I love this place, but I cannot give it more than 4 stars because of the price. The food is always good and fresh. Meals are made to order. I have been here twice recently, I call it the dirty cheeseburger place. Its always cooked right and a good juicy burger. You get to pick your toppings and add and delete as you would like from their list. Fries are always on point. Been a while since I've been in to any 5 guys location. I've always thought that, for what you're getting, they charge too much. They have obviously raised their prices since I've been here last. Almost $10 for a fast food hamburger with nasty processed cheese ? That's ridiculous. I ordered one cheeseburger, a little hamburger, 2 hot dogs, a grilled cheese, one soggy French fry and 3 drinks. It was over $50. The best thing was the drinks. Oh well, it was a good reminder why I don't plan to come back. read more

Food: burger was good, as ordered. Fries were hot. The guy who took the order was friendly. What was a real turn off was the sticky, dirty floor, the fact that all the hand sanitizers were out of hand sanitizer, and the tables were dirty. I've eaten at this location multiple times, and the food is generally decent. Today was no exception, I enjoyed my cheeseburger, but what I didn't enjoy was how dirty the place was. Floors? Filthy. Tables? Filthy. Coke Freestyle machines? Filthy. Ketchup dispensers? Filthy. It does not appear that the employees have bothered to clean anything in weeks, maybe months. I needed to use the restroom but decided I'd rather hold it than see how nasty the condition of the bathrooms was. There was only one box of peanuts, which was basically empty aside from a few shells at the bottom, and they've taken out at least 1/3 of the tables for no apparent reason? Maybe they don't want you to sit down and eat there? Trust me, the condition of the restaurant did a great job of that on it's own. Also, maybe take the tip option off your screen at the counter, if you're charging $22 for a cheeseburger, your smallest order of fries, and a small fountain drink, I'm pretty sure you can pay your employees a fair wage without relying on your customers to make up the difference. And if the owner of this franchise happens upon this review, you may want to stop in to your business from time to time to check on your staff, I can't imagine you'd be too happy with what's going on here. read more

We rarely go to Five Guys because they are so expensive, and figure if we're spending that much money, we might as well go for a sit down meal. Well, we decided to go today, walked in and saw a very filthy floor with a big ball of dust and dirt right in the middle of the floor, along with a lot of spills, so we turned around and left. It used to be very clean in there, and for the prices you charge, it should be spotless! I want a burger that is so amazing and massive that it takes 5 people to make and deliver it to my table. Both my wife and I love Five Guys. I normally get a Bacon Cheeseburger (two patty) and have Sweet tea for a drink. My wife normally gets a Little (one patty) Cheeseburger and a "small" fry. This time my wife got the small fry Cajun, just to try it. We both decided that the Cajun was good for a few fries, but then it didn't matter, so next time the fries will be normal.
