Really bad customer service. The two guys working there looked like they hate their job. Will not be returning. Most definitely felt uncomfortable.

If it were possible I would give 0 stars. On 2 separate occasions I have ordered chicken bowls and have received worms in them. Never mind at here unless you want to get sick with parasites!!!! This place should be shut down!!!

This is supposed to be a steak bowl with white rice only. Not a speck of rice in sight and way too much cabbage.

For the life of me I can not understand how there's no accountability for staff anymore. The young lady who took my order was absolutely high and not only did I have to repeat my order to her SEVERAL times she still messed up two out of three bowls when inputting it even though I had to keep clarifying. The food from here isn't bad, if it's made correctly and while I understand that everywhere is raising their prices to pay $40 for three bowls of food and two of them are inedible is just sad. This is the second time we have been let down and will absolutely not be back. It's a shame, we frequently came here too. Picture of "Steak bowl with rice only" for reference

This used to be our favorite place to grab a quick bite once a week. Unfortunately it has gone down hill. They give you a bowl of rice a a few bits of steak or chicken. With all the nearby competition waba grill and Tokyo Joe's you would think they would take it up a notch. Other flame broiler locations a give you 2x the meat lid pops off and you never could see rice under the large amount meat.

The food here is always hot and the cooks make it pretty fast.

Great food. The food is always hot and fast. I like the ribs, chicken, and beef. The cashier Shawn is nice.

This place always runs out of white meat chicken! Can you please have what's on your menu available until closing? Is that too much to ask?

It's either Riverside or Los Angeles. The Los Angeles location is nice because it has standard restaurant seating and the vibe is full on Monty's! It's so cool! I hope they grow and open more locations. My husband and I just drove an hour to get to the Riverside location. We're only able to come once a month because it's so far away. We would hit it once a month if it were closer, maybe more than once a month. Service is always great at this location. They have stickers and buttons available. The seating is bar stools at a counter inside the food lab. The food is amazing! It's always perfectly made and it hits the spot when we miss the Monty's plant-based chicken. The burgers are good. Love the fries and tots! Definitely do the "maxed out" tots or fries. Those are the best! I love the kale salad and add chicken on top. My husband loves the chicken burgers. We always bring friends here to try Monty's plant-based grub! This place rocks.

Fries and tots were decent. Would love to come back to try the dog and chicken sandwich. Service was quick. They had a good amount of counter seating but it was pretty busy. I absolutely love their mascot though and they have free stickers that look like him. All food is vegetarian friendly! 100% plant-based.

What sets Urban Skillet apart before you even take a bite is the integrity behind the food 100% non-GMO, grass-fed, organic, and halal. You're not just eating something delicious, you're eating something you can feel genuinely good about. And the flavor? Every single item on the menu is addictive. I have yet to find a miss. The side sauces alone are absolutely elite!!!! The kind you think about days later and use as your excuse to come back sooner than you planned. Knowing that this place started from humble beginnings , literally setting up tents and grew into the brick and mortar gem it is today in Riverside makes every bite taste even better. My ordered double dipped Big Beef Sandwich with Sweet Bell Peppers, melted Mozzarella Cheese, and Giardiniera was enormous, and after initially having my breath knocked away by the Giardiniera's overwhelming spiciness, my intestines soon settled down and I greatly enjoyed the melting concoction. The hoagie roll supporting this mammoth edifice of tender roast beef and embellishments nicely sopped up the au jus, and sank under the heat. The Chicago Dog that accompanied the Big Beef was a classic all-beef Hot Dog with a snap, rounded out with Emerald Green Relish, White Onions, Sport Peppers, and Yellow Mustard. For purists no ketchup is allowed on Chicago Dogs! Crinkle-cut French Fries added to my enjoyment of the meal. Diane liked her Fish Sandwich with a slice of American Cheese, and was especially fond of the Cheese Sauce into which she dipped her Fries.

Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the atmosphere. I ordered the chili dog and fries, and for the price, I expected much better. The chili was thin and watery, lacking the hearty, meaty flavor you'd expect. It tasted more like a budget canned chili than something made fresh in-house. The hot dog itself was just okay--nothing memorable and certainly not something I would return for. Given my experience, I'm surprised by the current four-star rating. The restaurant looks great, but the food didn't match the presentation or the hype. I would recommend managing expectations before visiting. In my opinion, it's simply not as good as it looks.

The omelette was good enough, but I have to be completely honest about the hash browns they were very bland and lacked seasoning. The texture was fine, but I would suggest adding some seasoning during cooking. I think that small change could make them much more appealing to customers. One thing that confused me was the ordering process. When I placed my order in the drive-thru, the employee asked what style of eggs I wanted with my omelette. Since an omelette is already a specific style of egg preparation, I wasn't sure what she meant. Then, when I got to the window, I was asked whether I wanted pickles from a breakfast burrito and whether I wanted potatoes again. I'm not sure if there was some confusion with my order or if they were joking around, but I didn't make an issue out of it. Now that I've finished my breakfast, I'd rate it about a 6 out of 10. That said, I come here often, and there is one item that keeps me coming back: the zucchini. Their zucchini with ranch is an automatic 10 out of 10. In my opinion, it's probably the best thing on the menu, and I highly recommend trying it if you visit. Overall, the breakfast was okay, but the zucchini is definitely the star of the show. Enjoy at your own discretion.

Today, I had a powerful craving for my old favorite - a hot roast beef sandwich with BBQ sauce and horseradish, and some onion rings so I decided to give Lucky Greek another chance. The total for the two items was nearly $25. The rings were pretty good, but the serving was enough for at least 4 people. I wish they would offer a lower priced half-order for single meals. The roast beef sandwich was a real disappointment. The meat was very fatty and had a lot of hard gristle. I pretty much had to take the sandwich apart and pull off the objectionable bits which were about 1/5 of the total weight of the meat. The meat flavor was bland and really needed all of the sauces. The bun was kind of smashed and gummy but held together. Sorry to say, but for me, Lucky Greek just isn't worth going to anymore.
