The restaurant itself is pretty small and it was very busy the entire time we were there which says a lot about how popular this place is. They do have a large outdoor patio but it was way too hot to sit outside even with the misters. We sat at the long high top table inside and it felt tight especially with people in line right next to us. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I'd definitely go back to try some other dishes and definitely more birria tacos.

Located in Chandler, parking won't be tough in the large complimentary lot surrounding the restaurant. Ambiance (3.5/5): I mean it's a fast food joint so you don't really go there for ambiance. It's similar in this way to other fast food restaurants we've all been to. When it comes to a fast casual restaurant, I mostly care about cleanliness. This is done at a high level there. I snagged a booth that was a bit dirty. A worker cleaned off my table without me asking soon after I started hovering around the table. Well done. Service (4.5/5): You can either place your order at the counter if you're paying cash or use your card at one of the self-service kiosks. I used the latter option. What's nice about it is that it's easy to customize your order. The kiosk was easy to use and I got my food within a reasonable amount of time (even with the restaurant close to capacity while we were there). Drinks (4/5): At fast food joints, you're expecting your typical soft drinks. Jollibee has that, but they also offer more. Which is a nice touch. I had a pineapple refresher. Pineapple is my favorite fruit so I couldn't say no. While a bit pricey, it was good. Food (4.5/5): Now, for the good stuff. Jollibee is known for a couple of things. First and foremost, their fried chicken. I've had my fair share and the chicken here is quality. When you think of fried chicken, you want a flavorful crispy exterior with a juicy interior. Mission accomplished. The crispiness is at a high level. We shared a six piece chicken joy bucket so you get all the different parts e.g. drumstick, breast, etc. and they all delivered. Another thing Jollibee is know for is their spaghetti. Yep, you read that right. Spaghet' at a fast food restaurant. And this isn't your mom's spaghetti. Instead of marinara sauce, as is popular in The Philippines, they use banana ketchup. Throw in some cheese and some sausage and there's your side dish. It's going to shock you at first as it's sweeter than what you're used to but it's pretty good. A better side than rice (even the adobo rice) or fries in my opinion. O and I forgot to mention, you're given gravy with your fried chicken. Dunk that thing in there. It makes it even better. You're probably already full by reading this but finish things off with a peach mango pie. They look like McDonald's apple pies but they are significantly better. Trust me. While the menu has a lot more than what I just covered, these are the dishes Jollibee is known for. It's a good starting point, especially if it's your first time. Super good food and a nice clean restaurant to enjoy your food in. The burgers are really good, and they give you a TON of fries to eat. If its just you, get a small fry. Trust me, its more than enough. I usually get the double bacon burger. it is always good, which is nice because some restaurants dont always have consistently good food. I can go to any 5 guys anywhere in the world, and I would be pretty sure that the food would taste the same. They have awesome soda machines too that have like a million flavors to choose from. The staff is friendly and the food is prepared fairly quickly. The place is usually clean and there is plenty of areas to sit and eat without it being crowded. read more

Adj: Fresh and Tasty, but maybe not so Healthy…read more We've never been to one, but my kids got 2 kids free meals certificates (for reading a good number of books) from the library so we decided to try it when we were hungry after a long day of fun. They each ordered the kids meal of 2 chicken fingers with organic milk (glad they had that option instead of just sugary juice) and fries. We ordered 2 extra sides of fries for us as we weren't that hungry and didn't know if their chicken would be mostly batter or what. The gal who took our order was patient as I asked how big the coleslaw side and fries would be. The mgr walked over to approve the free kids meals certificates and asked her if they're legit ones (as apparently there's some fakes that are not stamped by the library? lol.... Or so I overheard...). The food was freshly made and was piping hot after maybe like 5-10m. My kids enjoyed the fries the most of course as we did too even though they are just frozen crinkle cut fries, so technically nothing special, and my fries-loving husband even liked them. They gave us a lot of fries in the side orders. The sauce was so good for everything, it's like a thousand island, but a bit different as it's got what looks like pepper in it, but no relish. The chicken fingers were surprisingly delicious, super hot so we had to wait to eat them, but they were gooooood! This location was fine, clean enough, but not much in the way of atmosphere for a fast food place. Overall, we enjoyed our first and only visit thus far but we'll probably come back (to another location), hopefully all of the MANY other locations will be equally good too!

Never disappointed and this store in Tempe is staffed with some friendly people. We typically go for the double char with grilled onions and extra, extra pickles along with an order of fries and onion rings. As usual, everything was cooked to perfection and just delicious. Short review this time around but suffice to say that you can expect good food and friendly service, at least at this location!

A personable store manager working the register with a big smile on his face as he greeted guests. I love that they offer several teas and lemonades in addition to sodas from the fountain. The cucumber limeade is so refreshing! I've had burgers a couple of times, great flavor and toppings, but my go-to is the salads with chicken and those fantastic tempura green beans.
