing a spot to eat. First table looked like it needed to be wiped as there were crumbs and cup rings from someone sitting there (again no one was there and it was like an hour after they opened so not sure who was there). Tried a high top by the window that also could have used a little wipe because there was a dead fly on the table and one on the window sill. I could have been ok with that but also had a situation where I was sliding off the chair (that was all me). Last table was just right and we settled in for the wait. It took a little while for the food to come out and the first thing out was the tacos and burger. The burger looked good and came with waffle fries, I took one and it was seasoned right. I wasn't really sure what the Birria Tacos would come with as the menu had some white out spots on it. I was surprised that it came with what appeared to be fresh guacamole as well as the consummé. After a few bites of our food the Mexican Roll came out. I will say I really like the Birria Tacos and my friend enjoyed their burger too. The roll was interesting. My friend liked it and I am still a bit on the fence, possibly leaning towards I can leave it. I would said I would try again to see other items on the menu and do the Birria Tacos again. Mexican Roll wasn't my style but could be for someone else. The biggest turn off was the tables being a little dirty and the dead fly on the high top and window sill next to the high top. I went here with my family (6 of us) for a birthday, and I was a little nervous when we showed up because it was pretty empty. I was quickly dispelled of any doubts! The food is bangin!!! This place is the definition of under the radar! I got to try several items and was impressed by all of them. I would definitely recommend the chicharrón, it was a hit for everybody. I really liked the "lollipork", super flavorful and tender with a good kick of spicy! The sushi I ordered was fresh and light and the smash burger was everything you'd want, crispy edges, ooyee-gooey cheese and a good bun. My only real criticism was the fries could have been a little hotter. As for the look of this place, it's has a nice aesthetic even if it's a bit of an unclear concept. It's got a cool western meets Asian vibe and is clean. The staff (only one girl working in the front of house) was friendly and accommodating.
