The burgers are amazing, the shakes are amazing, and their french fries are the best! They cook in peanut oil which is the better of the oils to cook with. When you order ahead using the app please note that whenever you show up your burgers will be ready but the fries and milkshakes will NOT BE READY. That is because they wait until you show up to cook the fries and make your shakes, that way the quality of them is not affected. They are always super friendly, they never have messed up my order, and they are always working hard back there making burgers and dropping fries. The fact this place was a ghost town at dinner time should have been a tip that something was off. I know everything is more expensive these days but their prices are rediculous and I suspect this is one of those corporate price gougers operating right now. Yesterday I stopped in with my friend and her toddlers I care for, for the first time since she raved about this place. First step into their doors and you see countless rewards plastered on their walls with a retro red and white themed design. As you approach the register to place your order, you're greeted by a very sweet and helpful cashier! I ordered the Little Bacon Cheeseburger with Grilled Onions, Grilled Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Pickles, Lettuce, BBQ Sauce, Mayo, Mustard and Ketchup, as many toppings as you want without the extra charge! It's your typical standard burger, it hits the spot and definitely filled me up, ha ha I hardly made a dent into my fries! A delicious bun, they didn't skimp on the toppings, including smoked bacon, melty cheese and it wasn't overly dressed! The Hand-Spun Vanilla Milkshake with Peanut Butter and Bacon mix-in I ordered lined up their with one of the best shakes I have ever had, my mouth is watering again just thinking about this incredible shake! I love old fashioned milkshakes and this was definitely the thickest I've had, ha ha took a bit for the vanilla ice cream to melt enough to sip! The peanut butter paired perfectly and it was the perfect balance between salty and sweet! Remember to grab a spoon to get to that perfectly smoked thick-cut bacon goodness on the bottom, it's the best part! And load up on as many toppings as you want with no extra charge! The fries I ordered were sliced to perfection and good, better dipped into my shake. Anyone else do this? It's the perfect combination of savory and sweet! I brought the leftover fries to work for my toddler and her besties today and they gobbled them right up! I would recommend this location, this burger joint was established in 1986 and focuses on fresh and good quality ingredients. Their Fries are fresh-cut Idaho potatoes and the patties are not pre-made, you can tell they are made to order and not frozen! I'll definitely be back, it's close to home and the shake alone is worth a re-visit! First off, I'm an ex five guys manager so I already have a good idea of what the store should look feel and sound like. This specific location has been nothing but problems since it opened. The leads do not care enough to correct the crews mistakes, as well as the leads seem as though they don't want to be there and don't care about anything. On a previous visit I asked for well done fries and got given Pre's that only had been dropped for a second time for less then a minute... I know how long fries take to make that was the first thing I learned to do. During that visit I asked an employee how working there was and he couldn't have been more disappointed in working there. Now we come to today's visit. I asked for well done fries again and explained my previous visit, the employee rudely told me that they can't do it anymore. I was shocked that Five guy's took away the ONLY good thing about the store. The fact that when I asked I could get well done fries. I don't see how 30 seconds more is too much to ask for. Like I said the crew member was extremely rude and telling me I'm wrong, not once apologized for the fact they can't do it anymore, just stared at me like I was crazy. I accept that and choose to not get fries. Now comes the best part... the lead was about to split up my order and give one of the burgers I ordered an OLD patty while give the other two new patties. Luckily they didn't or this would be even worse. I was watching the line table and it was because two door dash orders were being picked up so they gave them my burgers... no matter what the customer who walked in and ordered their food should get it before the DoorDash people. A simple order of 3 burgers, a large fry, and a shake became a nightmare. I arrived and checked on my order. The burgers were ready and the clerk said he would have my fries made (a Five Guys policy). As he approached the fryer, another employee said to use what was already in the warmer. They placed the fries in my bag and handed to me. I questioned them not making the fresh and they said the fries they used were just made. I tried a few and they were undercooked. I asked to have them replaced. They took my bag back, moved the burgers to another bag (throwing away my ketchup packets which were not placed in the new bag), and made a fresh order. As I waited for my fries they made the shake which sat and melted as I waited for the fries. When they handed me the new bag, the large fry container was only 3/4 full and there were less than the typical overflow scoop of fries in the bag. At about $6.00 for a large fry, I expect the container to be full. I handed the fry caintainer to an employee and asked him to finish filling it. He tossed it in the trash and filled a new cup. I arrived home to soggy burgers with far too much ketchup, and one didn't have the jalapeños that we ordered. A melted shake, and fries without ketchup. We stopped by after our church service, and let me tell you they have excellent guest service ! We came around 2:30pm on a Sunday and right when we walked in all the employees greeted us and made us feel very welcomed. The restaurant was super clean and their restroom was also very clean when I stepped in. Aside from the fabulous experience with this team, the food was fresh and delicious! All the ingredients I asked for were fresh and crunchy (in a good fresh way). Anyways I'll be returning on multiple Sunday's when I'm in the area after a great service at church you can only top off a wonderful Sunday at this very pleasant Five Guy's. I threw my food in the garbage after taking one bite of each of the things I got. I got the veggie sandwich and a cheese dog with peppers onions and mushrooms. Both items were cold and they use American cheese and the cheese was completely cold (so gross) the peppers come in huge cold slices (the kind of slices you'd dip in ranch) It was my first time eating here so I tried two things and wasted my money this place is absolutely disgusting I don't know how they stay in business selling cold food with cold cheese and cold veggies. I have been to numerous 5 Guys burgers include the Original location near Washington DC. At this location, a cheese burger and little fries with cost over $14. I was so excited that they opened a 5 Guys so close to my house but the food and service do not justify the high price. Would go to Sunrise location instead. Also, all the employees were wearing masks but not one had it over their nose. Which mask the mask worst then not having anything on your face. If you ask for peanuts, the signature of 5 Guys, they look at you strange then have to talk among themselves before they give you a paper bag with about 20 peanuts in it. read more

I have ordered from this location via the app twice, both times choosing the curbside delivery option. And both times I had to go into the store to get my order after calling to let them know I was there, and then waiting 12+ minutes. It seems this location is not set up for curbside delivery, even though it is offered. This evening when I went in, there were only three people waiting for food. I know there are more and more online and app orders, but it would take less than a minute to take an order out to a car and come back. There isn't even a good place to park for curbside delivery. All the curbs are red, and the parking lot is small so it is hard to find a place in front of the store sometimes. And one more thing - it seems part of their schtick is that they don't drop fries or make shakes until people arrive for their orders. I like the idea of that, though with both of these orders, it was obvious my fries came from under a heat lamp. They were warm but on the edge of tepid, nowhere near fresh from the fryer. I know these are trying times, and I know this is a new location, so the first time I let go. This time, however, because of the rudeness of the staff all around, I probably won't be back.
