I stopped at another food place for condiments. I need mustard and ketchup for the waffle fries. Not too crazy about the cost but it tracks with the other food stands in the arena. The tenders were definitely crispy and the fries were seasoned. That's all I really ask of any place slinging out food.

I had been craving their chicken for a while, so I finally came back today. As always, there was a long line. At first, the line wasn't moving at all, which was a little frustrating, but fortunately, it started moving much faster soon after. I hadn't been here in years, so it was nice to come back after such a long time. The chicken is definitely tasty, but unfortunately, they grilled it a little too much this time and some of it was quite burnt. I guess that's partly because they grill the chicken directly on the grill. And, too spicy for me : both chicken and fries. Parking here is always a complete challenge because the parking lot is small and there are usually so many people. But my parking luck is always amazing -- cars somehow always seem to pull out right in front of me! And once again, today, a car pulled out right in front of me, so I was able to get a parking spot easily. It felt like another parking miracle! I asked for a cup of water, and he kindly gave me ice water. I also asked if I could have one extra plastic bag, and he gave me another one without any problem. The staff were very friendly, which was good. However, there's one thing to keep in mind when getting takeout here: the chicken is so oily that the grease can actually soak through and leak all over the plastic bag. You basically have to throw the first plastic bag away afterward. That's why I'm really glad I asked for an extra bag and brought one home with me. It definitely came in handy!

My wife and I were riding our bikes around the city when lunch time approached and Burger District was the place to go. Seating is extremely limited to just three small tables inside and a narrow counter setup outside. Service & Food Quality: My friends and I decided to order the Surf 'N' Turf burger after seeing pictures on Yelp that made it look incredible. The food took a while to come out, which we were willing to overlook since there was only one person working the kitchen. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to the wait or the pictures. As soon as I bit into my burger, I noticed a strange, off-putting aftertaste--it tasted as if an ingredient had gone bad. I couldn't tell if it was the tomatoes, the onions, or the meat itself, but something was definitely wrong. My friend had the exact same issue with his, and my other friend's patty was completely burnt. After looking into other reviews later, it turns out several people have complained about the exact same bad taste, pointing to their house sauce as the culprit. Final Verdict: Between the awful parking, unpleasant atmosphere, and downright unpalatable food, I will definitely never return. I'd much rather pay a bit more somewhere else for a decent, quality burger. Save yourself the headache and skip this place.
