Longest wait on our orders, they had about 3 guys back in the kitchen and 1 guys just uselessly wiping down tables instead of helping with pushing out orders. The place looks cheap and gives dirty, and the employees are rude. Don't recommend. I added a photo of ALL the ppl waiting on their orders. Do better. Hire better people.

Waiting on my freshly cooked burger.

Ooh baby! I was driving past their parking lot and got lured in by the smell. Oh my. There are few things as satisfying as a grilled burger and fresh fries. I had a little cheese burger and little fries but the portion is by no means small. I love that the burgers are made to order, and certainly don't mind waiting five or seven minutes for that to happen. Right now there's no indoor dining but there are outdoor tables in the sun, with a view of the mountains. Aces!!

Staying at the Marriott in boulder and craving a burger at 9:00pm. Hotel staff recommended a quick walk across Arapahoe. Saw the five guys sign and was drawn like a moth to flame. What a great burger. Double cheese with the works. Cooked to perfection. The fries are scrumptious. The staff was awesome. They really enjoy serving the best burger!! Free WiFi!!

Grew up in Chicago, where it is definitely part of the culture…read more Fast Eddie's, a stand that sets up near the Boulder County Courthouse on the Pearl Street Pedestrian Mall, satisfies my hot dog cravings every time and today was no exception. They have hot dogs, Polish, Italian sausage, and fries too. All the necessary condiments to make you happy. Always out during the day. Pricing is really good, and they sell a large variety of soft drinks, non-carbonated options, and water.

There is no time like the Fourth of July for a hot dog! I was an occasional customer of the…read moreoriginal Eddie (Chicago native) back in the mid 90's when he first opened his cart on Pearl, I think as an early retirement job. He retired again and sold the business about 7 or 8 years ago and I believe it has been through a few ownerships by now. It is not what it was in so many ways but it is still an OK dog and hits the spot when the craving occurs. Customer service and value are a bit lackluster though the new owner has a newer, bigger wagon with more of a kitchen and menu. Also, the busy, crazy holiday event on Pearl is probably not a fair time to truly evaluate his potential, so I will try again soon. The wagon was unoccupied when we arrived, with no sign to customers about a return time and neither of the booth operators on either side had a clue where he went or when he would be back. I understand a solo operator needs to leave occasionally but a posted note would have been nice. We waited awhile and then wandered the event some and went back about 20 minutes later and he was serving. He was out of the grilled beer brat my husband had wanted, had a very busy lunch crowd apparently and he was understocked. We both ordered hot dogs with toppings which were quite fresh and tasty but the toppings were very skimpy. The buns still have the poppy seed top. Now, I do have to say, he is still offering dogs for $3, I think about what Eddie was selling at a decade ago. But food costs go up, so if you plan to use Eddie's reputation for a well endowed dog, price accordingly so there is some substance to it. Maybe he normally does but was running out on the holiday, I am not sure, but it is not the same as Eddie! Please consider raising the price a bit to reflect the real cost of space on Pearl and plentiful servings. I am sure you will still have lots of customers. No one can replace Eddie's dynamic personality but the food should not be hard to duplicate.

This place reminds me of an iconic California burger stand - a simple menu, freshly ground beef,…read morelimited indoor seating, picnic tables for outdoor seating, and paper-wrapped food. It is a rare find in Colorado! Snarfburger had four guys working between the counter and the grill and they were busy on a Sunday. There were six seats inside and about six picnic tables outside. The menu is posted on the wall, offering customizable burgers, five speciality burgers (all double patties) like the Bacon Guac (with hot sauce), The Hatch (hot peppers), Hot Island (hot peppers and 1,000 island), Spicy A1 (hot peppers & A1), and Triple B (grilled onions, bacon, bbq, and the burger). They also offer veggie burgers and gluten free buns, hot dogs, a chicken sandwich, fried bologna, BLT, grilled cheese, and milk shakes. The French fries, onion rings and tater tots came out of the fryer hot, crispy and perfect. The Hatch was flavorful and beefy, wonderfully messy with a nice balance of different spice from the hot sauce, pepper jack, the hot peppers and the green chilies. The regular snarfburger with cheese was a single well-done patty. Note: add avocado or sauce and request a thick slice of tomato because without it, it was dry like a low-fat 90/10 beef and not 80/20. Service was fast and great. Malted strawberry milkshake was thick as a brick and great. Atmosphere was great. I think I saw them feed a guy who needed a meal and I appreciate what an asset they are to our community.

Still an iconic spot for great burgers! Tried the Maui Wowie and it was great post hike.read more
