Single patty lettuce Mayo and Pork Bacon...None of these condiments was wanted

Order through DoorDash they completely messed my order up as if it was done intentionally because for the life of me the order receipt staple to the bad vs the contents of the bag is pure foolery...My fries looked like they came from the bottom of the fryer also didn't not include the extra scoop matter if fact my order of fries fit right in the cup which is unheard of with 5 guys it's always plenty at the bottom of the bag well not my order also they were cold fries the burger wasn't a regular they gave us a single patty with pork bacon no condiments on the burger that was asked on on the order receipt

Not your average fast food burger joint. I've been here many times before and it's a staple for my treat-yoself days. The major points that make it stand out from other burger joints are 1) unlimited peanuts, 2) unlimited toppings, and 3) generosity with the fries!! The customer service is great, I have never received a wrong order or missing parts (not easy when people get topping-happy), and a "medium" fry is actually a large, since they add in an extra handful of fries after they fill the cup. I do think shake shack narrowly wins in terms of burger taste, but Five Guys Cajun fries are in their own category. There is room in this city for both restaurants that make a mean burger.

I am a long time customer. Cane in today and dined with my family. The soda machines were down. I paid for 2 sodas and was given 2 bottled soda. I wanted a refill and was charged another bottled drink. After spending $50+ plus $3 more for another drink. The taste of all the burgers was not as good as other locations. The manager was super nice but besides that, nothing else was.

Best fries in the game, no competition. Burgers are also really good but the grilled cheese was... odd.

So I've been meaning to try this place for a long time. Well luckily we got our chance today. Met…read morewith a Swedish paper mill today and wanted to take them to a nice lunch spot. We chose this because the menu had a nice mix of southern and American favorites that they weren't accustomed to. You should've seen two northern boys trying to describe grits to a Swede. Our waitress was awesome. She was great at explaining things and talking about each dish. Of course there were questions. Some things probably got lost in translation but everyone was happy with their choices. I also feel like servers are always put in an awkward position when you ask them to help you choose. Food is like art. It's so subjective. So for starters we got the fried greet tomatoes and the Burrata. Burrata was not ideal for sharing with people you do not know. It was one large piece of toast. So she actually took it back and someone cut it into 4 sections for us. The fried green tomatoes were awesome. It had a nice tangy sauce with sweeter pickles that came along side. My colleague got the open faced chicken sandwich which was an enormous amount of food. It was two fat chicken pieces on two thick slices of toast. I got the salmon sticky rice bowl with a side of the charred broccoli. Both were so delicious. The salmon had some broccoli in it too. So I really over did it. The charred broccoli side had crusted Parmesan in it and a creamy sauce. Both dishes were just knock outs. Almost forgot I got the love latte too. That was really good. I got it with oat milk. So I highly recommend this place. Great for a business lunch too. Easy to hear one another. Music wasn't too loud. Oh they were very gracious with us. We were 15 minutes late because I wouldn't stop talking in the pre lunch meeting. Yeah I'm that guy. Figures I'd be on Yelp.

Highly recommend if you have an appetite. Half chicken comes with a monster serving of mashed potatoes, all covered in jus and sliced olives. Recommend if you have an appetite as well! We asked for the toppings on the side because, you know, kids, but WOW. The vodka sauce was delicious, and the pickled tomato concoction that came with them? I could've bathed in it. The calamari was perfectly crisp and came with the unexpected bonus of onion rings, which were ever-so-lightly battered and perfectly crunchy. And once again, the sauces were superb. The boys shared a cheese pizza, half pepperoni, and really enjoyed it. My husband ordered the burger, and yes, I stole a bite--and yes, to no one's surprise, it was amazing. We also ordered the charred broccoli after seeing everyone rave about it online. They were NOT wrong. Creamy, smoky, charred perfection. And finally... drumroll please... the 10 oz. smoked Duroc pork chop! OH. EM. GEEE. Perfectly charred on the outside and incredibly juicy inside, sitting in the most delicious smoky morita-apricot glaze and topped with a bright cucumber-melon salad with mint and blue basil. The contrast was perfection! The rich, smoky pork, the sweet and slightly spicy glaze, and that cool, fresh salad on top. Every bite had the perfect combination of flavors and textures. Easily one of the best pork chops I've ever had. As wonderful as the food was, the service somehow made the experience even better. From the minute we arrived, we were treated like family coming home for the holidays. Warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. What an absolute joy of a restaurant. Darling Jack's, I WILL be back!

From the outside you can't tell that it has a fun tropical/tiki vibe going on. Maybe it was just for summer, but it was really fun! The servers and bartenders were all in tropical shirts, and there were other tiki touches without going full-blown Tiki Bar. The bathrooms were interesting. All the stalls are unisex, single stall, and then the sink is a big trough outside all the stalls. Unconventional, but it works. We both ordered beers - we had the Summer Love and the Philly First. Both were really good! We shared them so we could both enjoy some of each. To eat, my husband ordered a chicken Caesar wrap with fries, and I had the spicy Buddha bowl. Chicken Caesar wrap was good (hard to screw that up), and we both thought the fries were pretty good. Not the best I've ever had or anything, but good, enjoyable fries. The Buddha bowl, however, was outstanding! Cilantro rice, edamame, carrots, red cabbage, broccolini, and I added chicken for protein. It was the perfect level of spice, and a really nice balance of veggies to rice to protein. 10/10, would order again! I'm probably going to end up trying to recreate it at home. The only note I have for it (and it's super minor) is that it could maybe have a sweet or tart note added. Mandarin oranges, mango, pineapple... something like that. I would absolutely recommend stopping here! Next time we're in town I will go out of my way to go again.

I believe we got the Ribeye Cheesesteak with onions and peppers, and it was hands down one of the best cheesesteaks I've ever had. Normally, I'm not a fan of seeded bread and I usually don't like peppers either, but somehow everything worked perfectly together. The creamy cooper American cheese, the soft yet crunchy bread and the thinly sliced ribeye made for such an incredible combination. And much to my surprise the peppers actually added a really nice touch and brought everything together. The portion was absolutely massive, but the flavor was so good that it was hard to stop eating it. Definitely a cheesesteak I'd happily have again!
