My vehicle was repaired in record time, ahead of the ETA and the repair job was flawless. I had the great pleasure of having Vivian Breseno as my Customer Care Specialist. Vivian is the epitome of customer service. I am 55 years old and in all of my years as a consumer, Vivian provided by far the best customer service I have ever received. She provided me with constant and consistent updates on my vehicle's repair. Vivian also made sure I was comfortable at all times while in their office. I don't know much about car repair shops, but my dad recommended Fix Auto in Ontario. Recently, my car was in an incident and the hood of my car was slightly busted, the right headlight was also cracked, the lineament of my car was pushed up and the bumper had some damages as well. From the inside the radiator was bent inward and some other stuff too. Angie and Judy were every helpful they made me feel comfortable. My car was in the shop for about 10 days. When I came to pick up my car, he looked new and very well taken care of. Fix auto even removed the rock marks from my car for free even though it was extra cost. and polished the left headlight so it can match the new headlight on the right. For helping me I took my car in on a insurance claim and got some other damage fixed as well had to pay out of pocket they are fast told me 10 days it was more like 4 days my car looks brand new I'm so happy and pleased with the professionalism and friendly fast service. They also have great prices I am very please I picked up my Toyota Camry and dropped off my Honda Accord for some bumper damage the same day. They are my new go too!! Had an amazing experience here. Having previous accidents and going to different body shops, I was stressing on re doing the process all over again with my jeep. But coming here was the best decision I made. VIVIAN helped me out on every step of the way. She took care of the process for me. I really had nothing to worry or be stressed about. LAST WEEK i took in my truck to have it painted , when i walked in the door .two accoiates greeted me . there names are vivian and judy. i told them that i was here to have my truck painted.. AFTER we got done filling out paperwork .they would keep me up to date on the progress of the work to me truck . they told that it would be ready on a certain date . the nexts thing i knew i get call that truck was done earlier then they said . .when i went back to the shop i saw truck in the parking lot . when i saw the job that they . I took my car to Fix Auto for an estimate, because I have used them in the past when I have had damage to my car. I always have positive experiences here. I spoke with a representative there and was disturbed and disappointed, and I decided to leave. Vivian greeted me and helped me. She was absolutely wonderful!! I have nothing but good things to say about this place. It's never convenient to not have your car for so long while it's being repaired after a bad accident, but this place makes it less of a painful process. Due to my own stupidity, I scratched my brand new car... a car I hadn't even made my first payment on. I took it to another bodyshop before this one and the estimate was triple what Fix It Auto's estimate was. They are professional, they got me in the next day, they Uber'd me back to work & when my car was ready, they sent an Uber to pick me up. My car looks perfect again & they treated me so well.
