I think I can make better ones on my grill. Everything in the restaurant is really cheap..tables, chairs, etc...I know it is a fast food joint, but looking around I felt like they designed with the notion of being ready to pack it up in 5 minutes...even the trahsbarrels were on wheels! I am always impressed by the freshness of their burgers. When I get a burger from Five Guys, I don't feel like I'm eating fast food. The veggies are all fresh and you can watch them make your burger while you wait. Because it is freshly made, though, sometimes the wait is a little long but it is always worth it. 4 out of 5 due to the fact that I can't stand my fries to be soggy, and I never need a whole bag of fries. Our visit about a month ago, the order took an hour to come out and they ran out of burgers....We decided to give this location another shot and I wish we didn't. I'm a fast eater. I don't think I've eaten this slow in my life. Every bite hung in my mouth because I didn't want it to end. The flavor profile of this smash burger was unlike any burger I've had in this state. I can't say enough about it. The fat, the drip, the patty, the sauces held together perfectly. The bun also stayed dry, which is hard to do when you've got a burger this juicy. Kudos on what id consider a basically perfect burger. The fries were also very good. They weren't overly salted, if salted at all, which is good for most people because it gives you an option to add more if you want more. The home made gelato was also top tier. Most places drop the ball on the gelato; either it's too soupy or has weak flavors. That can NOT be said about the gelato here. The coffee Heath bar gelato was amazing. I could have eaten the whole tub. The service was awesome. The staff answered all questions, brought it the food out very fast, and made us aware of the specials they had going on. I'd recommend coming here if you're looking for that "something" or to scratch the burger itch.
