Professional and responsive! I sent a Yelp quote request on a Friday night of a 3-day weekend, as I noticed a leak from my water heater. I knew it was time for a new one but of course the leak was noticed on Friday night - ugh. I figured I would have to deal with it all weekend. I received an almost immediate message back asking for pictures and some information; a phone call from them followed. Gary (I believe) was kind and informative. He told me he would try to have someone out Sat or, for sure, Sun/Mon. He called me back a few minutes later and said John would be there at 8am Sat morning. This was all after 10 pm on Friday! John was on time (early, actually!) and explained the whole process. In less than 2-hours our new water heater was installed and good to go. I said a goodbye to my 1996 model and thanked John. I loved these guys! They had great customer service from start up until finish! When I was having trouble with my water heater keeping up with hot water I knew I needed to get it fixed. The person who answered the phone was very informative, polite and knew a lot about water heaters. They had scheduled me out at the beginning of their work day the next day. The gentleman was so nice, worked cleanly and fixed the part in a short amount of time!! He informed me I had a good brand heater and it should last a while longer. Thank you for helping us out with our hot water heater so quickly! It's not fun when the water heater starts having issues, especially in the middle of winter. We thought for sure there would be a long wait until we could get someone to come out here to take a look at it, especially with the crazy storms and all. However, thanks to Gary, we have everything back to normal. We were able to reach a real person on the first phone call, and the staff was very professional and friendly. I don't write many product or company reviews but when a company or products warrants a positive or negative review I have no issue sharing my opinion. The pilot light on our water heater went out a couple of days ago, I called Flash Water heaters and was connected with Wyatt Ray of Prominent Plumbing, their response was almost immediate, answered a few questions about the water heater brand and the problem. Wyatt provided a preliminary diagnoses as to what he thought may be the problem based upon his experience, ordered the part that might potentially fix the heater in advance. Needless to say I was still worried that upon arrival to actually triage the problem I was suspicious that they would find something else more extensive that would cost more money or we would have to replace the water heater altogether. They arrived the next afternoon, they were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem, the assessment that was made over the phone was accurate and within an hour our water heater was repaired. What we thought might end up being over a thousand dollar expense turned out to be a $225.00 repair. I would definitely use the services of Prominent Plumbing again!! read more

We made an emergency call to Flash after we came home to a broken hot water heater. The very next day, they came out and were able to remove the old water heater and then quickly installed the new one. They were very quick and punctual with their work and were very patient with all of our questions. My one critique, if anything, would have to be that they left some metal shavings on our floor and I wasn't really sure where they came from. I asked them about them and if they could be swept up and they said yes so I found it slightly odd that no effort was made on their part to just do that little extra bit. A quick mini brush and dustpan would have done the trick, but that's really a minor thing in my opinion. Overall, the new installation has worked out well and we have plenty of hot water. read more

Our water heater was very old when we moved in. The seller would not replace it so I needed to get it done. I am a single girl who lives in a rented house and know absolutely nothing about water heaters. I totally freaked when my water heater went out and stopped working. This was at 2:30 on a Friday afternoon! Great experience! They were the only plumbing company I called that actually had someone to answer the phone on a Sunday.  I was able to make an appointment right away for later that afternoon. The plumber called before he was supposed to to say he was on his way and he arrived right when he said he would. I explained the problems I was having with my water heater, we agreed on a price (they weren't excessively high, but it was a bit pricey in my opinion) and he went right to work. The repair was a little more than he bargained for but he got it done. He was very professional, even when I was totally confused and challenging him, he calmly worked on my issue and we continued to repair the water heater. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, although I hope I don't need any plumbing anytime soon. read more

Flash Water Heaters made a difficult task of switching from a tank water heater over to tankless system painless and easy. Trevor knew everything there was to know when it came to both types of tanks. After a lot of questions and a lot of what ifs we finally came to a solution. After giving it some thought and time we ended up deciding to buy the tankless unit. Trevor did a FANTASTIC job with EVERYTHING. He removed the old hot water heater that was beyond repair and replaced it with new tankless one. We are so grateful that we switched over because we like it so much more. A big plus about this company is they won't pressure you one way or the other. We felt they didn't over charge and they never tried to sway us one way or the other. I called and had arrangements made with Gary for later in the week, then he texted to confirm our appointment the day of. His follow up was reassuring. The person that we purchased our home from 7 years ago did most of his own renovation work. Not being a professional plumber himself, there have been issues from the beginning.
