This review is for the Ringling Blvd. location. I just had the worst excuse for an apple fritter I've ever eaten. This was a doughy, yeasty mess. Basically, it was two glazed yeast donuts smashed together with a pocket that contained no more than two (yes, you read it right) tiny chunks of apple in it. The dough wasn't cooked through and there was barely any apple flavor. All for the lovely price of $3.00. And, they were out of coffee - no beans! Never again!! read more

This place is ahhh-mazing! They close once they sell out of donuts for the day so my advice is to go early and get double the number of donuts you think you want as you likely eat far more than expected! We love their cronut, chocolate cronut, and chocolate donut with sprinkles. Walking in you are first tempted with the smell of pure sugar, but then then there is the visual of these artful sweets. Lastly, the best sense comes to play, taste! The experience was fantastic, really enjoyed the atmosphere but a few hours after my husband and I enjoyed a couple donuts our stomachs were upset. I do not think that we'll be going back, but I can understand the hype. The way the guy boxed up the donuts really pissed me off because the guy put the cronuts ON TOP of the Specialty Donuts. Very nice theming. The staff are kind and helpful. The donuts are original and creative. They are very tasty and filling. They look adorable and make good Instagram pictures. But, they taste at least a day old. I couldn't finish an entire one because of it. They were dry and definitely not made fresh. They kept the rack right next to the bathrooms, and don't even let me get started on those. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting (both men and women's, as reported by numerous people I went with). If they could clean up their bathrooms and only serve fresh donuts, it would be an easy 5 star review. read more

Love the donuts, they are big and decadent, but the customer service is not the greatest. If there are 5 people in line and it is 8am, you can bank on someone in that line being pressed for time. 1 worker sitting in the back stamping the logo into the empty boxes, 1 worker standing around going back and forth from talking to the stamper and going in the back, then there's the poor employee left waiting for the espresso to brew to fulfill the order of patron in front of line. Serving the customer should be the most important task at hand, that's why your door is open, they satisfy your ability to run your business. That other stuff is busy work to do at 8:30 or 9 when most folks are at work already and you don't have 5 people in line. Finally went here because of the good reviews. When we walked in we weren't greeted which isn't the biggest deal. We checked out the available donuts that all looked good, however, none were labeled with what they were so it was a guessing game. Asked the employee what some were and he seemed annoyed. Signs would help. Got half a dozen...an Oreo, cannoli, and s'mores donut. All yeast rings with icing on top. Unfortunately they were pretty bland. Other 3 were plain glazed. $20 for 6 donuts and again 3 were glazed. Seems a little outrageous. The glazed were very good but not worth a 20$ half dozen! Probably won't be back :( read more

Very creative and fun festive donuts however the actual dough of the donuts are so thick and nothing like an actual donut which is traditionally light & fluffy. However, check them out and try a simple donut for yourself. Ordered a dozen donut holes split between regular and croissant and both were absolutely outstanding but the later really stood out to me! The Bavarian Creme donut was equally outstanding and was generously proportioned in every way! Can't wait to try more of the many, delectable looking creations many varieties. i don't mean to be rude, but 'vegan donuts' are kind of advertised, and they do not exist. all of the donuts--including the one that is dairy and egg free--are fried in animal fat, making none of them vegan. waited more than 20 minutes in line only to find this out when it was my turn to order (as in, there is nothing stating that none of the donuts are actually vegan online or in the store that i could find). i get that this isn't a vegan donut shop, but it really seemed like there was vegan options, and there's not. cold brew is good though read more
