Its was ok, food was good. There was no wait when we went in around 5pm on a Friday. I got a cheeseburger and it was like 9-10 dollars. I thought it came with fries! The guys said everything is separate, which adds up. If you're waiting for payday, go elsewhere. so my husband and I shared regular fries and it was plenty. Very amazing place to come for a burger. I thought i was a huge in and out fan but not anymore after visiting five guys burger. They really make bigger better quality hamburgers. So i ordered a cheese burger double patty and fries . Wow is all have say.. The price point is about the same as in and out and you get a lot more toppings. the have a list of over 10 toppings to choose from which is amazing. The fries are even better too. Not sure what kind of fries they use but hands down best fast food fries i have had. better than in and out and mcdonalds , and burger king . they taste just amazing... So the service was great too. the young guy working the register was very nice , friendly and patience with my order. told him was 1st time here and he was just telling me items from the menu. I appreciate the food recommendation and fast service didn't have to wait too long. but they have plenty of room to wait and have free peanuts in a bin for anyone who is waiting for there food, Thats cool and awesome.. This is one of my top five places to come for a burger. I think I'd place this #3 on my list ( behind In&out and Fudruckers). I think the cheese burger is delicious! It tastes so fresh and I can taste each ingredient. Green pepper, onions, mushrooms, melted cheese, and of course the burger and bun. The fries are also delicious. I think McDonald's fries are still the best, but this comes close. Some tips about this place they give you a lot of fries, so plan on ordering just one regular size fries and that is enough for two adults. They also offer free peanuts. If you have kids the cheese burger little is good for them. Unless your kid is going through a growth spurt then order the regular size. This location is really busy. So it's kinda messy. They can't keep up cleaning the place. I recommend bringing wet napkins, and as soon as a table opens up, take it and clean it yourself don't wait for the staff to clean it. They have lots on the menu, and it's kinda pricey $8 for a burger... Compared to In&out it's a lot, and it's almost as much as Fudruckers. But Atleast Fudruckers is a "sit down place". I recommend coming here when you are really hungry, craving and American burger, but don't have time to sit and wait. read more

Usually has an updated drink/beverage machine. Has a self-serving peanut station distributed throughout the store. Has station for condiments, utensils, etc. Always crowded, can be considered a little expensive for a burger compared to other stores. Great choice for burgers, however, the pricing here is significantly higher than others so be aware. Cheeseburger has a thick patty. I think it has 2 patties with what it seemed to be 2 slices of cheese. Big sized portion for a burger with unlimited toppings/sauces of your choosing. All for $7+, you can enjoy a burger rich in flavor and melted cheese which go together hand in hand. The little cheeseburger I believe has 1 less patty and 1 less slice of cheese for around $5 The Cajun fries are the ultimate side, complimenting the burger even better. Can be considered salty or spicy to some, but it's a fan favorite. A signature order some may say. Given in humongous portions; given a cup full of fries, with a surplus of fries inside the brown bag given when picking up your order. Why anyone would speak about Five Guys and In N Out Burger in the same sentence is beyond me. Five Guys isn't even in the same category.. The Superior one! I never gripe about paying for $12-$15 burgers at a restaurant because my expectations are that the burger is going to be worth its weight in gold. So too should my $7.00 burger from Five Guys. Sadly I was not impressed. Just look at my photo. That burger looks sadly deflated. Who could blame it. It wasn't coated in any amazing, special sauce and the patty was dry. The bun.. ohhh the bun! It was more like a squished wonder-bread burger bun. Does wonder bread even make buns? In their defense, the price you pay includes a variety of toppings; jalapeños, onions, mushrooms and the like. Surely I did not pay a premium for cheese singles.. Gag! The only thing saving Five Guys are their fries. Maybe they should change the name to Five Fries. Unlike their awesome competitor, the inside of this particular location was not in tip top shape. The floors were a bit messy and the bathroom needed addressing. I swear - I gave Five Guys two chances but each time it disappointed me. A lot of people say it's the "east coast" version of in-n-out and a lot of people say it's even better...I have to disagree. PARKING: Fine, it's in the huge regal cinemas plaza. WAIT: Also, you stand in line and then order and sit down and wait for them to call your name. The place is pretty big and they have high tables and normal ones too. FOOD: This place was kind of confusing at first, the "little bacon cheeseburger" is actually the size you probably want to get because it's actually pretty big. Then, you can customize it with "All the way" or "EVERYTHING" (the toppings in black) which includes ketchup, mustard, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, grilled onions and grilled mushrooms. Or you can get the red toppings too. One bad thing about customizing is sometimes people go crazy and add a ton of sauces and toppings only to have a huge soggy burger that doesn't taste good. Sometimes too many choices is a bad thing :P The burger - I got the little bacon cheeseburger, the bun was SOGGY, I hate that! It was doughy, soggy, soft, and pretty whatevers. The meat was too well done for my taste and kind of dry. Not to mention, my entire burger was smashed. I'd MUCH rather go to in-n-out than come here. Fries - they give you A LOT, so don't overorder. Five Guys was always about Cajun fries for me. I remember ordering small fries and getting a huge amount, time and time again! I guess, this location wants to do it differently. Ordered Regular Cajun fries ($4.65 + tax) and this is what I got! When I inquired, "are these really regular??!", the guy behind the counter shows me the regular size cup from afar. :) Had barely any taste as if they were saving the cajun flavor and the potatoes for an apocalypse. First review in quite some time, but here I go: This place was not the greatest and neither the worst burger joint I have ever been too. Though it sure tries hard to convince you otherwise with the 20+ giant banners with proclaimed superiority covering almost every single square inch of free wall space. First off, I have to admit the only reason I came here was for a corporate lunch paid for kindly by my employer. Secondly, I have to say I wasn't impressed much initially by the reviews contained on this website. However, I can say with certainty that it is not nearly as bad as some claim and much worse than others say how wonderful it is. Portions are about the same size as a standard Fudruckers burger so all was well there. However, the buns fall apart annoyingly easy and it can be a pain to eat this without getting it everywhere besides your mouth where it belongs. The fries as some reviews claim were atrocious and certainly a soggy mess and did not impress me the least bit. You know you have a problem when I think Carl's JR. has a better fry product. The taste of the burger was good though and I am throughly stuffed so I am satisfied on that end. In the end I find myself left satisfied but not "wow'ed". It was close to my work and my company paid for my meal so an extra 1/2 star. 3/5 for me. The prices are similar to that of In-n-Out, but I feel like you get waaaay more fries here than you would there; plus they have free peanuts. They have a touche-screen selection of so many different sodas, that you'll probably stand there for five minutes trying to figure out what you want! Lol (Vanilla Coke FTW). I was at Jamba Juice just around the corner getting something to drink when I noticed this place and had heard about it from some people in SoCal. I decided to give this place a try after hearing about their burgers. I ordered a little cheeseburger (1 patty) with lettuce, tomatoes, and grilled mushrooms. After I paid for my order I was a bit confused as there was no designated place to wait for your order. I guess it's either take a seat if you're eating in or wait by the soda fountain if you're taking it to go. When I got my order I took a seat outside since it was a nice day and was kind of excited to try my burger. When I opened the foil though... the burger looked like something a kid put together. First glance...not impressed. I took my first bite and um...tell me why my grilled mushrooms tasted like grilled onions. Oh that's right...they got my order wrong. =/ I was hungry so I just kept eating but the burger itself was bland even with the grilled onions that I did not order. The meat was only slightly warm, and the bun was soggy. Yuck. I imagine that this is what burgers in prison would taste like if they serve burgers. Maybe it's because this location is new but being new does not excuse a poor quality burger. I will not be back. To get a decent burger, I wouldn't mind coming here but I do love the Cajun fries. It seemed to be very busy today as there were many people in the resaturant...so it wasn't surprising that it'd take a while for the food to come out. They have peanuts out for people to get and munch on while waiting for food, perfect for those who are hungry and waiting. The place itself is pretty ok, but the tables are not very stable (rocks back and forth so I had to balance it while eating). Looking around, it gave me the feels of a barn. I got the little hamburger (w/ lettuce, pickles, tomato, onion and ketchup). It was piled pretty high, same height as the normal size hamburger. Meat wise, it was pretty thin and could use a little more seasoning, but fine for me. The bun was a little soggy (not from the ketchup) but not to a point that it'd bother me. The one thing I didn't like about the burger was that the pickles were sweet. I don't know if it's just me but I like dill pickles in burgers, sour over sweet in burgers. It boggles me why there are so many promotional quotes on the walls of this place when I've already been convinced (as evidenced by me standing in line reading these quotes) to have a burger here. There are lots of options and ways to customize your burger here at no extra cost. I personally love to add A1 steak sauce. But even with the free bulk peanuts and options to add, the novelty of this place dies down quick. Don't get me wrong, the burgers taste great. But it's messy to eat, greasy, and soggy and squished from being wrapped in foil. At $5 for a little cheeseburger, it is much too overpriced and a nuisance-to-eat for me to come here regularly. The cajun fries are good though. Plus they have swanky new soda machines. In case you don't know already, a little hamburger comes with one meat patty, whereas just a hamburger comes with two.
