Little bacon cheeseburger!
Louis V.

This location always gets it right! They are consistently fresh delicious burgers and they have been very good on enforcing Covid guidelines. I feel safe picking up food from here and I know it will always be on point! They also give out free peanuts to go if you ask! I can't wait to have my next bacon cheeseburger!

My favorite fast food burger joint. The burgers here are yummy and their triple fried fries are delish.

11/24/19 It has been over a year since I set foot in this place. It has been over a year since this place first opened. I thought the service here and they layout are still great. The food here is delicious, but for some reason I kept thinking about veggie patties. At a 5 Guys Restaurant, a veggie patty might be considered sacrilegious. Be that as it may, the thought still remained in my head. Upon meeting a young man fresh out of high school, he took my order and repeated my order for the two Little Bacon Cheeseburger with grilled onions, tomatoes and extra cheese. One of my Cheeseburger sandwiches came with mushrooms to which I never ordered,...nor would I ever something do disgusting. This sandwich was missing the extra cheese I asked for. The other Cheeseburger sandwich had everything on it but the extra cheese I had asked for too. I think the employee might more training on listening to customers, but he was pleasant to talk to. After explaining my my displeasure to Danny the manager, he offered to correct the problem and have the new sandwich be on the house. I will be collecting on that offer, but I will say Danny did help make a bad situation a better one. I will be back for an update later.

I got here right when they opened and immediately there was a line of seven people. That wasn't a worry because they had both registers fully staffed, and about three people in the back flipping burgers. I went for what zi know, the original hamburger with 840 calories, that included lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, and jalepeno peppers. They were rolling immediately, and pretty much had every order that was before me out the door. I waited about five minutes for mine, and it was cool and definitely worth the wait. The burger was huge as always, juicy and super fresh! The music was super loud probably at level 9 playing classic Rod Stewart. I took the hamburger to go, as I was already beyond late for work. I did notice however they they do have limited wearing capacity.

Was happy to see this location open after they closed the one on Wilson Blvd. It was pretty busy when we came on a Sat afternoon. The decor looked modern and the vibe was busy and energetic. We ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and a little cheeseburger with regular size fries. The burgers and fries were consistent with what you expect at a Five Guys; crispy fries and juicy burgers.

When this location first open it took forever to get our orders so I've avoided going here for awhile. I finally started coming here again and have been here 4x times and the service has improved by a long shot. The shakes are amazing. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the choices. They always give you more than enough fries so if its just two of you get the little fries. Burgers are amazing and you can add endless amounts of toppings. My go-to toppings are mushrooms, green peppers ,and grilled onions. If you're eating low carb, no problem. You can get it as a lettuce wrap. They also have to fancy soda machine that takes me 5 minutes to decide what I want.

Way too expensive or I'd go all the time, but... everything is so flavorful. Still my favorite burger in town. The fries are to die for as well, for a burger / fry combo, you can't beat it, it's not like those shake shack mediocr le crinkle cut fries, solid potatoes. The milkshakes are great too, I always go for Chico banana!

Expensive? Yes. High Quality? Yes. Fresh? Yes…read more Yes yes yes.... we all expect cheap prices for fast food but this isn't fast food. This is between fast food and a sitdown restaurant. Easy to order. To maximize value, order the "Little" burgers (1 patty) vs. Regular (patties) and small fries ( feeds 2 easily). The fries are hand cut and fried in house with potatoes from Idaho. The best potatoes in the world in taste and texture. My uncle is an agriculture professor in Idaho so he told me so. Beef is fresh and so are the veggies. I almost order all the veg to creat a side salad. A little vinegar as salad dressing. These burgets IMO are better than Shack Shake and better value as you get more food for the money. It is pricey but once in a while, treat yourself. The staff is always friendly.

We had: hot dogs, a single cheeseburger, bacon cheese fries, onion rings and two shakes-strawberry and chocolate. I really wanted to try the chocolate marshmallow shake but knew my kid wouldn't finish her chocolate so I held back. Maybe next time! We sat outside, although there is a small amount of seating inside. Ordering at the kiosk was convenient. Food came out quickly which was appreciated.

It's not the easiest place to find if you're not familiar with the mall. I had to park in the garage and then call the restaurant to see where they were located. The person I spoke with was delightful. The only thing he didn't mention was it was outside the doors once you got to Starbucks. By the time I arrived, my order had been sitting for a good 40 minutes. Luckily, my milk shake hasn't been made but the food was cold. I immediately requested to speak with the manager. He was on his break unfortunately and no one else could handle my request. I waited for an additional 15 minutes for him to return. I asked if I could have my order remade. He did so without any question which I greatly appreciate. Now that location was very busy. Almost all the tables were full and more people were coming in by the minute. With that said, the restaurant was a mess and some of the workers clearly didn't want to be there from what I saw. I ordered a single bacon cheeseburger, onion rings and a vanilla shake. The bacon was undercooked and the burger was questionable. I threw it in the trash after one bite. The onion rings were decent and milkshake was pretty good. I expected better for $25. I would not recommend or come back here. Honestly, if I knew I would end up at the mall I would have just went to coastal flats.

****SUNDAYS ONLY****…read more Homey, delicious, and satisfying! For $10, I got a massive portion of Pique that was equal to 3 meals in my book. That means I got large chunks of fried potatoes, almost like oversized wedges; thick and juicy hot dog sliced on a bias; super flavorful chunks of marinated beef, all topped with chorrellana (thinly sliced red onion; cubed fresh tomato; and a sprinkling of sliced sweet peppers), and served with a spicy green sauce on the side. Talk about some down-home Andean comfort food! I've had Bolivian food before in Miami, and this was definitely some good stuff. The place that I tried in Miami, Las Americas, was about as close to perfect as I think you can get, but I honestly struggle to believe that what I just ate actually came from a food truck! The owners of this truck have to be commended for churning out some darn good homestyle food. My only complaints are that the meat was just a tad bit tougher than I prefer, and some spots were just a tiny bit on the salty side. I'm talking really minor stuff, though, nothing crazy. All in all, on a couple-miles-long, straight shot strip where people have literally 6 other Bolivian food trucks to choose from, there is a reason why this one keeps a steady line of 15-20 hungry patrons waiting in the cold to dig into a delicious taste of home. Let me not forget to mention also that I was the ONLY non-Bolivian in line the entire time. No, I don't mean the only non-Hispanic person, but the absolute only non-Bolivian. This place was definitely serving up styrofoam boxes stuffed with some full-flavored spoonfuls of homey goodness. TIPS: If you've never had Bolivian food before, this may not be the place to figure things out because the line is really long. I'd recommend Googling the most popular dishes online first and choosing a couple that you'd like to order or else if you speak Spanish well, you'll have plenty of time in line to ask for recommendations. A few of the dishes that I remember are piqué, falso conejo, pata, chicharron, charque, aji de lengua, choclo con queso, rangla (soup), salten~as (although not listed on the menu). I went around 3:30PM and I think all of the soups were gone, but only one of about 8 dishes was sold out. That's pretty good for such a busy spot! ****SUNDAYS ONLY****
