Like all Five Guys locations, this spot in clean and bright, and the style of course is very modern, more than a touch sterile feeling! There is a nice, covered outside eating area. I ordered the Little Cheeseburger ($8.79). This is a nice burger, but like everything here, it is a bit pricey - this burger is single patty of sirloin and chuck, approximately 3.3 ounces - appx $2.66 per ounce! For comparison purposes: The Cheeseburger at Nick's Old Fashion is 5.3 ounces and goes for $6.30 - appx $1.19 per ounce! The Cheeseburger at Alex's in Lewisville is a 6 ounce Patty for $10.45 with a side - appx $1.57 per ounce! Five Guys makes a pretty good burger, but no better than the two mentioned above. Maybe the unlimited toppings and free peanuts at Five Guys are worth the difference - but my question is an old one "Where's The Beef?" Ambiance - 3.5 Food - 4 Service - 4 Value - 2.5

2 burgers fries and 2 drinks, what a ripoff for $35.25.

This used to be my favorite hamburger restaurant, but as you can see its gotten too expensive for me. We placed our order and went sit down at a booth, they have 3 booths all empty and filthy. We headed to a table that was clean, we saw 4 employees all standing around laughing and not even making an effort to go and do some much needed cleaning. The food was sub=par. Along with the music blasting overhead, needless to say we won't be coming back.

I've always loved a Five Guys but the one in Winston is top notch! From the service, cleanliness, to the quality of the food prepared everything is delicious! This time we ordered DoorDash and it was impeccably wrapped and put together so it was still fresh and hot when it got to us. I tried the grilled cheese cheeseburger which is a fun treat if you haven't tried it yet and it was DELICious. The grilled bun really made it. Five Guys, you're the MVP!

Ordered ahead and we were told the to go order would be ready in 7 minutes. Showed up ten minutes later...and waited a while for the order. Other than that order was accurate and the team there was very nice.

Located off the main road but visible in a small strip of stores with ample parking. As soon as you walk in it is very inviting. The place is well lit and everything stands out. Ample seating, a well stocked co dime tus area. Two soda fountain machines with options for everyone's taste. Employees are friendly and in a good mood. Orders are taken fairly quickly, they call your number when it's ready. They have free help yourself peanuts while you wait. I got a BLT with extra mayo, which I did not get, hence the 4 stars. It does however have lots of bacon!!! The small fries also are plenty as the cup overflows into the bag, hence why it's not 3 stars! It's a bit expensive but the unlimited drinks and peanuts plus the extra fries make up for it.....At least for this chubby guy!....Oh yeah, since I always wash my hands before I eat, I through in some pics of their spic and clean bathroom, you welcome!

I was hungry and had a taste for a big juicy double cheeseburger. I went to Five Guys by Hanes Mall. I was disappointed with the garbage I was served the cook need to fired for putting trash out like that. The sandwich was thrown together a monkey could of done a better job. The manager needs to teach these cooks how to be consistent when making sandwiches this is the only Five Guys that I have been to that puts two pieces of cheese in the middle it wasn't melted they do a better job at McDonalds. The whole burger and milk shake was trash I will never return to this dump again because of the poor service and quality of my meal I highly recommend not going here.

    The little sized fries!

What can I say, I just always love the burgers here! The lil Cheeseburger is the perfect size and I enjoy picking whatever toppings I like to pile on it. I noticed that they no longer just have regular and large sized fries but they added a lil as well! The little size was enough for the boyfriend and I to split and only have a few fries left. We usually go for their cajun fries, the seasoning on them is great! The staff here is also very friendly and sometimes make an amusing go at calling out the numbers. Hey, whatever it takes to make their shift go by faster! This is my go to when I am craving a quick burger!

Good and tasty. You can pile on as many fixings as you want... just makes it messier to eat but toppings is what makes a great burger

Am I the only one that isn't blown away by Five Guy's??? I find their prices VERY high. $7.69 for a CHEESEBURGER?!?!? Whaaaaaaaat?!? With tax, for JUST a burger (no drink or fries) was $8.21. Their burgers are pretty good. Nice and juicy but the cost of them is a huge turn off in my book. I've had their fries before and they are really good with HUGE portions. Never tried their dogs. Pros: -Tasty food -Fresh cut fries (delicious) -lots of toppings -advertises "bunless" burgers and dogs Cons: -Co$t All in all, decent burger it I've had better.

It's not bad by fast food standards but it's never really wowed me, and every place I've been to has always been a super long wait. Unfortunately this one wasn't much better and once again I was waiting a reaaallly long time for my "fast" food. It was a little busy when I got there on a weekday evening, but even considering I was still waiting an awkwardly long time. The manager there seemed to be keeping a good handle on things at least and was professional and polite, so kudos for that. If I really wanted Whataburger for some reason I'd come back here but only if I was ready for a long wait.

The teenage order taker came out from the kitchen area and just looked at me. I finally said "hey, how are you doing". He didn't really respond so I just placed my order. To say he was disinterested is being kind. I got my napkins and filled my drink. The condiment section was lacking salt, so I just went to my table. When the food was brought to me, the employee offered me two kinds of ketchup. Her tray did not have any salt on it either, so I had to ask her to bring some, which she did. Very perfunctory. The burger and fries were just barely warm. The fries tasted fine, but we're nothing to get excited about. The burger patties were thin, dry, and insipid. The toppings were just average. Again, the burger was on the wrong side of warm and did not taste fresh at all. There's just not much positive to say about my experience here this evening. WHATABURGER? Try WHATADISAPPOINTMENT.

Great big parking lot and plenty of seating and a little patio. Looked like a good meet up lunch or workers eating while we were here. Great menu with so many choices and daily specials. Definitely something for everyone. My friend ordered an iced tea and they refilled happily. I went with the chicken gyro, which essentially is a Souvlaki. Grilled chicken , fresh veggies, tzatziki on a grilled pita. Lots of filling and I got the house made chips . They don't give a side with sandwiches, looks like they are all à la carte. $1.50 wasnt a bad price though. Loved my pita I would only suggest maybe they grill the onions and instead of fresh. Loved the chips as they were dry and not oily . Served with ranch. My friend ordered the walnut chicken salad sandwich. Then realized when she got it it's full of onions which she could not eat. She felt bad for having not asked when she ordered it. Our server was so nice to see if they could trade it out and they did with zero fuss. It making her feel bad. She opted for the cheese burger. Which she loved and came out looking great. Very fresh with all the trimmings in a nice big bun. She said she's definitely get that again. Pay at the counter and I was pleased it wasn't a lunch that cost more than $15. With tip. Great spot and shame on me for but coming here earlier! Definitely added to my lunch rotation.

I'm trying different places in Winston for their fish. Honestly, their lemon butter salmon was pretty bad. It was just... butter. That was the only flavor. If you're into that, I guess go for it. The staff were really friendly as always, and the place was packed. So, expect it to be a bit loud if you come in the evenings, but that shows how well it's doing.

Anyone else beeline for the Amish doughnut truck at the fair as soon as you get through the gate?…read moreWell Glazed-N-Dazed makes those same huge yeast glazed doughnuts and they are available (almost) year around. They are soft, warm, fresh from the fryer doughnuts. They sell one type of doughnut-glazed. They sell them 1/$4 each or you can get 3/$10. Yeah, they are a bit more than some places but these are hand rolled homemade to order and served warm. Their logo also said coffee and milkshakes but I was there just for the doughnuts today. Glazed-N-Dazed is part of the family run Food Freaks Burger Truck. Sidebar: if you haven't tried these burgers yet you really should because they are some of the most unique and best burgers I've ever had- both Glazed and Dazed and FoodFreaks post their hours and days on Facebook so go follow them there if you want to check them out. This particular food truck of theirs has a permanent spot behind Jug heads Growlers and Pints on Country Club in Winston. They are usually only open serving doughnuts, burgers or both when Jug heads is also open but sometimes they serve doughnuts in the mornings on the weekends. Keep in mind this is a food truck. There are picnic benches to sit at but it's all outdoor seating. Jug Heads has some indoor seating though so if you're there when they are open, you can sit inside with your food. I know a food truck might not be the first place you think of going when you want a doughnut but these are really good and if you happen to see them around definitely stop in to try them.
