AVOID THIS LOCATION. Tonight, I tried to call in an order and I was put on hold for 10 minutes. I live 10 minutes away and I was still on hold when I got there. I sat outside for a few minutes, looking for my mask, and I confused why I was on hold when there was NO GUESTS in the building. There were 3 male workers and no one was working. When I asked the cashier why I was still on hold, he just looked at his manager and laughed. His manager said that they were "busy" but the location was completely EMPTY. The manager, who is supposedly named John, was lying right to my face. Then, John rudely asked if I was going to order food or just stand there. I was shocked that he was manager, because he did not seem to care about my business or the FIVE GUYS brand. I told him that I did not trust him to make my order and to not mess with my food. Thus, I told him that I was leaving and he said that was fine with him. Again, his comments said volumes about his disregard for his job, the owner, or the Five Guys brand. In short, there are plenty of great places to eat in Orland Park. There is no reason to patronize this location and its unreliable and lazy staff. read more

Good burgers that try to satisfy those of us who crave In-N-Out. Tasty with plenty of options. Not the cheapest but better than most. The fries are also quite good. Quick service and there's always a seat available. Can take a while to figure out your order with the options and may be complicated for some people. read more

These guys are on the spot with web orders. Pick up time in 8 minutes and they're always on top of it. They've never messed up an order, and I'd put the quality here above many of the other Five Guys locations I've visited. Keep it up! read more

Greasy piece of heaven.. May be a little over in price but definetly worth it every once in a while! With fries on the side a small is more than extra with a double patty! I always get my drink filled up with fanta Peach. If you call in know that they make their fries when you get their and you wait 3 minutes but if you don't care about them being super hot just tell them on the phone you want them to start with it now.. I've eaten at a lot of burger joints in my time, and I've got to say FiveGuys is one of my favorite spots. They have a copious amount of toppings to choose from, and the patties are fresh and cooked to order. Oh and if there's two in your party go ahead and split a small fry because they hook it up. I do a lot of traveling for work and came across this chain several years ago while on business in Washington D.C. Outside of In-N-Out Burger on the west coast, I thought that their burgers are one of the best quality for a fast food-like chain. And when I get back to D.C. I would make it a stop for lunch whenever I had the chance. I guess that since it wasn't so readily available to me and that I was able to charge it on a business account gave me a sense of wonderfulness about the chain than if they were in my own back yard. Well now they are in my backyard and I now realize that yes, the quality is still the same and it is definitely a good burger but as many people have pointed out, over $40 for a family of 4 for a chain burger? And now I wasn't on paying for it on a business account so therefor I paid it out of my own pocket made me realize that there is still a price/value that we attribute to burgers that can affect how we would rate a chain such as this. As I said the burgers are definitely good quality and better than your standard fast-food chain, but you will definitely pay a price for it. read more

Been there 3 times the Burgers were really good but If you get Fries and a drink you are up to at least $10 which is a little much for a fast food place. GREAT burgers... LOVE LOVE LOVE their burgers!!! The place is ALWAYS clean, and by the amount of business they have on a regular basis, it seems that this place is a hit!! It is though very expensive for a burger place. I ordered just a burger and a pop one afternoon, and asked the guy behind the counter to just "throw in" a few fries in my bag... I was trying to diet a bit at the time, and fries were not necessary. One of the guys threw in an entire order of fries, for free. If you want a real burger (tasting like one off the grill in the backyard) this is the place to go. Never order a large fry... you'll never be able to eat it alone. A large fry can be split between a family of 4 easily. We visit Five Guys often. Great place to go!!! read more

The food is fresh and tasty. The portions are large--especially for the fries. I order the small fries and there's plenty there for one person. The prices are high--I paid just over $12 for a hot dog, fries and soft drink. But, it's worth it once in a while given the quality of the product. Waiting times can be long as the food is cooked to order. Peanuts are on hand for free--which I usually snack on while waiting for my order. read more

So the burgers here are typical of any five guys burgers. However the staff is fantastic! Shawn the general manager goes above and beyond to help anybody pouring the ketchup and he sees you trying to carry 3 cups of ketchup, he will instantly grab a paper bag for you. I love this Five Guys. It is a great place to eat if you want to grab a bite after shopping. You get to see the workers make the food so you always know what you are being served and if it is fresh. They also just got a upgrade on the soda machines [coke freestyle], which is great because it serves many drinks, the hamburgers are a 10/10 they are perfectly cooked all the time, and there fries are to die for good! how much money you got? well you can spend alot of it here.....and i mean alot for what you get..... starting off....the place is small....very crowded although it WAS saturday at lunch time, so i cant complain too much the food? was ok, but i have had much better....and for alot less.....a small cheeseburger over cooked.....fries...very good but how about a smaller portion so i can save a few dollars? enuff easy for two hungry people to share.... staff was friendly enough, but here is a novel concept, dont have a bazillion people working......then maybe i can get a burger, fries and drink for under $10.00.... like i said i wanted to try it after reading all the reviews.....but it will be my last trip....wow free peanuts.....big deal..... for basically a fast food burger joint.....there are way many more options around that wont rip me off....you could go right up the street and get sit down service, a burger, fries and a beer and not pay this much....but im sure it will survive......lots of lemmings around read more

Yeah the burgers should be good for the price you pay. Remember this is still fast food! Nothing new, so many of these joints going up and they are really a rip off. I've noticed people calling this fast food. I'm not sure I agree with that assessment. Everything is made to order, the patties are fresh and shaped in store, the fries are hand cut (and they update constantly to let you know where they got the potatoes. Always in the USA.) There isn't a drive through. So tell me what other "fast food" place is like that? I expect to pay a little more for better taste and quality. This place by no means is expensive. My partner and I always get the double cheeseburger, a regular fry to share and 2 drinks and never spend over $20. That's a ton of food. I never finish my burger but my boyfriend has no problem helping out. There are always a ton of fries left in the bag. We bring them home and give one or two to the dog and my boyfriend munches on them for hours. If you don't want a double burger order the "little burger." And a regular fry is more than enough to share. I LOVE the futuristic soda fountains. It mixes the soda with the cherry syrup which is so yummy. I know soda is bad, and we don't drink it often, but I can never pass up a cherry coke here. I love the peanuts to munch on while we wait for our food to be made. The seats do suck but they aren't awful. The music rocks my socks. I really really love this little place. Try it, you wont be sorry. I dont see wat people see in this place the bags had greece on them. The frenchfries tasted like nothing. It had peanuts EVERY WERE so if someone was allergic to them they would get hives or worse from just the place. If the persons allergies were just an intolerense then they would definatly get sick from the fries because in stead of the usually oil so the tasted more like peanut butter than that delicous salty snack every body loves. There are really few restaurants you can go to these days where the people working there actually seem to enjoy their jobs. The staff here was friendly and actually engaged.
