During our recent visit to the mall, we decided to dine at this restaurant, and the experience was nothing short of delightful. My order for 2 medium cajun fries took 28mins and there were only 2 people in front of me who ordered 1 burger meal each, but there were 5 employees (1 register, 1 supervisor directing everyone, 2 cooks, and 1 fry station guy). This is the only time out of maybe 30 orders over the past 6 years at this location where my order was ever slow/wrong. They apologized to me twice during my wait and told me "your order will be right up" and after waiting just short of half an hour it was finally ready. They gave me a $10 gift certificate for having to wait so long, same with the person before me who ordered the burger and fries because his order also took about half an hour even though I didn't see any reason they couldn't make it in 5mins like they usually do? They were fully staffed, no one was being trained as if they were new or didn't know what to do, they were all moving at the normal fast pace I always see them move at, they didn't mess up cooking anything and have to throw it away to start over because I was watching everything they were doing the entire time I was waiting because I was curious as to why it was taking so long. I can't see any reason it took that long but I'd still go back as I'm assuming this was a fluke 1-time problem which won't happen again, or if it does it would be so infrequent that I probably won't experience it again, at least that's my hope. read more

I've been told having Five Guys is way better a fantasy than a reality and in this case, I have to disagree. It's taken me a few months to give in to the temptation of having one of those juicy double patty-bacon- cheese oozing all over the place- grilled jalapenos- sautéed onion burgers. I admit, it's taken me way too long to indulge and today was the day I took the grease soaked brown bag plunge. There is no way that really good tasting burger was in any way good for me. Five guys is always good. I am not a huge fan of fries but their cajun fries are super good just a bit on the salty side for me. Their burgers are nicely priced consider its pretty big especially the bacon cheese burger. It's real bacon by the way! I like my meat done no blood no pink and I never seem to have a problem with them. These pics say it all ... Bomb! Look at the salt! Here's the good about this place - really good burgers, you can choose your own toppings, including A1 Steak Sauce. The digital soft drink machine gives you a lot of different options. Also the service is friendly. The bad, they are overpriced, the burgers are not as good as In N' Out and their fries are not that good, the place is loud. Mainly my beef is the high prices. Went with my whole family plus brother-in-law to this place didn't know what to think. This place is not for the faint of heart. The burgers are huge and I had the regular cheeseburger. That's two patties that is a 1/4 pound each and with cheese and everything on it. The thing was huge I couldn't fit my mouth around it. Lots of extra all free for toppings and for 5 people w/drinks came out to be about $40. Not bad. read more

I have to admit that my favorite thing about Five Guys is the endless peanuts! The reason I keep coming back, however, is the amazing food! The burgers are huge and you get so many fries, my wife and I typically split the fries. I really like how you can customize your burger. The staff is typically made up of high school students but I have never had an issue with any of them. read more

What can I say. For my break I come here 2 to 3 times a week. They dont dissapoint. The young guy in the mornings, black shirt. I think he is the manager. Let me tell you this guy works his rear end off. Ive had one issue where they messed up my burger and Ill tell you what. He swooped in there. got rid of the wrong burger. I don't care what anyone says these are the best burgers in Vegas, followed by smash burger, then in-n-out. If you haven't been there you need to try it out. be careful of ordering a regular burger because the regular burgers come with 2 big double patties. Ok my fault for going to a location on las vegas blvd. So other than how busy it was, everything was great! I've had five guys a number of times in the past, but I finally wrote a review. Five stars for the ridiculous amount of fries they gave me! We couldnt stop laughing when we saw how many were in the bag. It was half full of fries haha. I think they were messing with us because once we started laughing the crew were looking right at us. It was really good though. read more

First time i came and i was super impresseed. I saw sack of peanuts on the side and it's kinda fun on how they ask you what kind of sauce you like on your burger. The service is extremely fast and food was suppppper good!!! Will def be coming back!!! read more
