    Little Bacon Cheeseburger

My partner went in and grabbed the order so I can't say for sure about ambiance and service but he said it was nice and clean inside unlike what he remembers like the one near his college in Minnesota lol. The food though was very good, I loved how the cheese was melted and the patty was yummy. I'd eat from here again!

Vary clean 5 guys restaurant a little bit outdated inside & not a lot of tables but other then that it has a good atmosphere inside & out.

Peanut are back !!! As of Summer 2023. The burgers are good, the fries are really good. A little disappointed they don't have ranch. Ranch is the new ketchup. I do not like the soda machine they have here, it it pretty cool but I do not like the flavors of this kind of machines . They are too sweet !! The service is fast, the cashier was nice but almost pushy with the order. There was no one else in the restaurant and she started asking for my order when I was not even in line yet. The place was very quite on a Saturday afternoon.

The food is consistently good and the free toppings are obviously a favorite. Though they aren't actually free with how expensive the burgers are.

Love five guys! They make your food fresh right after you order. I usually get the little cheeseburger. It has one patty. You can add any toppings that they have. The cheeseburger is 2 patties. Kinda big, especially if your hungry. I love that they give you extra fries in the bag. If you get a medium or large fry you can definitely share with someone. They also have a soda machine with different types of drinks. They also have peanuts that are free. They also have a patio outside with tables and chairs. You can also place an order online.

    What a joke

This restaurant only being open till 4:00 p.m. now is an absolute joke. Doesn't matter what the food is like if you're only open like a lunch place.

Where do I start with Five Guys? Their burgers are the best, the fries are the best, and they have Coca-Cola Freestyle machines, and provide good service to fellow customers. They have free peanuts you can eat while you wait! I always have a great time here. This experience, however, was not very good. We got a Little Bacon Cheeseburger for myself and then a fry and a Cajun fry for our family to share. The cashier was friendly towards us. Here is where things went wrong. The girl forgot our regular fry and gave us a cup instead. We did not need it, but we kept it anyway. When we left, we realized that we were missing the fry. We had to go back and wait for our fry, while our food started to get cold. The same girl didn't even apologize, talk about poor service. In conclusion, this Five Guys needs some improvements. Your cashiers need better training or else this location will continue to go downhill. Although I still Five Guys, I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. P.S. The food was still awesome!

The half full cup of fry's.....

This location has gone down hill recently, been going to this location for about 5-6 years now and always had good service. Now this is my second time getting a cup with barely any fry's (what happen to topping off the bag with fry's?!?!) and poor made Hamburgers. I was hoping the first time was just a random flaw but no this place doesn't put any effort into there service now.

    Super clean inside and out!

I cannot believe I've not yet written a review of Five Guys! Definitely one of my favorite burger joints... This location is smack dab on Bell Road and approx. 75th / 77th... super convenient location with plenty of ample parking. The parking lot can be a clusterf*ck depending upon where you're entering. There's little segments of parking stalls scattered around and people really aren't paying attention at all. I've personally witnessed (2) different fender-benders in this parking lot so be careful. The best part of Five Guys is pretty much everything. I adore their fries either with or without the cajun seasoning. Even if you order a "LITTLE" size, they're always so generous with the quantity of fries you receive which automatically makes them cool. The fries are crispy on the outside, potatoey (that's totally a word!) on the inside and always fresh as can be. Even if you order online at their awesome website, your fries are not made until you're ready for pick-up. If that doesn't show you they care, I have no idea what does. Sharing is caring and fresh fries are the equivalent of that so eat up and enjoy! So the burgers... the burgers are cooked to perfection and the number of toppings and condiments you can use to personalize your burger is beyond awesome. Grilled onions. Grilled mushrooms. Green peppers. Onions. Tomatoes. Lettuce. A-1 sauce. YES! A-1 sauce should be a staple of burger aficionados everywhere. You are not a real burger joint if you do not allow your customers to place copious amounts of A-1 on their beef patties. I don't care what you say. Come fight me. In all seriousness, I like A-1 sauce with my A-1 sauce and it's awesome that it's a staple at Five Guys. Now. With all those toppings and condiments, it's perfectly normal that the bun could become a little soggy. That makes sense to you though, right? ....a super juicy burger, condiments, fresh veggies... it's likely that if you set a bun on top of all this juicyness, it's going to become a little soggy as you're continuing to gorge on this burger. I don't think this has anything do with Five Guys and what they may or may not be doing to your burger. It's common sense. Liquid on bread equals soggy bread. Now that I've stated the obvious, I'll go on at this point to say that Five Guys is definitely one of my favorite burgers out there. I don't know if I'd classify them as 'fast food' per se, but they're perhaps a notch above. In this classification, I vote Five Guys as one of my favorites. The employees are friendly. My burger is made exactly to my liking and the fries are bomb. :)

Enjoyed this place my first time. This visit had a stale bun, dry burger and virtually no toppings. Burger was cold.

I would prefer to dine out as the burger would be more fresh. A 15 minute dive can lower the quality of the sandwich especially if the bun doesn't stand up. However the burger did fine. He had a good laugh saying it was nothing like it would be in PA since it wasn't with the kind of cheese they use and it had mushrooms. I wasn't expecting mushrooms either since I didn't see that listed, but I love mushrooms, so it was a nice surprise for me but would be a bad surprise if someone didn't like them! We sat outside but the traffic on 99th made it hard to converse. Maybe a little privacy fence/sound barrier could make it more pleasant. Friends ordered the regular burgers and said they were fine, but were off put that combos substantially more. All of us would have preferred paper over plastic cups, but were pleased at the paper liner and reusable basket since that's the minimal waste and no-plastic/styrofoam we prefer, so 3 cheers there.

Cooked just right. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Excellent, fresh flavor! As it is prepared to order, expect about a 15 minute wait time for the chicken... but WELL worth that wait, as it turned out. Fries and Onion Rings sides were PERFECT, and tastier than most. Interesting, varied menu, too! Very generous portions... and the chicken pieces were real, actual sized pieces of chicken... not like the canary-sized tidbits served up by today's fried chicken chain outlets! Although the seating area was VERY small (store front operation,) the facilities were bright, clean and well maintained. The staff was welcoming, patient and most helpful as we worked our way through their surprisingly large, and varied menu! Reasonably priced, too! Overall... a happy find... and now one of our go-to favorites! Just wish they had a LOT more locations closer (to us!) Surprise/Sun City areas would benefit from having closer access to Outta Bronx sandwich/hot dog/wings/Krispy Krunchy chicken locations! I think it would catch on in no-time... assuming today's quality, and value, remained the same, of course. I'm, generally, hard to please... but Outta Bronx/Krispy Krunchy chicken seems to hit it on all cylinders! VERY pleased. Mark us down as huge fans!

Downstairs host was nice, asked if we wanted to eat upstairs or down. We decided upstairs. They just told us to head up and talk with the host. We went up. Someone from the bar did shout hi! There was no host seen. There was a handful of workers chatting at the bar even the downstairs host came up and walked by us to join the group chatting. Upstairs had 2 tables of 6-10 people, a handful of small parties outside. We stood there for 4-5 minutes before someone in a St. Patrick's day outfit running food said someone would be with us shortly. Waited another few minutes before the host emerged from the bathroom and sat us. Both my husband and I waited tables and I bartended before (10 years experience). We have a lot of patience and understanding. We were sat and not immediately greeted but a woman came up and quickly dropped water off. Her body language was dismissive and only said just "dropping off water". I really thought it might have been another host or busser, that was tired of getting mistaken for a sever. I brushed it off. We waited so much longer before our server (happened to be the same girl that dropped off the water) came back to take our drink order. She was cold and didn't make eye contact. She was very short with us. Left to put the drink order in. She did bring the kids their soft drinks, but again with an attitude. It was as if we were ruining her day by coming in. 10 min went by. In that time, we saw her walk by and again avoid eye contact. Not even a "your bar drinks are being made", or "I am just going to run these dishes back and come back to take your order. " A really nice bartender came back and started talking with us about baseball because we were coming from a spring training game. After waiting longer and still no sign our server was going to come back in a timely manner, I told my husband, that I would rather leave now and not let this server ruin our experience. There are plenty of places around that I would rather give my money too and they will treat us better. We left, on our way out we did let a manager know. They did apologized and asked where we were sitting. Two stars for the nice female bartender that was decked out in St. Patrick's day attire upstairs. Rating is strictly for service because we didn't get to try anything. I am willing to give this place another try. I will update my review if we do.
