During our convo, I caught him in a lie about it. When I questioned him, he told me I "misunderstood". I explained it was not a "misunderstanding", I was meant to here that. I said how trust was gone and I thought he was a shitty salesman and how he should be ashamed of himself. He became defensive and argumentative. It ended with him calling me a vulgar name and told me to leave and never come back The most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced. The owner was no better.

He is a manipulator and literally puts you into the highest mileage car and then laughs as you drive away. I had the car for literally 2 hours when I realized I have no A/C, no heat, the windshield wiper reservoir had a hole in it so the entire gallon of fluid was on my garage floor. Heavy smell of antifreeze...THANK GOD he sold me the $2800 extended warranty right? My husband and I drove to the dealership to express our concerns and he confronts us in the parking lot, cussing us out telling us he is getting pissed off having to deal with it. What did he expect? Take my car in to get it fixed....pick it up, get home and we notice another issue. Finally get told that the timing chain is stretched and about to snap. Thousands of dollars to repair. Message David because he just told me days ago to come back and he would refund me my down payment. Told him I want my money back. He send me a nasty messages, deletes it and then blocks me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. So I reach out to the General Manage George McGuire. What a peach he was! Starts yelling at me yelling me it's my fault that I am having problems. He sold it to me "AS IS" with an extended warranty. Even went as far as to say "Now you have a broken car. If you're driving home today and it breaks into 10 pieces, now you have a 10 piece broken car". And this guy is the actual owner. Way to stand behind your cars and help people. I should have known. He did not really explain anything and if I asked a question he made me feel stupid for asking it. I felt like I was falling into a scam and honestly should have walked. I ended up cancelling the easy care after the guy tried to talk me into it by saying he's been in the car industry for longer than I've been alive. Nice work ass hole you're really moving up in the world. The most recent update is there ended up being curb rash on three of the tires that I'm fairly certain they covered up initially or regardless didn't mention anything about it. I hate that this is still the car buying experience for consumers. I would just be weary and firm with them. I love my car and had a good experience with the salesman but they need to reevaluate the boomer finance guy.

He was able to fit me into the schedule with less than a week's notice and Apple Ford Shakopee facilitated the service within the expected times in addition to informing me of outstanding TSBs and even completed one while the truck was already there. Why do you schedule appointments if you don't have places to look or diagnose or fix your cars? They told me at that point it would be three days that does not work for the normal American family anymore. Most of us work two jobs. We have children to run around. We don't always have options to just leave our car at the dealership for three days. And you didn't offer a rental you didn't offer a loaner car. Also, my car apparently has 2 Vin numbers, one of them was welded on by first Ave Motors. DO NOT GO TK THIS PLACE! PREVIOUS REVIEW: First interaction was fine when I was there buying the car but afterwards was a whole different deal. I can't open my car with the key, only with the controller, they were supposed to send a locksmith to fix it and still to this day I'm waiting for it. Was supposed to do that and pick up some mats (which I'm pretty sure they lied to me a me haven't bought them). I've been calling like crazy and either someone that doesn't know anything about the situation answers and tells me to call when the manager is there. Now whenever I call they straight up don't answer or call me back. It's been close to impossible to talk to someone that can help me with things I was supposed to get over a month ago. I gave them many chances to call me back and fix the situation that they lied to me about on day one. Once they make their money and get you out of there it'll be impossible to get help with anything. Beware.

Those vehicles are tough to find, but on my way to Target on Sat., March 20, 2021 I drove by First Ave Motors, and saw a red BMW on their main display. I said I will check it out on my way home which I did. And yes, it was a red BMW 328i convertible which is my dream car. Small dealerships have always made me very nervous. My wife said do the research. I did see that it had a salvaged title which made me have second thoughts. But on the following Monday, I sent it to my insurance agent in which he said it could be anything, and recommended that I take it to a body shop and a mechanic. I called later that day and spoke with Tatyana to inquire and I was told that the car needed to be jumped. I took it for a test drive on that Wednesday and the car indicated that the rear tire was low, other than that it drove good. I told Tatyana that I will be by the next day for a more thorough check and test drive. The next day my wife and I took it for a drive and brought it to the body shop and were told the damage was not that bad and the frame was good. We then took it to the mechanic next door to the dealer and they found no issues, in which we bought the car for a very great deal. The next day I drove it in the morning and things were fine, but in the afternoon the battery was dead. It did turn over but it struggled to do so. I could not help but think, I made a really bad purchase. I contacted Tatyana and she said that she was off that weekend, but to bring it in on that Monday which I did. Scared I had her check the alternator as well. Later that day she let me know that the car was done and the issue was an after market battery and a BMW battery was needed which they replaced free of charge. Since then there have been no issues and my plates came in 8 days after purchase. All and all this was a fantastic experience and Tatyana was so great to work with, I truly thank her for her hospitality! Dream car bought and loving it!!!! And here we are knocking on the door of November, and there has been no issues at all.
