Seriously why do you make a single small fries wait behind all the burger orders. 15 min for fries is just absurd.

Like any other five guys restaurant with fresh ingredients but there's not a lot of room for parking. Favorite hamburger chain though :) can't get enough of those peanuts while u wait for your meal :) read more

Burgers are good but fries are terrible. I was a five guys fry lover until I came to this location. They do not cook their fries all the way and gives you a bag full of raw fries. So disappointing, I threw my entire bag in the trash. Never returning. read more

Christopher M. is the best employee ever! He is really friendly and helpful. Knowing he's there makes us happy when we plan lunches at Five Guys. Their burgers are delicious and they have so many toppings to choose from. I absolutely love their Cajun fries and their portions are super generous. You have to order Cajun fries from here. I ordered 5 guys with delivery through Amazon Restaurants. For starters, 5 guys wasn't communicating the status of our order back to Amazon. So our deliver time was pushed 5 minutes then 10 minutes and then an hour. We had to cancel the order and have Amazon restaurants resubmit the order. Not only did the food get to us an hour and a half late, 5 guys did not give the delivery guy our shake. Who can enjoy fries without a shake?!? Totally disappointed. I usually love ordering 5 guys but today.....not so much. read more

After paying $13+ for a cheeseburger and small fries I end up with a piece of meat so over cooked it could have substituted for a hockey puck, a stale bun, grilled onions that were still raw and fries that were cooked in oil that was not hot enough maki g them raw, soggy and soft I'll spend my money elsewhere. read more

Came here for dinner before a Clippers game at Staples Center. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger. Got food poisoning. Would not recommend.

This is probably one of my favorite burger places. I've never gone and officially ordered with them, I actually always order online and pick up. It's more convenient for me since I work in the area and I save time. On their website you can provide them with the time you want your order ready. I usually order the little cheeseburger, no bun, just wrapped in lettuce with most of the ingredients. It's so yummy because the meat gives you that charbroiled flavor. By the way don't let that "little burger", "little fries" thing fool you. They aren't little they are regular size! I've tried both regular little fries and cajun fries. I prefer the regular actually. Cajun are too salty for my taste. Everything is separate, no combos here. So don't forget to add your fries and drink. They also have hot dogs and sandwiches. I believe their is vegetarian options as well. If your looking for a good burger around the downtown area I would recommend you taste this place. Parking is cheaper with validation!! read more

Visited this location on Sunday June 25th at 6:00 pm with my mom. Neither of us have tried five guys before so when we saw that they opened an establishment inside the food court, we decided to give it a try. A guy named Jonathan (printed on the receipt) took our order. We were still looking over the menu when he kept calling us to the register to order. Feeling rushed, we decided on two bacon cheeseburgers, fries and two drinks. Jonathan proceeded to ask if we wanted one patty or two so we said one patty is fine. He than replied "so two little bacon cheeseburgers?" Confused my mom and I both restated that we would like the regular bacon cheeseburger. Jonathan was clearly irritated with us at this point and informed us that the regular one has two patties and the little one has one patty with the rudest tone of voice. Being first timers we didn't know this so we agreed that two patties were fine. Already I felt uncomfortable because he was speaking to us as if he was wasting his time explaining this. With the same condescending attitude he asked us what toppings we wanted, we asked for our toppings and then moved on to the second burger which we also asked for the same exact toppings. My mom asked him if he got lettuce on both burgers and his smart ass said yeah I already put that in, why you want more or what? At this point I wanted to cancel my order, I have never been spoken to in such a rude condescending tone before. I didn't want to pay $30+ dollars to support a place that employs people like this. I myself manage a restaurant and this type of attitude when speaking with customers is unacceptable. There are always better ways to say things, am I right? Especially when explaining things to a customer, no we are not as knowledged about the menu as you are but it is your job to explain that to us. Instead I get an attitude. This is a service industry and you need to understand that you're not only representing yourself but your making your establishment look bad. The taste of the burgers mean noting at this point because the service I received left a bad taste in my mouth, I won't ever eat here again and I will advise my friends to do the same. read more

The burger is pretty good even though it looks basic enough. Nice combo of ingredients that hit the spot. The cajun fries, however, are WAY too salty. It's like the guy back there won't put the salt shaker down until every single fry is absolutely drenched. Dude. Back away from the salt shaker.. At over $3 for small fries, I want to be able to taste something other than salt seasoning. read more

Part of this is frustration at the massive clusterf--- that is Fig and 7th: I live maybe 1.5 miles away (probably less) from here, but in the time it took me to get here, wind my way down the ridiculous parking garage, and make my way to line, I couldn't read into the Five Guys in Burbank, parked, ordered, and been eating. On top of that--no peanuts! What's Five Guys without the barrels of peanuts? No multi-flavor Coke machine! What's Five Guys without being able to make a disgusting combination of drinks and syrups? If you actually happen to be on foot walking around DTLA and are close by, go ahead, but if you have to drive--any distance--to get here, it's just not worth it. read more

Literally dropped the patties on the girl almost 5 minutes after ordering and getting my drinks while my buns just sit on the counter with all toppings getting soggy. Cook is slow and seems like he does t even like working here. Everyone else is really nice but damn this service sucks. Hopefully my burger taste good whenever I get it. read more
