On a Sunday at 11am in early June, my family and I came here for lunch $25. There was a big party ahead of us. So we briefly waited and got a table. Inside look clean with tables on one side and food stations on other end, They serve crab legs, shrimps, fried rice, chicken wings, beef and broccoli. Sushi, fruit, galbi, Mongolian bar, ice cream cups, chicken wings, spare pork ribs, orange chicken, and roast duck in the buffet. Roast duck appeared when I got halfway full. Service was kinda slow on cleaning plates and water refills for first 20min during we were there. Nice staff only 1 server in my section hence she was busy with big tables. Disappointing: beef in the broccoli wasn't fully cooked and no flavor, no dim sum items-only seen buns, chicken wings wasn't crispy enough, no beef at Mongolian bar Good-orange chicken, rice, watermelon pieces, ice cream cups

This buffet had a nice chandelier set-up with labeled areas of where to get certain foods, such as the sushi bar, the grill/bbq area, and the desserts. Service was prompt and able to seat our party quickly. Pretty fast at providing the drinks and clearing our dirty dishes from our table, as well. The food itself is like any other buffet with a standard lunch variety. I'm glad they had crabs and shrimps plus the Mongolian noodles, which is what I ended up liking the most. In the beginning, there was not as much sushi variety but more started to come after 30 minutes. The dim sum were also so cute-- loved the designs on them. Out of the 4 dim sums, I liked the green colored one the most with coconut shavings on the outside and a sago-like filling on the inside. For $17.99 lunch price, I can't complain much. If I were to come back, I might come back for weekend lunch to see if there's a different variety of foods offered.

I was in the LBC with my Homies!! We were in Town for the Spring Fling Festival!!! So we went to the Flaming Seafood Buffet for Dinner!! It was a Great Buffet!!! It had a Ton of Choices!!! Sushi Mongolian Bbq Chinese food Seafood Dim Sum!!! Restaurant Was Brightly Lit And Clean!!! Our Server Was a Beautiful and Bubbly Chinese Lady and She Was Fast , Friendly and Efficient!!! This is Baller On A Budget Approved Establishment!!! I keep my Pimp Hand Strong!!! Number 34 on the list of the top 50 most prolific Yelp Elites of 2025 !!!

Flaming Buffet in Norwalk really is the MVP of all Flaming Buffets we've tried. Yes, it was packed (Saturday night in December chaos), and yes, we waited about 20 minutes, but honestly, worth it!!! The variety was impressive!!! Everything tasted fresh and hot, not sad and sitting there buffet vibes. The beef selection was stacked: beef back ribs, short ribs (at the grill), roast beef..... a carnivore's dream!!!! The short ribs were a bit chewy (could've used a little Asian pear or kiwi bromelain magic), but the chicken wings were an absolute smoke show!! Massive, crispy, and dangerous!!! Lots of seafood for the ocean lovers. Head's up: They automatically add 10% gratuity for parties of 8 or more!!! Our whole crew left happy...especially the sushi lovers and the grill station fans. Shoutout to my husband, who treated the cup ice cream station like a Pokémon collection and caught all six flavors!! Service was on point too: friendly attentive staff, nonstop plate clearing, drinks always topped off. Overall, this place is a ridiculous bang for your buck. Perfect for big groups, big appetites, and people who believe buffets should not mess around!!!

January 2026 -I'm not sure I want to leave a review but this place is the bomb. It takes over an hour to drive to get to this amazing place and it's so worth it. Why ambivalent leave a review because this place may get too crowded in the future and we're not gonna wait another hour in line on top of hour plus commute. I'm not leaving pictures of the steamed Rock-crabs,. Crawfish or clams I had. You also won't see pictures of the fried calamari, Blue crab or Sole fish. I did not leave pictures on purpose Yes, it's crowded they placed our party of 20 packed in a table like a bunch of sardines but we didn't care cause the seafood was totally worth it. Service could be better but they are understaffed. But who cares as long as the food is awesome.

I look for the mango jelly but don't see it at the dessert station. Sad. What's surprising is seeing soft shell crabs being served during a weekday lunch. I think there are 4 different varieties of hot wings here. More than at any other buffets I've been to. Sushi station actually looks really good but I have no space left in my tummy for more food. Service is friendly and quick.

I've visited other local ayce Asian buffets and will say by far this is one of the best ones. Plenty of choices for seafood, sushi, and more considering the affordable price point ($23.99 for the weekend). Loved how the ice cream also were in individual containers and not the ones where you scoop it out yourself like at other buffets-- much more sanitary. Service was efficient and restaurant clean overall. Definitely will be back, perhaps on a weekday as the lunch price is even cheaper!

Wow! Another good buffet. The options were great for $22.99 per adult. All day weekend price!! Stone crabs only avail on weekends. Weekdays lunch price $16.99 only. They had the sushi bar, salad bar, dessert & fruits sections, dim sum section, teppanyaki, and the hot foods. They have seafoods like crawfish, shrimps, fish, clams, green mussels w/cheese, oysters, and crabs. The best seafoods were the stone crabs and the deep fried baby crabs. If you're lucky, there will be some good size stone claws. Very tasty. Missing hot butter tho. The only thing they need were the crab legs. It would be the best buffet in town lol I didn't try the sushi. It didnt look that fresh, imo. However, keep in mind that it's a buffet that cost only $22.99 dinner/weekend price. It was me and mom day. I try to take my mom to try new Chinese buffets. I found this place through Yelp. Before we entered the restaurant we encountered some racism. Some guy spewing racism and hate towards us because we are Asian. Who would have thought this would happen in Norwalk? Anyways, back to the review of this place. It's a decent place. Mom really enjoyed everything. The place was clean. Service was good. Food options were great, even for a week day. So no joke, this may have been one of the best buffets I've ever been to. Plenty of parking, plenty of seating. They offer a variety of sushi, seafood, simple dim sum, Mongolian bbq, classic American-style Chinese, and more. I tried mostly the sushi, dimsum, and made a fresh Mongolian bbq plate and it all felt well worth the cost. The Mongolian bbq is definitely where it's at. Piping hot and lots of options for fresh veggies to complement the meats (which were fresh rather than the frozen rolled kind, much to our surprise). The sushi was mostly fresh, though the fried rolls weren't. I tried one and it was chewy stale. Quality of the maki rolls was pleasantly solid. They had four basic options for dimsum (wontons with meat and veggies, vegetarian bao, har gow, and one that I'm just going to describe mystery mochi). The har gow was actually pretty good, but all the dimsum seemed pretty clearly large batch and steamed from frozen (but it's a buffet, so). Service was prompt, friendly, and frequently checking up on us. Overall, this was one of the best buffet experiences I can remember having locally.

Very impressed with the selection of food they offer for lunch! Best items I put in my plate were: Jalapeño Chicken, Glass Noodles, Salmon Bakes on a Shell, Mushrooms, and the Green Beans. Service was great, very welcoming and the staff were attentive for refills. Some items like the Orange Chicken, were somewhat cold and the temperature was off, so I didn't get seconds on that; other than that everything else was fine. They offer Ice Cream Cups only for DINE-IN. They were deliciously sweet! I tasted Strawberry & Chocolate with Vanilla, 10/10. Lastly, the ambience felt spacious and modern with all the wall art and digital screens. A cool place to check out with friends or family.

Went here on their opening week. Food was delicious and the crabs did not disappoint. Food choices are amazing from the sushi bar, to seafood (oysters, shrimps, crabs), desserts, steak, mongolian and even hot cook meals. Their servers were approachable too. Since this is walking distance to our house, we would sometimes go over lunch whenever we craved for crabs. Until after 2 months since they opened, they stopped serving the same quality of crabs. From steamed crabs, they started serving fried small crabs that you can't get to eat unless you would eat everything crispy. Lesson learned, every time we craved for crabs, we always check or ask first if they have steamed crabs, if they don't, we leave. And so far, we haven't been back since Sept. Impressive at first only. Also, the restrooms are filthy and smells bad. Seems like no one checks on it. Will be back only if they would serve the same quality of crabs they used too. read more

They shut down the Business. I rarely eat at Buffets as I don't eat that much in one sitting. Hubby wanted to go so I agreed to go for my Birthday. I was finally ready so we drove there only to find it Closed Down! I guess not enough customers to support a Buffet. Some People do not realize the cost it takes to stock all that food. Plus so many new restaurants opening at Rodeo 72 and Orchards I guess this didn't work for them. Sorry to see another restaurant shut their doors in this Location. read more

Came here with a really big group and they were able to handle us very well. They had a server walking around with a pen and paper to write down everyone's drinks and they were able to bring them relatively quickly with no mistakes. Some places can't serve a big group but they did great, kudos to the staff for being organized. The food here is just ok. Pretty typical of a Chinese buffet, but nothing to write home about. The flavor is relatively bland on some dishes, but if you're hungry, sometimes you'll eat anything, so I guess it doesn't matter too much if you want a quick bite to eat. Overall 3 stars here, decent place, but there's better buffets. read more

For a buffet, the pricing is really reasonable for the food they offer! We came here for dinner a few weeks back, and I loooooved how they had salmon and tuna sashimi. Food clean and good tasting, for $15.99 with a variety of beef, chicken and seafood? What is there to complain ? Not to your taste? Just add salt and pepper or soy sauce , the have them! The price is the driving factor for me.. nowadays $15.99 for lunch all you can eat that is a bargain! Ambiance: clean and floor is not sticky! So clean! Service: not bad! Looked to give this place a try since it seemed a good value at $20 for adults and 13 for my kid. The food was always freshly coming out and they had a lot of options for their fresh grilled items. The steak was thinly cut, but tasty and the Korean bbq ribs were also really good. The traditional Chinese food items were decent quality with the fried shrimp and fried sole were better than average. the shrimp were huge and crispy as I got it when they brought out a fresh batch. The sushi was decent for a buffet but they did have sashimi and nigiri, not just rolls. I came for variety since we couldn't decide what to eat and the price was very reasonable considering a plate at panda cost up to $15 bucks. They had ice cream for dessert and a good selection of fruit as well (papaya, watermelon, fresh pineapple, etc..) 4 stars for food but an extra one for the value. read more

Good price for a lot of variety to choose from. However, please keep in mind the raw seafood. Unfortunately, me and my sister got food poisoning after eating the same raw oyster. Also, for some reason, they can't take card and just cash. Next time, if they have problem with card, they should posted it at the front that they can only take cash. read more

The food is excellent, I love the octopus. The service is quick and you can take a fresh new plate by the food area and the waiters take your leftovers at your table. The new owners replaced all the nasty old floor carpet f the former owner, I love the fire flames vertical panels they have on the walls. Bathroom is large and an improvement from the former. This is for the men's bathroom, I've never been to the women's bathroom! read more

You can also opt for their Buy 2 Bottles Get The 3rd Bottle Free deal, which would be nice if you have a bigger party. The service here was super nice, and there wasn't a long wait at all. I would highly recommend this spot if you want to have a good time and eat good food. It will be messy, but it'll be worth it!

I recently visited Flaming Seafood Buffet in Norwalk, located at Norwalk Square, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience! The food was delicious--especially the fried rice, chow mein, and the crab. The crab was particularly flavorful, and my entire family loved it. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very welcoming, and the vibes are great. It's a place where you can enjoy good food and good company in a pleasant setting. This restaurant is definitely a big win for the city of Norwalk. We brought the whole family--my kids, mom, and dad--and everyone was very satisfied with the meal. The only minor issue was that some of the food was a little cold, but that's an easy fix and didn't detract much from our overall enjoyment. Our server, Koi, was absolutely outstanding. She did a fantastic job taking care of us--serving drinks, making sure they were refilled, and maintaining a positive attitude throughout our visit. Her level of service was impressive, and I genuinely think she deserves recognition and a raise. Koi really made our experience even better. We also tried some dessert, which was quite good, and overall, everything was pretty great. Despite the small temperature issue, I'm happy to give Flaming Seafood Buffet a full five-star rating. Even getting a drink refill took a while. There was bits of food and trash on the floor. The food ended our party with stomach aches. charged for 10% extra for a party over 5.
