My mother in law got a little to close to a yellow pole causing some damage. Worst part of it she was backing up with the drivers door either open or not closed all the way, anyway the edge of the door hit the pole first pushing the car door in a matter that it ended up about two inches lower than it was supposed to be. Which meant you had to lift it to close it. Anyway we took the car to Fix Auto in San Leandro where we were greeted by Roger Reveles one of the estimators he took all the info then took us out to start the estimate. After looking at it the door he told me about an adjustment tool they had for alignment of doors. He then asked to borrow the keys and lead us waiting room showed us where to get refreshments and said give to give him about ten minutes. About ten minutes later he walked into the waiting room and said you are all set and took us outside. We looked at the car and not only had they realigned the door they removed the yellow paint and reattached the molding that had popped out. The best part there was no charge . The people at BMC are wonderful! Our brand new Chevy Z71 truck was hit by a drunk driver while parked. They hit the back driver's side tire and did extensive damage to the internal rear end. There was body damage to the fender as well as the front bumper. It took awhile to get it repaired but it was because of their meticulous efforts to have the work done right and up to specifications. I have had the best experience at Fix Auto-San Leandro for the repair of my car. let me go back. No one wants to be in the situation with the aggravation of a accident then have to deal with insurance. While driving up 101, my baby was rear ended. When I say baby I mean my car only had 4000 miles on it. Pretty brand spanking new. Still waiting for permanent plates- new. I was devastated! About one month ago I was rear ended on the freeway, didn't really know what auto body shop to take my car to until I stumbled across all the great Yelp reviews this place was being issued. Fortunately, I wasn't disappointed when it was my turn to take in my car. From the very start of my claim, Fix Auto in San Leandro alongside with Roger and The entire staff were extremely attentive to all my request and questions. Roger is a solid dude in which he explained to me all the steps he was going to take to make sure that everything was taken care of correctly. The staff were all extremely respectful and helpful, Roger and the staff was able to deliver the car three days in advance and he made sure all components on the rear bumper were as it was just completed from the factory floor. I made an appointment to check them out. I met with Roger. He was great, answered all my question, and I ask a lot. He made me feel extremely comfortable and explained how it would all be repaired in steps for me. This was the first time I had to go through this. My car had a great deal of damage and explained it was going to take a while, and that they would keep me posted the entire time on their progress, which they did. The owner of this place really took care of my vehicle after it was t-boned. Roque even dealt with the insurance appraiser after she under appraised my vehicles damage. I first went to Little Red's due to their reviews, which is around the block. I will be writing a review on them! I went in early in the morning and lady was not welcoming and wanted me to replace my whole side fender. And just gave me a notebook page to fill out with my information. I wasn't going through my insurance due to my deductible being high. I just needed my passenger door to open, I bumped into a post in my carport. I yelped other auto detailing places and found BMC with great reviews. I walked in and was automatically greated with a smile by Alfredo. Awesome guy. He was very friendly and said that it might be half hour until the guys arrive to be able to do my estimate. I waited only 15 minutes and a friendly man arrived for the estimate. They were able to fix my door and fix scratches on it too without replacing entire fender. I spoke to another customer that was there and said they always go to BMC no where else to fix their car. My dodge ram got into a little doozie with a tractor. Roque, the owner took a look at my truck and completely explained what needed to be done to get everything fixed properly, this explaining made me comfortable, it was easy leaving my baby there. Once the insurance company did their figuring for repairs and opted for parts that weren't right, BMC didn't settle for less and explained to me that they would notify the insurance company that things needed to be adjusted to make the truck as it was. Brought my 2013 Challenger here to have the trunklid spoiler painted and installed after being recommended from the Dodge dealership in San Leandro and I highly recommend this body shop to anyone. Roque the manager was very polite and helpful and provided me with all the information in what was needed to prep/paint and install the spoiler. The moment you walk in the lot you won't be dissapointed as the shop really looks good and professional, you can also tell by the cars they service that they know what they are doing. The work on my car was only suppose to be half a day but needed an extra one when Roque himself noticed that the color combination was a bit off and he himself was not happy with it they also paid for the extra day I had the rental; that speaks volumes in a shop that goes above and beyond for their customer's satisfaction and notices the very small details. What an Experience. BMC is the BEST. I took my '86 Mercedes convertible to them to get my door repaired after it was hit by an uninsured driver. The repair took 2 months only because the parts were difficult to locate (30 yr old car). Essa is the engine that keeps that shop going. She kept me updated on a regular basis and calmed my fears. Highest possible recommendation! We chose BMC primarily because they were on our insurance company's "approved" list and they didn't have a 2-week wait to get started as was true with the first place we contacted. Our Audi had sustained what ended up being $10K of front-end damage, but it looks - and feels, and drives - like a brand-new car. It took about 10 days longer than originally estimated, both because there was some additional damage that wasn't apparent at first and - most importantly - because Tam and BMC fought for permission to use OEM parts where our insurer wanted cheaper after-market ones that didn't meet their exacting standards for fit, and the insurer made them install the inferior parts on the car and then came out to take a look at them before BMC finally persuaded them to do the right thing. Essa kept us completely informed every step of the way. We really felt well taken care of and that BMC was on our side and working to get us the best possible result. My insurance company recommended me to BMC for some minor scratches and slight paint damage to my rear bumper. I was really worried because the car is black metallica and I was worried they would be able to match the paint up correctly.
