I love this place, but I cannot give it more than 4 stars because of the price. The food is always good and fresh. Meals are made to order. I have been here twice recently, I call it the dirty cheeseburger place. Its always cooked right and a good juicy burger. You get to pick your toppings and add and delete as you would like from their list. Fries are always on point. Been a while since I've been in to any 5 guys location. I've always thought that, for what you're getting, they charge too much. They have obviously raised their prices since I've been here last. Almost $10 for a fast food hamburger with nasty processed cheese ? That's ridiculous. I ordered one cheeseburger, a little hamburger, 2 hot dogs, a grilled cheese, one soggy French fry and 3 drinks. What was a real turn off was the sticky, dirty floor, the fact that all the hand sanitizers were out of hand sanitizer, and the tables were dirty. I've eaten at this location multiple times, and the food is generally decent. Today was no exception, I enjoyed my cheeseburger, but what I didn't enjoy was how dirty the place was. Floors? Filthy. Tables? Filthy. Coke Freestyle machines? Filthy. Ketchup dispensers? Filthy. It does not appear that the employees have bothered to clean anything in weeks, maybe months. I needed to use the restroom but decided I'd rather hold it than see how nasty the condition of the bathrooms was. There was only one box of peanuts, which was basically empty aside from a few shells at the bottom, and they've taken out at least 1/3 of the tables for no apparent reason? Maybe they don't want you to sit down and eat there? Trust me, the condition of the restaurant did a great job of that on it's own. Also, maybe take the tip option off your screen at the counter, if you're charging $22 for a cheeseburger, your smallest order of fries, and a small fountain drink, I'm pretty sure you can pay your employees a fair wage without relying on your customers to make up the difference. And if the owner of this franchise happens upon this review, you may want to stop in to your business from time to time to check on your staff, I can't imagine you'd be too happy with what's going on here. read more

I came in here wanting and expecting this place to be amazing. I wanted this place to be 5 stars. ugh, I feel like a failure for giving it 2. I've heard such good things about this place, and was expecting it to be good, but unfortunately, it was not. :-( I walked in and placed my order. The menu seems to be decent enough, with a fair amount of selection. Ample amounts of toppings, and you can have your burger a few different ways. Mind you, I'm a burger lover, so I'm always up for places like this. I ordered a regular burger with all the fixings and BBQ sauce on top. I got the fries too. It came in a brown bag..I guess thats how they serve it regardless if you eat in or not. I was dissappointed with the burger itself. It seemed like it came with way to much topping. I mean, like an overwhelming amount. I ate it, and the burger was okay, but not as good as I have experienced at other comparable places. I wasn't looking to be "blown away" by the burger, but I wasn't really impressed over all. It wasn't that great, to much on the toppings, and it didnt really do much for me.
