This hotel offers those mobile check in kiosk but it is honestly useless. Guests who stays there are able to park there for a flat rate of $20 and would use their room key to leave the parking structure etc. However, in order to do this, you have to actually tell the front desk person and it doesn't apply if you do the mobile check in. What a hassle. What is the point of a mobile check in then if you still have to get in line for the other stuff to work? The rooms are decent however it is extremely old and outdated. There were rust in the bathrooms, dust all over the drawers. Drapes that barely worked. The floors were dirty. But if you're just there for a night then it will do its job. We did get a nice view of the strip and the Bellagio fountain so that was nice. read more

Whenever we visit Las Vegas, we often stay at the Flamingo because of price and location. You can't beat the location, right in the middle of the Strip. Go left or right, you won't be bored. The reservation agent was courteous. We had a spectacular view of the massive High Roller ferris wheel and the Sphere. (Incidentally, we saw the Wizard of Oz at the Sphere. I give that 5 stars and say that is a must see.) Our room was clean and a decent size with 2 queen beds. On the downside, We are a family of 4 so I wish they had more outlets for our devices - free wifi for 2 devices, additional cost for more. Also, another chair would have been nice. There was no night table on my side of the bed. There was no coffee maker, no microwave, and the safe didn't work. All in all, however, I'll give the Flamingo a solid 3 1/2 stars, and have absolutely no problems staying here again in the future. read more

Bed bugs - don't stay here! We found one after the first night. The room was disgusting everywhere and when we woke up, there was a bug in the bed. I showed the video of the bug to a member of their security staff and he confirmed that's a bed bug. They said they would conduct an investigation and then most likely give us a refund after. After days of trying to get into touch they finally contacted us and told us they didn't find anything wrong with the room. They did not give us a refund for the first night - only 50% off one night. Very disappointed with the service from an employee named Thrash. We waited patiently to order, but felt we were treated differently than other customers. After I paid for our drinks, he rudely told us to move. When I said, "Give us a second," he moved my drink and refused to hand it to me, saying, "If you want it, you need to move." We recently stayed at the Flamingo Las Vegas for a convention. After reading reviews, and answering the draconian online check/in questions, we were a bit leery at the start of our stay. However, the rooms were nice. We had an updated room, and my cousin stayed in one of the older rooms which was nice also. The rooms were clean and had great views. The hotel location is super convenient, on the strip, with easy walking access to the Linq Promenade, the Monorail, parking and a slew of other Vegas attractions. There is a Starbucks in the hotel (we recently stayed at another Caesars property and had to trek to another Casino to get Starbucks, so onsite at Flamingo LV is awesome). In the future, we'd request a room further away from the elevators. For me the continuous elevator-whale sounds were white noise, but for my partner they were not so welcome. Another note, we've had room key issues at other Caesar properties, and while we weren't locked out of our room during our stay, we were (again) unable to exit the parking garage with our room keys, even though they'd just worked for our room, so we had to hit the call button and a nice employee let us out. So, if you're self-parking, don't check out until you get out of the garage. All in all though, it was a pleasant stay. read more

I don't even know where to begin. Our first experience at the Flamingo hotel was so bad it felt like we were being pranked. Our issues began at check in. We came into town for our wedding, my fiancée was excited to tell everyone we came in contact with that we were there to get married. Many people we encountered congratulated us and wished us well; however, the Flamingo staff in general couldn't care less. Honestly that's fine, I get it, tourists are probably annoying, but I learned quickly that this was to be the tone for the rest of the trip. When we checked in we were supposed to receive a room with an attraction view, despite the fact that we paid extra for said view the Flamingo had none available to put us in. We wanted this to be special so I asked about other rooms they could put us in or any compensation for the fact that we couldn't get the room we reserved. Nope. The only offer we received was a room with a garden view for an extra 40 bucks a night. Note that while we were talking, 3 supervisors stood by chatting and laughing with each other. We got over that, we didn't want this to bring us down during our happiest weekend. The room was a nice size, and at a glance looks kept up (we made sure we got a room in the most renovated tower). The toilet handle was broken (still flushes though!!) stripping under the door was shredded, phone didn't work "clean towels" had stains on them and several black and rusted corners in the bathroom. Because the phone didn't work we had to call the operator whenever we needed clean towels or to ask a question, etc... The stripping under the door was shredded so I asked to see if they could fix it (from my pictures you can see someone could easily fit a wire under the door) they said they would send up an "engineer" to fix the phone and the door, cool we went to the pool. Came back later, phone still didn't work (no dial tone, pressing any buttons does nothing) and from my picture you can see they just ripped the stripping out completely. I was a bit shocked after I expressed safety concerns that a wire could be placed underneath and their "fix" made it worse. All of these things I could overlook if the customer service was good, but alas. The only people who were nice to us were the pool security and an awesome bartender that said his name was "Thrash", shoutout to them for being great. Everyone else that I spoke to about directions to places or food recommendations and even the bell desk acted like I was a bother. It's a shame, we are Caesar rewards members and have always had great experiences at Caesar's properties, but this experience was definitely the scarlet letter on our wedding weekend. I'm surprised Lisa Vanderpump who prides herself on the customer experience would put her name on an establishment that seems to hate their customers. If you're thinking about staying here, don't. There are many other hotels that at least pretend to appreciate your business. read more

This place is all about the location! Great view of the Strip and the Bellagio fountain show, which was definitely a highlight. The sheets were clean, so there's that. But everything else? Pretty disappointing. The room was dingy and run-down, with stained walls that made it feel less like a hotel and more like a college dorm. The hotel seems to mostly cater to loud college kids, which might be fine if that's what you're looking for - but not ideal for anyone else. Although I'm sure you're not in Vegas for a relaxing time, you do want a good night's rest - or at least a nice, clean space to unwind - and this place just doesn't deliver. They lure you in with "cheap" room rates, but then tack on a $50 daily resort fee, plus taxes and other random charges. By the time you check out, you're paying way more than the place is worth. Do yourself a favor: spend a little extra and stay somewhere else. You'll thank yourself later. read more

They read from a script. Ask for a manager? They won't give you that info. It's not allowed. Ask for a manager to call you ? They don't. You're ignored. Room had no WiFi, kinda needed it. They don't care. Oh and hey! Across the street at Caesars? EDM music playing all day and night. You won't sleep. and the Flamingo doesn't care to help. Before Covid I would go to Vegas all the time, at least every month, and I would sometimes stay at flamingo. Last 4 years I've come probably 3 times. I have to say Vegas has changed a lot and is getting worse and worse with pricing for anything, especially flamingo. Over the years I have stayed at flamingo and was always treated like a queen. Coming back to flamingo this week me and other guests were not treated well. I came to this hotel because it's on the strip, I've stayed here before, and the deal was great. Whelp, like some people have commented...You get treated like what you paid for. Let's start my complaining about flamingo.... I've read in other comments about valet. It is true. There are no signs to direct you. There used to be. We ended up parking in the area where the cabs were at looking like idiots because valet actually used to be there. No one told us anything. Then after 10 minutes we drove to the side and found it. No signs anywhere for valet. In the past we were able to check in an hour or 2 early without getting charged a fee. Now you have to wait until exactly 3:30 pm and get back in line or use the kiosk to check in. The lines were extremely ridiculous for both areas. Felt like I was waiting in the TSA line. But if you want to check in early to avoid those lines just pay $20 more. The best advice I can give to avoid being in the long lines is just get to a kiosk before anyone else and wait till your clock says 3:30. As we were waiting we got a drink. A bottle of beer $12. Beer used to be $4-6 bucks. So that wasn't helpful. When we got to our room we called the bell desk for our luggage to be brought up. I was on the phone waiting for someone to pick up, but after 20 minutes of waiting and trying to call through my own personnel phone I decided I'm just going to get my own dam bags. We went downstairs and saw we were not the only ones getting our bags. Many people were upset including us. I was so mad I didn't even tip the guy getting our luggage from storage. Let me talk about Starbucks..... omg a drink I paid $3 for I paid $7. This was never the case in the past. Yes I get it, it's Vegas we are going to spend a little more, but omg already screwing us with the amenities, now Starbucks. Oh boy. Lastly, there was the pool. They have two sides, which I have gone to in the past. You have the family pool and adult pool. In the past we as guests were able to sit anywhere except cabanas you had to pay. Now almost alllllll the lounge chairs except for the sitting chairs against the wall have a sign that says "rent me". Those start at $125 and you have to order something even if you don't want to or else you can't sit there. So why am I paying for resort fees for???? And having to pay more to sit somewhere by the pool.... Over all these kind of issues just proves why tourism is going down in Vegas. People are already struggling in the economy and are just trying to find good deals to get away, only to be slammed with over priced food, drinks, lounge chairs, etc. then get charged more for things we pay resort fees for. At the end I will not and don't recommend anyone stay at this hotel. But if you have a lot of patience and are willing to deal with everything mentioned then kudos to you. read more

the view is beautiful, its a very crowded hotel so parking is difficult. they had non handicap cars parked in handicap spots told the desk people and nothing happened the car was parked their our whole trip. as this being my first time in vegas i didn't know what to expect it was a bummer the drag show is not done throughout the week like the other attractions they offer. the rooms were clean ours had a smoking smell to it. there parking garage is also very confusing then the unnecessary amount of charging only cars designated area is crazy like damn were do the rest of us park at. then there fees are outrageous you play a deposit , on top of the deposit u pay a stay fee then on-top of that its 40$ per day for parking :/ and u still have to pay for your stay it was just too much and semi ruined our spending allowance. i just wouldnt recommend if you honestly cant avoid but to go somewhere read more

Just returned from a three night stay at the Flamingo. I admit, I was apprehensive upon booking. We were going with another couple and they were comped a free room. Since we were traveling and wanting to stay together, I had little choice but to book at the Flamingo... The price was great. I already had a Caesars account (which I never used before this visit), so I got a lower price on a king room. Check in was easy. I avoided the short line and used the kiosk. I went up to the room and it was nice. Color scheme looked like an ice cream parlor explosion of Neapolitan (Brown, White, Pink), but it was doable for our three nights. There were a couple items that were broken, but didn't detract from our visit (a reading lamp on my side of the bed...missing, and the TV in the bathroom mirror...at least I think it was a TV). Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. I guess there were no major issues. The casino/accompaniments were better than expected as well. About 10 years ago, while walking thru, it seemed extremely trashy. The trash was gone and it was quite nice. The pool area was outstanding. I believe it was newly remodeled, so that was a plus. Watch out though, it can get expensive if you try to book a cabana, daybed or other private spot. The price of the spot + minimum food/beverage purchase definitely adds up. Not a problem if you're with several friends, but can get pricey if you're by yourself or with another couple. We saved money by going on a Sunday, as opposed to Saturday. Drinks are still pricey. Unbeknownst to me, I did pay $50 for "large" drink at the swim up bar (there were no prices listed on the bar menu). This was my perspective. My buddy and his wife pre-checked in like we did. Like I said, I got my room immediately upon check in. His room wasn't ready @ 5pm. Really? It was finally ready at 9pm. That was some serious BS. read more

So my girlfriend and I were only staying about 3 nights 4 days total for her birthday vacation. We had everything planned so we were on a schedule. Anyways, after the first night, we realized our AC was not working. We notified the front desk and they accommodated us to a different room which was nice of them. However, they said we only had an hour to move our stuff. We got to moving our stuff right away and after 30 minutes our keycards to our old room stopped working. We still had things to get from the original room since it took us more than one trip. We notified front desk of our situation and they gave us new keycards to use. Again, they did not work. This happened multiple times as we went back and worth, from room to front desk. They finally told us someone would come to open the door for us, to wait by the original room. After waiting an hour, we got fed up so I decided to walk back to front desk again for what felt like the 10th time where all they did was give me a keycard again after explaining everything that had already happened. LUCKILY that keycard finally worked and we were able to get in. This was after 3 hours of wasted time so our schedule was set back. After complaining about our whole experience, all it was worth was $15 off. Wow so generous. Felt like they didn't care about the whole situation or wasted time. The paint in the bathroom was super runny/badly done (lots of white spots under the pink), there were lights on the ceiling that didn't turn on, a screen and speaker in the bathroom that didn't work/turn on, etc - towel and furniture had random mystery stains on them? - one of the pillows smelled weird The place has potential, I think they just need to shut down the rooms that aren't finished. We came here for my best friend's bachelorette and were able to do early check in (for a fee) and late check out (for an additional fee) but we got the room rates pretty cheap so we did t care about the extra fees. I highly recommend going to the new pool! We rented a wetbed in the VIP pool and did not regret it, there was a $125 minimum to spend, but that's easy in Vegas. Our hotel room was clean, and the beds were so comfy. We slept great, the housekeeping staff is SO kind and amazing. I want to stay at the Flamingo every single time I come to Vegas now LOL. Considering it's centrally located on the strip, the value to location ratio is amazing. Staff is very friendly and professional, and above average. Aerion checked me in and was very accommodating to my needs. Rooms are clean and simple. If you stay in a non GO room, they have fridges! Although many of them have not been serviced for a long time. See pictures for typical fridge condition. Otherwise it has everything one would desire of a Vegas strip casino. The view of the room was good. The price for the stay was reasonable. We have to call a few times for towels and soap but overall was ok. read more

I would like to know why there were so few front desk personnel available and why all of the self-check-in kiosks were out of service. The situation resulted in an extremely long line and significant delays for guests attempting to check in. I want to acknowledge the two young ladies working the front desk. They were doing their best to assist every guest and handled a very challenging situation professionally. However, it was clear they were understaffed and overwhelmed by the volume of customers. My reservation was scheduled for Friday, the 19th, and I was originally expected to arrive around 10:00 PM. Unfortunately, multiple airline delays caused my arrival time to be pushed back to approximately 3:00 AM. After an already exhausting travel experience, the lengthy wait to check in due to staffing shortages and inoperable kiosks added further frustration. I respectfully request an explanation for why adequate staffing and functioning self-service kiosks were not available to accommodate guests during this time. read more

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Our stay was booked months in advance, and we had already paid a portion of the reservation. Unfortunately, our flight was canceled, so we contacted both the hotel and our third-party booking provider to let them know we would be arriving the following day instead of our original check-in date. When we arrived after a 5-hour flight, we were informed that our entire reservation had been canceled despite us notifying the hotel of the situation. We were left without accommodations and ended up spending the night outside before finally being able to get a room the next day. Later, the hotel manager told us an additional night would be added to our stay to make up for the night we missed due to the flight cancellation. To ensure there would be no confusion, we called multiple times to confirm our checkout date and were repeatedly told everything was correct. However, the day before our departure, we were suddenly told there was no record of the additional night. We were forced to dispute the issue yet again and ultimately had to pay an extra $325 to stay that final night. The most frustrating part was the lack of communication and consistency. Different staff members provided different information, and commitments that had previously been made were later denied. After spending nearly $2,000, we were repeatedly told there was "nothing they could do." This experience caused significant stress throughout what was supposed to be a vacation. I strongly recommend getting any promises, changes, or accommodations in writing if you choose to stay here. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not stay here again. read more

Everything about out stay was good except that they didn't have their adult day pool open yet. It was supposed to be open well before Wrestlemania but it was nowhere near completed during our stay. Our room was clean and modern with a beverage fridge, plenty of stylish furniture and a decent bathroom. The shower didn't completely close, so water got all over the floor every time I turned it on, which was annoying and dangerous. I have been staying at the Flamingo since 1982. The location has always been the best on the strip. This is the first time the customer service was piss poor. The room was nice and AC was ok. It seemed to get stuck and not cool below 72. The shower was amazing. There were missing lotion and body soap dispensers with rusty brackets that were off putting. We had major issues from check in. One of two keys did not work and there was no in house services staff as it was closed. I tried 7 kiosks for a new key and was directed back to front desk. After 45 minutes wait I got a new key. Then next day the other keybwould not work on parking exit. I approached the in house service desk. A kind staff tries to help me , but got yelled at by a supervisor as that desk was not open yet at 1015a. She still helped despite supervisor negativity. The room next to us got back and blasted palying video games from 3a530a and front desk kept hanging up on us after we asked them to address the noise complaint. We stayed from Monday to Friday and we're never told the kids pool and slide would not be open. We were stuck in the overly loud Stuffed family pool. It was horrible and the fact they let anyone in the GoPool with no fee was insane. Parking was a complete mess. First day leaving hotel key did not work. They wanted to charge me $105.00 for one day. I waited again 30 mins at the front desk after trying Ivy the text concierge who said the parking was not added and fixed, which it was not. They gave me another key and we attempted to leave again and hotel key did not work. Had to hitbthe help.button. Got sick after a cold wet burrito at Carlos and Charlies on 3rd day. Mentioned it was cold when received and was told that was ok. They reheated it and still got ill. Quite frankly will never stay at this property again unless they fix the customer service experience and parking. I had booked 3 rooms. Called at 1pm to let them know we would be a late arrival and to make sure all 3 rooms were LV strip view. Arrive around 11:30 pm and there is a long line to check in. We, unfortunately, got a check in agent who decided to give us 2 rooms without a strip view ( which was on our reservation and we paid extra for a strip view room) and the agent decided that since we were staying 4 nights she would opt us OUT of housekeeping! I called the next day when I realized our 2 rooms my friends were in were not strip view. Customer service told me I had to go to the desk. Again , wait in a long line and the manger took care of getting the 2 rooms assigned strip view rooms that we should have received night 1. So my friends had to pack up their room and unpack to the room they should have been assigned the night before. I called for towels day 2. They came in a decent amount of time. Day 4 , our trash was piling up and I called for towels, for them to take our old towels, and to empty trash. 6 hours late after contacting a second time the towels arrived but no trash emptied or old towels taken. That is when I learned our agent at check in opted us out of housekeeping! When the towels arrived I wanted to give them the used towels, but the person who delivered the towels told me just put the trash and towels in the hall. I texted guest services or whoever texts you , how was your stay? Their response was , " I apologize, the evening housekeeping team is limited throughout the evening and try to perform all requests made. ". I told them the original request was at 2pm, not 9 pm. Very disappointed in this hotel. Who wants to see used towels and garbage in the hallway? But apparently that is the Flamingo LV standard. This was my first time back in 9 years. It was a pretty good experience. My girls loved the Flamingos, ducks, turtles and the pelican. I paid more for an executive room. It was a waste of money. Only slightly bigger than a regular room and really just the same room. Parking was fine. Pretty cool you don't even need your room key, the parking recognizes your vehicle. My complaint is literally the cost of EVERYTHING. Nickeled and dimed to death. If you have more than two devices in your room that need WIFI, you must pay an extra $15 a night per device. The rooms have no coffee maker or microwave, so you're forced to go to Starbucks and pay $12 for a drink. The pizza place in the food court used to be the bomb. It's not nearly as good as it used to be and costs 3 times as much as it did 9 years ago. Dropped $200 at the Gordon Ramsey Burger place for 4 burgers and a couple beers. Give me a break. It's really not just the Flamingo. The price gouging on the strip now is insane. Luckily right next to Flamingo is Stage Bar and mini mart. The mini mart has a Keurig and the coffee is great. Stage Bar is a great time and they have a special where you get a hot dog and Heineken for 5 bucks. I forgot to mention all the staff treated us very well. I stayed at the Flamingo for only a few hours yesterday for a work conference though I originally planned to stay for 4 days. I booked a renovated Strip View room-- only to receive a room that was neither renovated or a strip view. What I got instead: * No Strip View (and no one informed me it was unavailable) * Furniture with extensive water damage * A strong, unpleasant odor masked by overwhelming room spray * A sink faucet knob that broke in my hand * No Wi-Fi or reliable cell signal-- unacceptable for a work trip I brought photo evidence to the front desk and explained I have chronic health conditions that make mildew and mold exposure unsafe. I was told the hotel was fully booked-- yet they still had me wait for housekeeping to determine "if it's really bad." If there were no available rooms, why even involve housekeeping and have me wait? Only after being told there were no options left did I ask to be moved to another Caesars property and that was dismissed too. Meanwhile, my coworker's non-renovated room looked better than mine. It wasn't perfect, but at least it didn't reek of room spray and mildew. I started asking other guests about it and none of them reported the strong room spray smell, even those also in the renovated section. It felt like my room was sprayed intentionally to cover something up. Even worse, multiple guests told me they had gone out to buy Clorox wipes just to clean their own rooms. That should never be necessary at a name-brand hotel in Las Vegas. It was almost midnight when I finally checked out at my own expense. No one followed up. I never received a proper receipt confirming I wouldn't be charged-- just one for the tips I left using the food credit they gave to pacify me. This hotel is rundown, disorganized, and indifferent to guests' concerns. If you have health needs, professional obligations, or simply want to feel safe and clean in your hotel room-- skip the Flamingo. read more

I would not recommend that anyone stay here. Pool is very small! Also, they do not give a #^$! if you lose something. I have submitted the online request form as I was instructed to do, and uploaded pictures of the necklaces I left in the room & exactly where I left them. No luck finding them. I even called their lost & found directly and had to wait 3 days for a call back. The guy I spoke with said they hadn't been found but gave me a link to give more information. I uploaded exact pictures of necklaces, how much more information can I give?! When I said someone cleaning the room must have stolen them, his response was "Yup, well..." I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of May 2026 for my anniversary, and I was extremely disappointed, for a lot of reasons (some minor, some I consider major). I'm not confrontational, and only complained about a few. Here's a list in no particular order -Self check in did not work -i called ahead the week before to request a room with no feather pillows, this was not provided. After 5 hours of driving I couldn't lay down until the pillows and bedding got replaced -Their system for charging food/drink/etc to the room was not working for the first two days, so I could not use my food credit (problems with that too) -The reservation was supposed to include $30 a day food credit. Once their system was back up, I found out that there was some error with the booking and I was not receiving that -For a few hours every day, there was a foul smell coming through the vents -The shower is half open with no curtain. We found out later you have to request a curtain. When we got one, it barely worked because it billowed - we still had to mop the floor after every shower -The johnny rockets that is advertised wasn't a full restaurant, it was a counter with a few seats in the food court. -Wilderness area didn't have seating One positive is that all their employees did their best to help when asked, but there wasn't much they were able to do. Completely unacceptable! And to think they're attached to the luxurious Caesars Palace Hotels. Me, my pregnant wife, our toddler and 2 small dogs, Checked in with our pets to the FAB pet stay suite. Upon arrival we noticed the phone was unplugged so I connected to phone jack so that we could call for our baggage. Only to be met with nonstop loud phone ringing and no dial out. We had to use our cell to call Caesar's, get transferred to flamingo, go through their prompts and FINALLY reach the front desk. The end right? Nope. First Lady was a damn machine, sounded too real, so she(it) had to transfer me to a real representative. The first (real) lady attempted to help us or so she said, put us on hold and then hung up. We had to re-do the process all over and spoke with someone else. We ended up having to go all the way down to the lobby and get a new room. The rooms were both straight out of a motel 6. But the price tag was something you could expect from Grand Hyatt or Bellagio. Then upon check out, we needed assistance doing the express check out since it's not directly on the ceasars website. We also needed to call valet for our vehicle. Lots of links and different tabs just to get to check out. But while on the phone the lady told us that a card number I've never heard was used to book the room. After assuring her I don't not have ever had a card with those numbers she told me I would need to come down to the lobby again and wouldn't be able to express check out. She also told us that valet wasn't accepting calls.. come to find out valet doesn't have a phone. You have to go down and wait for your vehicle after scanning a ticket, prompting them to finally go retrieve your vehicle. What the actual F?!?! Stayed here over the weekend from Friday-Sunday, it was the same weekend as Wrestlemania so I feel like the hotels on the strip were all pretty expensive. We booked for $265 a night before resort fees. We ended up staying an accessible 2 queen Habitat room (even though we we originally booked a king room) Pros: - great shower pressure - one of the only hotels on the strip that has an actual mini fridge that isn't filled with things that you get charged for moving - so actually helpful if you have leftovers - Really prime location center-strip. Super useful for us because we went clubbing at Drai's right next door at the Cromwell - in my opinion, pretty unique branding for a hotel that has been around for a long time - I guess animals never really go out of style? The live flamingos are pretty fun to walk by, and the interior seems pretty updated so it doesn't seem very dingy despite the age - Our room was pretty clean, and the flamingo paintings and lamp didn't feel too tacky, felt like they were nice small touches instead of a a very pink room that I pictured in my head - Pretty good TV with good signal and lots of channels - free wifi when we stayed (this seemed assumed, but I've seen some other reviews that say they charge? weird) - all the staff we encountered seemed really professional - not a super long wait for the elevators, there were plentiful and efficient (LOL not like Luxor) - decent food options nearby - we really liked the Cortadito coffee shop downstairs with empanadas - really good signage in the casino area - I weirdly sometimes get lost in other hotel casinos but I felt like this layout was simple, easy, with good clear signage - I don't typically love fastfood, but the food court downstairs is really convenient, given that the pizza and other food options are 24 hour joints, super helpful when you come back from the club at 5am and need some food before going to bed. - comfortable beds and sheets, easily adjustable heat/AC. - decent size room on the Strip. Of course not as big as the Palazzo's suite, but not too low of a ceiling to make you feel claustrophobic, overall comfy Cons: - I REALLY hated the check-in process, this is actually the main thing that bumped my review down from a 4 star. The whole check-in process took way too long at 9pm (and we were kind of in a rush trying to get ready for the club after our flight landed). In efforts to save time, we tried using the mobile check-in kiosk (which in theory is a fantastic idea). The kiosk said that our room "wasn't ready yet" and said to keep a lookout for an email update. I didn't like this because rooms should be ready at check-in time, and email is a weird way to notify someone - like why not text ? so we went to go eat dinner and I eventually got annoyed and lined up to talk to a front desk worker. Checking in here with her also took a long time (to me, anything more than 10 mins feels long) - but it wasn't her fault and Tiffany was super professional and helpful. She said that there were no more king rooms which we booked, and that we would have to wait. I told her I really didn't care what room we got, so she set us up with a 2 queen room. Had I had more time, I think I would have asked for something to be comped, but we were in a rush. Observing everyone interacting with front desk workers - everyone was really professional, but it felt like every guest had an issue that they were trying to figure out, similar to us. I really value a quick and efficient check-in process, so this for some reason left a bad taste in my mouth. - The room had some random clicking noises that happened a lot - like the bathroom light after you turned it off? wasn't too big of a deal but felt really loud in the middle of the night. Overall, not a bad value since it's not the most expensive on the strip, but it's an excellent location close to a lot of attractions. The kiosk check-in has SO much potential - but they didn't have anyone really manning it. I would definitely be open to staying here again but hopefully they don't overbook next time. read more

Avoid the Flamingo - It's a FlamingNO. I booked a suite at the Flamingo after seeing their website photos of "newly renovated" rooms. Upon check-in, the front desk immediately pushed an "upgrade" for $150 more per night--allegedly a better, newly renovated suite with a pool table. I declined, opting for the room I had already booked. What I got was a huge disappointment. The suite looked nothing like the photos--rundown, dirty, and outdated. The couch was sagging from overuse, chairs were stained, and the whole room felt like a Motel 6 imitation. I returned to the front desk, asking if I could switch to one of the pictured renovated rooms. The answer: no, unless I paid the $150/night upgrade. Reluctantly, I agreed. The upgraded room was only marginally better. Furniture was still beat up, stained, and poorly maintained. The carpet was dirty, bathroom sinks covered in limescale, and the shower barely worked--alternating between full-blast and no water at all. To top it off, the shower soap dispensers were taped over with a giant sheet of plastic like someone abandoned a half-finished repair job. By midnight, I just wanted to sleep. I noticed all the pillows were feather, which I'm allergic to. I had called the hotel a week before to confirm they had foam pillows and was assured they did. I phoned the front desk, who said foam pillows would be sent up shortly. 45 minutes later--nothing. I called again. 15 more minutes passed and finally, a staff member showed up... with a garbage bag of feather pillows. He laughed in my face, saying, "We only have feather, so here you go," and walked off. At 1am, I called the front desk again, was put on hold for 15 minutes, disconnected, called again, re-explained the situation, and got disconnected again. No one called back. Frustrated, I went down to the front desk in person, waited 30 minutes in line just to speak with someone. A manager came out, apologized, and was shocked at both the state of the room and the employee's behavior. I showed her photos of the issues and explained the pillow situation. She admitted they had no foam pillows and suggested I fold bed sheets into a pillowcase and sleep on that. She promised I'd get a proper pillow by 10am. The next day I returned to my room at 7pm expecting the promised pillows--nothing. I called again before heading to a show and was again told they'd be delivered. I got back after the show--still no pillows. After being hung up on three times, I returned to the lobby. A different manager apologized and offered to waive one night's upgrade fee. I accepted and tried to sleep--again--on bundled sheets. The next morning, I decided I'd had enough and went to check out. I was told no refund had been applied. When I asked for the manager I spoke to the night before, the new one claimed there were no notes confirming the refund. I explained everything again, and after a long back and forth, she reluctantly agreed to remove the charges. She even asked me, "Did you think this would get your whole room for free?" I said, "No. Just the upgrade fees for all the issues and lack of basic accommodations." This was by far one of the most unprofessional hotel experiences I've ever had. Poor maintenance, nonexistent customer service, and a total lack of accountability. Never staying here again. Don't do it. Just don't. read more

I stayed here many times before and it use to be my favorite hotel but the service was terrible. While playing a table games the server wouldn't even bring a bottled water , and were rude about it. The bathrooms in the casino were disgusting. I will never stay here again , if you are Caesar reward I recommend Paris or planet Hollywood. read more

We came here for a MadeHoops Basketball tournament and this place advertised fun pools that were always closed or go adults only!! Do not go there!! Also the pool staff is idiotic and has zero common sense and they have lack of respect for anyone. The pools are 3 ft deep and the kiddie slide was NOT open most of the time we were there and then when they FINALLY opened it- the blank stare- faces of these so called lifeguards and stand in pool staff and literally have no brain cells werent paying attention and when my son got stuck on the slide bc of lack of water and trying to get the lifeguards help- they looked at him and ignored him and proceeded to allow another kid to go down the damn slide while he aaa still there and he took an elbow the the skull im the eye!! My husband lost it and the staff kicked him out and we had to file a huge complaint and file an incident report. We have documented his head and he had a concussion from the lack of brains this hotels staff and the pool staff obtain. We won't be back and we have contacted a lawyer. Skip this place- especially if you have kids. They don't maintain the pool area or have adequately trained staff AND it was hardly only on Memorial Day weekend!! Of all Times- WTF! Get it together. I also witnessed while there the pool staff harassing a woman breastfeeding her infant! There are hoes all around Vegas naked! Get the fuck out of here with all that BS. I breastfed all 3 of my boys and I did it in public- I'd do it again and yall need to cater to people who do- not condem and judge them and make them feel dirty when you see boobs and ASS all over. The men are topless- I see their nips... I saw a ton of inappropriate things worm and done there and they want to pick on a MOM in the family fucking pool! There are laws against that too. Y'all are asking for lawsuit after lawsuit. Better hire a new people management team to handle that portion of the hotel before they ruin and cause a lot of money loss and lawsuits. Don't come here! Rooms were also lame and not remodeled. Gross Valet staff also wrote WRONG name on valet ticket- where do you get LAUREN?? I'm Corrie. What a poor experience and we have been to Vegas several times. Even the NYNY is better than this hole. We have had presidential suites and stayed at nice places and some basic spots when having the kiddos with us- but this was by far our worst Vegas experience.
