WOW ~ I have to honestly say I was totally surprised on how great service I received here at Fix Auto of Ontario. From start to finish I was treated courteously, professionally, and was overall amazed on how prompt their service was. I was driving on a fwy when an object out of no where hit my bumper and dented it. I was recommended to this shop by my dealership. I went there and Vivian Briseno helped me out. I was involved in an auto accident 1-1/2 weeks ago. I was advised by the other parties auto insurance to go to Fix Auto as this is part of their recommended network of auto repair shops. I took it there to repair the passenger front door. I also wanted them to repaint my hood since it was oxidizing. I was called on Tuesday and yesterday with updates on my car and where it was in the process. I am picking up my car today and very excited to see an almost brand new 2001 325I BMW. Fix It Ontario repaired my car after an accident last year, did an excellent job...Beautiful repair to my side door on my Quest.I had a extrusion show up after all that time. Took it back Wednesday, Steve looked and said he didn't know why, but he would find out! it could not determined exactly. But nothing inside the door indicated the cause of the problem. Steve said his staff couldn't' have been at error and he didn't think it was anything I did. My husband agreed, Steve repaired my car anyway. They were great, and it looks great. I couldn't be more pleased. Each time I was told exactly when my car would be ready - it was! Vivian is great..she will make sure you have everything you need. This place is awful. Horrible customer service, probably one of the worst attitudes I've dealt with which is surprising if they want some business. The front desk girl really shouldn't be in customer service, maybe behind the counter at a Fontana Starbucks at most. The free quote took way longer than any other body shop and was completely bogus. Extra labor costs to "disconnect my battery" for a paint job? Are you kidding me? Even if you had to remove a door that's connected for the electric window controls, no other shop included that fee for the same work. Won't be doing business here. read more

After leaving my vehicle here several days, I had to give them a call to get an update on the status of my vehicle since I had not heard from them. The representative first gave me an estimate of the price to repair and I agreed to pay the amount, but asked him about a certain part of the vehicle as to why they were replacing that item. He said he made an error and forgot to charge me an additional fee to correctly repair the vehicle. The fee was outrageous. When I then decided to refrain allowing them to repair the vehicle, he told me that it was considered a totaled car anyway but if I wanted to sell it to him, he knew a friend who was willing to purchase it from me. After hearing that, I was enraged and told him if I decide to sell the car, I will not be selling it to any of his "friends." He was unprofessional and lacking knoledge in sales. I'm still waiting for my call it's been a month. I have made several calls once a week you would think the message would be relayed to him.
