I called Advanced Appliance and spoke to Carlos. Explained the issue as we had some water coming out in the front of our newer refrigerator. Carlos stated he could come by today. He further explained there was a $60 fee, but if we proceeded with the work it would count towards the final bill. Carlos came out to see if he could repair our water issue. The salesman convinced my husband to buy a GE washer/ dryer combo saying that it would be perfect for the family and he guaranteed it. He told my husband that if we didn't love it, they would take it back because they would have no problem selling it. Well, it's an HE piece of garbage. It doesn't use enough water to thoroughly wash clothes and it doesn't dry them all the way( censor dry). Not to mention it takes over two hours to cycle one load. Turns out they will not take machines back. I was told by Garret that "We wouldn't tell you that we would take it back, because we don't do that." We had to eat that. We in turn bought two sets of the speed queen washer and dryers from them. $10,000. While placing my order over the phone, I originally opted out of installation, but the salesman told me it was only $160 for each set, so I agreed. After spending that much, what's another $320. I never received an invoice ( they didn't write the email down correctly), so I had no idea what I payed for. I called a couple of days before delivery and asked what we would need to do to prepare for the installation. I was told to keep the route to the machines clear. The day of the delivery, the machines were left on my front porch. My husband is out of town and I have $10,000 worth of appliances sitting in my driveway. I called and they said I never asked for installation. They then offered free install and came out two times to attempt, but they didn't bring the correct parts. My husband takes time off work to install them, because, at this point we really need to do some laundry. They offered to ship the parts we needed, but it had already been too long. So, they told my husband that he could drive to the warehouse to get them. If you are going to buy from this company, make sure they actually give you an invoice and don't let them talk you into buying a piece of garbage on false promises. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. I was planning on buying Monogram fridge and freezer from them, but I will definitely take my business elsewhere.
