I love this place. The cajun fries are bananas, and the bacon cheeseburger is always delicious. I like that they have lettuce wrap options, and i usually get it in a bowl so it doesn't go everywhere. Had a great cheat meal here today and the staff was delightful. There was a trainee on the cash register and he crushed it. I'm sure that is a super stressful role, but he did great. The food court dining area is nice and clean and super chill. Bummer its not more busy, but hey tis the season. Thank you Five Guys! Now I'm off to Target, which is upstairs!

Five Guys make REALLY GOOD BURGERS. The French Fries are made while you wait and are equally delicious. There are a lot of things you can add to your burger, as well! We always get mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese. The staff at this location were very friendly and were nice enough to cut the burger in half for us. One cheeseburger and regular sized fry was plenty for the two of us. This Fuvw Guys isocated in a small outdoors cakked calles Fig & 7th. If you are looking for place to eat AND shop, this is a great choice. Stores there include Target, Bath and Body, Victoria Secrets and Nordstroms. There is a nice parking structure adjacent to the mall. You can validate your parking at Target. We usually only end up paying an additional dollar.

Bland patties and veggies. Is salt an extra topping now?

If I could give this Five Guys zero stars, I would. Everything about my meal here just now sucked.. the food, the taste / flavor (actually, this didn't suck because there was none), the price and the long wait. I don't feel I'm being unrealistic or difficult when I ask for a couple burger patties a la carte when I'm on keto. Yet, this place insisted on charging me full price for their "bowl"... It was a bowl alright... A bowl of crap. The meat, onions, mushrooms and peppers were all bland - absolutely no flavor. I didn't even get the mustard I asked for. And the wait? Ten minutes for a couple patties and bland veggies in a bowl... Not worth it. This place is terrible. I'm shocked they don't have worse reviews. I'm a fan of Five Guys, but this one gives the brand a bad name.

I had Five Guys years ago and didn't like it. My favorite friend wanted to have Five Guys and I couldn't say no to her. I ordered Little Cheeseburger ($6.89) with grilled mushrooms, grilled onions and BBQ sauce. My burger was not good at all, especially the bun. I didn't bother finishing my burger. Hamburger ($8.19): my friend got this with onions, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeno peppers and light mayo. She said her burger was very juicy and she really liked it. Regular fries ($4.99): we shared the fries and I didn't like it. The fries were very limpy. My friend thought the fries were okay. We ended up throwing away more than 3/4 of our fries. Located at 7th & Figueroa food court, Five Guys has the friendliest cashier. She was helpful, sweet and friendly. 2 stars!! Five Guys is not yummylicious!!

Meh. Look at this soggy burger, i just ordered it here at the mall and am eating it here, the second I pick it out of the bag my hand is covered I this nasty greasy wetness, its all over the tinfoil of my bruger and in my bag and on my fries in the bag its quite disgusting. I'll even show you a picture look at the sheen on this soggy disguting wet bread bun Nasty. Just nasty. I've heard bad things about this five guys since it opened last year and I finally decide to come check it out and I was already weary looking at the staff who look extremely unintelligent as it is, you shouldve seen them working it was funny yet sad. And they even charged my wife for 2 orders of fries when she only asked for one, she has to go back and get a refund. Just a lot of wierd unprofessional disgtuing quality expensive food. For a nasty greasy torn bag. Yikes. I recommend any other burger place.

I crave burger and fries every now and then.. Big Mac and fries does the job but the location on 3rd/Grand just closed recently. I remembered Five Guys opening up at 7th/Fig at the downstairs food court and headed that way. The line close to noon can get 15 people deep if you don't get there early enough and a ton of burger lovers waiting for their order. Ordered a little burger (one patty) and little fries Cajun style. Best thing about the burger here at the toppings which you can chose. Lettuce, mustard, grilled onions and A-1 is the way to go. I like the Cajun flavor of the fries which is a bit sweet and peppery. The fries itself are just okay. I like mine crispy and when I asked for crispy, they still weren't crispy. Overall, cashier and folks here are friendly and try their best to accommodate the crowd. Not bad, not great. Just an average burger.

Seriously why do you make a single small fries wait behind all the burger orders. 15 min for fries is just absurd.

Great burger! The pics don't do it much justice. The burger is much more yummy than it looks. I wish there were more locations.

I really wanted the chicken empañada, but we got here around 2:30 PM, and they said they sold out. It seems something was going on with their supplier. I had been craving their chicken for a while, so I finally came back today. As always, there was a long line. At first, the line wasn't moving at all, which was a little frustrating, but fortunately, it started moving much faster soon after. I hadn't been here in years, so it was nice to come back after such a long time. The chicken is definitely tasty, but unfortunately, they grilled it a little too much this time and some of it was quite burnt. I guess that's partly because they grill the chicken directly on the grill. And, too spicy for me : both chicken and fries. Parking here is always a complete challenge because the parking lot is small and there are usually so many people. But my parking luck is always amazing -- cars somehow always seem to pull out right in front of me! And once again, today, a car pulled out right in front of me, so I was able to get a parking spot easily. It felt like another parking miracle! I asked for a cup of water, and he kindly gave me ice water. I also asked if I could have one extra plastic bag, and he gave me another one without any problem. The staff were very friendly, which was good. However, there's one thing to keep in mind when getting takeout here: the chicken is so oily that the grease can actually soak through and leak all over the plastic bag. You basically have to throw the first plastic bag away afterward. That's why I'm really glad I asked for an extra bag and brought one home with me. It definitely came in handy!

With so many amazing burger places in Los Angeles, it's hard to truly know what the best is, but…read morethanks to a fantastic lunch at Burger District a few weeks back, I for sure know this place is definitely a top 5 contender for me. My wife and I were riding our bikes around the city when lunch time approached and Burger District was the place to go. We've driven by this place a ton of times and thanks to the insanely cool artwork sign on the outside, it's been somewhere we've been meaning to try for well over a year. The inside here also has some awesome artwork that was clearly hand painted and a burger menu that allows for vegetarian options on top of all the tasty looking burgers they have to offer. With so many different burgers to pick from, I struggled a bit but eventually went with the Surf & Turf thanks to the inclusion of both beef and shrimp, a dang good combination if you ask me. The burger was piping hot when it came out and every single bite was absolutely mouth wateringly delicious. The beef was super juicy, the shrimp was great, and I can't forgot to mention the french fries on the side because those bad boys were some of the best I've had since living in DTLA. Overall, Burger District has found it's way into my top 5 LA burger spots and is definitely somewhere I'll be returning to in the future. The cool atmosphere, great food, and super friendly staff are definitely an experience I'll be taking people to experience themselves.

After waiting for a long time to finally try Burger District LA, I left completely disappointed…read more Location & Atmosphere: The restaurant is located in the Fashion District, where parking is a nightmare unless you're willing to shell out $20 for a private lot. The immediate area outside was covered in trash and reeked of urine. The location itself is tiny, run-down, and has no AC, making it uncomfortably hot inside. Seating is extremely limited to just three small tables inside and a narrow counter setup outside. Service & Food Quality: My friends and I decided to order the Surf 'N' Turf burger after seeing pictures on Yelp that made it look incredible. The food took a while to come out, which we were willing to overlook since there was only one person working the kitchen. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to the wait or the pictures. As soon as I bit into my burger, I noticed a strange, off-putting aftertaste--it tasted as if an ingredient had gone bad. I couldn't tell if it was the tomatoes, the onions, or the meat itself, but something was definitely wrong. My friend had the exact same issue with his, and my other friend's patty was completely burnt. After looking into other reviews later, it turns out several people have complained about the exact same bad taste, pointing to their house sauce as the culprit. Final Verdict: Between the awful parking, unpleasant atmosphere, and downright unpalatable food, I will definitely never return. I'd much rather pay a bit more somewhere else for a decent, quality burger. Save yourself the headache and skip this place.
