Cheese lovers, brace yourselves -- these mozzarella bricks are no joke." Chili's absolutely nailed it this visit! Everything from the food to the service felt like a step above casual dining. Let's start with the mozzarella "bricks" they really earn that name!! thick, golden, and gloriously oozing with cheese in every bite. Crispy on the outside, melty perfection inside the kind of appetizer that makes you pause mid-conversation just to appreciate it. Honestly, if you're a cheese fan, these alone are worth the trip. Everything came out hot, flavorful, and beautifully plated -- exactly what you hope for when you're craving comfort food done right. The staff deserves a shoutout too. Our server was friendly, upbeat, and checked on us at just the right moments

Honey Honey-Chipotle Mozzarella, burger, and pasta

Really enjoyed our server! She provided excellent customer service and came back frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. We got pasta, a burger and mozzarella sticks. I've seen the cheese pull online so of course I had to try it out. To our dismay, there was no cheese pull. It was a busy Thursday night! Maybe the mozzarella was sitting out for too long. That was a huge disappointment. It was a nice honey chipotle flavor but it was also a bit overwhelming after the first few bites. Also, y'all know they charge to play games on those little machines at the table?!?! I didn't know it would incur a charge otherwise we wouldn't have messed around with it. The screen was also veryyyy laggy while playing. So don't play the games unless you're willing to pay $2.99. I didn't read the screen so I'm not sure if it was advertised about being charged to play. Just wanted to give y'all a heads up. They had a good price for the burger. It's a section where you can choose a specific entree for a certain price and it'll come with a drink and side!

One Star for Effort. Burnt Steak & Broken Knees So let's paint the picture. I just had knee replacement surgery. I send a family member to grab me a comforting steak dinner. Medium. Juicy. Something to make me forget I now set off TSA alarms. Instead... I get a charcoal hockey puck. This steak was so burnt I had to double-check I didn't order from a bonfire. It had the texture of expired beef jerky soaked in regret. Like seriously, wtf are y'all teaching back there? Flame-thrower 101? And let's not ignore this obvious fact. That order didn't just go from grill to box. It passed through at least 2 or 3 sets of eyes. Y'all looked at this and thought, "Yeah, that's the one." Really? We had to drive back down just to fix this. Shoutout to manager Brandon who did agree to refund it. Cool. But honestly? That should've come with two comped meals, an apology letter, and maybe a knee massage. This wasn't just a bad steak. This was a full-blown inconvenience casserole. Train your kitchen. Train your eyes. Train your people

We came in for an early dinner on Saturday night because I was craving the viral Chipotle Honey Mozzarella Sticks. I didn't see them on the menu (I think they might have been a secret menu item) so we just ordered the Triple Dipper to share which came with the Mozzarella Sticks and I got the Chipotle Honey on the side - it was so good! My mouth is currently watering while I'm typing this. We also got the Chips and Salsa - I have no clue why I love them so much. There is nothing special about their chips and salsa, but I find myself always craving them for some reason. My mom ordered the Classic Sirloin that came with broccoli and mashed potatoes and my daughter ordered the Kid's Grilled Chicken Dippers and Mandarin Oranges. Our server was friendly and attentive! This location usually always has a table open and never a long wait. The restaurant is always clean too. I will be back again soon for those Chipotle Honey Mozzarella Sticks!

We came in here mostly for drinks, and I gotta say they don't disappoint. The Patron margaritas we got were really sweet and came in four flavors, strawberry, mango, watermelon and blackberry. I personally liked all four flavors but the water melon was probably the best. I also got the Cajun pasta with chicken. I was expecting it to be spicy but it's pretty mild. But it's still very good. Our waiter was very friendly and he worked very efficiently as well.

Normally, Chili's is not on my list of restaurants that I normally come to. What brought me here was a news story on the web about how Chili's is fighting fast food places like Micky D's for customers and using their superior food and lower prices to say, why have fast food out of a bag when you can have Chili's for less and be served? No tip at fast food might be a reason, but that's a whole nuther subject! I saw this 3 For Me® deal at Chili's for just $10.99, you get a big 1/2 pound smash burger, fries, a salad AND a drink! If you order the Smash Burger ala carte it's $14 bucks! I love me a deal! We arrived and got seated in a nice booth. I came with a friend and he ordered the same, we both went for the Caesar Salad and Smash Burger with fries, (you could have mashed potatoes but that's weird!) I had a diet coke and he had iced tea. Service with right on and the server took our order fine. Our salads came out first. Smallish bowels of salad and dressing on the side. It was a decent salad, bigger than it looked at first in the little bowl. Then our Burgers came, very attractively plated with fries and burger. I ordered mine pink (med rare) and it was cooked as ordered, which is hard to come by these days with burgers. I cut mine in half so I could pose the food for pics! ... of course. My first bite into the burger was very good. No flame charred flav cause it's cooked (smashed) on a flat top. But a very decent burger and I will say the meat was a better quality then most chain restaurant burger meat. The 1000 Island dressing used makes it taste sort of like In N Out, but actually better. I'd give the burger a 4 star rating. The fries were hot and crispy, 4 stars. Service was 5 stars too. If I taker into account the price of this deal ... it's a 5 star meal for sure ... you guys need to get down to Chili's and try this deal out. Yeah, way better than Micky D's ..... but I did tip well.

I usually do not leave negative reviews and but had to because this has been a horrible experience. This Chili's is disappointing and I do not recommend coming to this establishment. I have come to this restaurant since it is close to home and I grab a bite with my family. I have a few things to disclose regarding the business and multiple incidents. My family and I felt discriminated against during our last visit. We waited for over 30 minutes to get menus and service after individuals who were seated after received their food before us. We waited over 30 minutes for a salad my salad as well as my uncle had no croutons and no cheese. We then waited an additional total hour for a burger, that was dry, overcooked, and unseasoned, I am guessing they precook them and serve as customers enter. After disclosing our concerns we were told by the serve there's only one of me and she pretended to not hear us. The manager was then argumentative after we discussed our concerns. Our server never returned to the table until it was time to bring boxes, which we did not need because we had barely touched our food. I also have discussed my concerns with this restaurant regarding minors sitting at their bar, as I witnessed a seven year old sitting at the bar. I believe this should be looked into by ABC. I am a fan of Chili's and usually have a good time, I will not be returning to this establishment. Avoid this branch of the company!!!

I didn't read or listen carefully enough that the skirt steak with sauteed onions and bell peppers are covered in Spanish sauce. The sauce is actually quite tasty with a little kick. I used it and the salsa to flavor the black beans. However, I really just wanted grilled steak. I should have ordered steak fajitas, a grilled steak burrito or quesadilla, or a carne asada plate. The Steak a la Chicana was a generous portion, which is definitely 2 meals for me. Cilantro rice wasn't anything special. The SWEET CORN TAMALITO is yummy comfort. While waiting, I filled containers with some of the many salsas on offer. They had green salsas, red salsas, habanero, mild/medium/spicy. My favorite turned out to be the chef's salsa, which had a definite kick of heat. My food arrived in a few minutes, piping hot off the grill. As promised, it was complex and flavorful - even though I'm a picky eater and had them leave out a few ingredients. My only quibble is that I thought they should have included more tortillas, but honestly the food was great without them, so it didn't matter. The location was spacious, clean and fast-casual. For some reason the bar with the soda, salsas, straws, etc. doesn't have to-go utensils, so I had to go back to the counter and request those specially for my to-go order. The staff was nice, though. I remember when Chevy's on the River was one of my favorite places to eat. The location is still absolutely beautiful, but unfortunately the food and service have gone downhill every time I've visited recently. Today's visit was the final straw for me. The food that was served should have been fresh and crisp, but instead it arrived soggy and disappointing. Some of the ingredients appeared overcooked, burnt, or wilted, and the presentation left a lot to be desired. Another item we ordered had a surprisingly small portion and was missing ingredients that we expected to be included. The food overall was mediocre at best. Honestly, I've made similar items at home that turned out far better than what was served. The service didn't help matters. Our waitress took our drink order, came back for our food order, and then basically disappeared. We never saw her again until it was time to bring the check. When our food was delivered by someone else, we asked for additional napkins and were told to ask our server, which would have been fine if we had actually seen our server again. What makes this so disappointing is that the restaurant sits in such an amazing location on the river. I can overlook an occasional bad meal or an off day because everyone has them. A busy night happens. A mistake in the kitchen happens. But when the same problems keep happening over multiple visits, it starts to feel like a pattern rather than a one-time issue. I truly wanted this visit to be different because I have a lot of good memories of this place. Unfortunately, based on my recent experiences, I can't recommend it. Management needs to take a hard look at both the quality of the food and the level of service being provided. The setting deserves much better than what I experienced.
