I have enjoyed REAL pizza in Italy, Germany, New York and Chicago. Carson City now has REAL pizza that rivals the pizza cornerstones. Ryan has captured the perfections of dough, crust fresh ingredients and house smoked meats to bring us the very best of the best. This was my second time here and it was just the best they sadly had been out of what I wanted but he swiftly offered me something almost identical but was not on the menu and it was amazing if you can ask for the rib sandwich it was an amazing lunch and I would definitely recommend. read more

l tried two times on sun evening ton get a pizza delivered, once at about 730 pm the other at about 745. closing time 9pm on website . both times I was told it was too late and they had 3 and 6 deliveries already and the manager is closing early on one of the nights. this is the worst business practice I have experienced and no way to keep a customer. one more delivery and order 90 min. before closing time is reasonable. I can see maby less than 1 hour but come on. I hope the owner knows his employees are doing this or maby he is. I really like the pizza that is why I gave them a chance after my first bad experience, but then it happened again after I gave them plenty of notice. very unfortunate in such a small town to lose business like this, especially after covid you would think they were dying ( no pun intended) for business read more

We ordered the extra spicy wings, and a half Smoking Costentino-half Goodfella. The wings were ok. They weren't overcooked or dry, but the sauce wasn't anything spectacular. The pizza was horrible. I REALLY like the flavor here. The pizza is AMAZING. I only dropped stars for the cost and the customer service. We asked for our pizza to be a little bit less than well done. Meaning a little more cooked than usual. The lady told me they don't do that, only usual or burnt. Seriously? So I called back and asked for someone else. My wife and I have been living in this area for just over one year. We have been trying may different restaurants, to find our go tos. We had lunch at Flat Earth Pizza for lunch today. Our server was very kind and helpful, since this was our first time there. He e planned how they smoke all their own meats and cheeses, and make their own sauces and dough. We settled on a half Gambino and a half Hawaiian luau pizza. Of all the pizza places we have eaten at in the Carson Valley area, Flat Earth has been the absolute best. Great place and nice atmosphere. This is our go to pizza restaurant now. The only thing that would make it better, is a store front in Minden where we live. read more

The Carson City Photo Club had it's Christmas Party at Flat Earth tonight! Party of 25! It was great! The staff had the room all set up for us and everything was ready. They let us keep our cake in the refrigerator until we served it two hours later. Everyone loved the food and had a great time! Thank you Flat Earth! We will be back. Recommend! The service was reasonable considering the amount of people who where there. I had the calzone with pepperoni and meatballs which was excellent, and my husband loves the pastrami sandwich. A group of 5 of us just had lunch here. It was great. They make their own crust and all 5 of us agreed it is great. While opinions of crust is a individual preference we all loved it. They do everything from scratch and it shows. My only criticism is their blue cheese salad dressing, it is water thin and has no flavor, that said it is now our go to pizza house. read more

Just had the Old World Style half meatball and side salad delivered. Absolutely perfect! Much better than two weeks ago when it was completely black! I sent it back! I know you guys are just getting started and things are a little hectic right now. Hope you can get a little bit more organized as I waited an hour and twenty minutes. Came in the other night for take out and it wasn't ready after ordering an hour before. I don't mind waiting as long as it's on time and delicious. We use to go here a lot - the pizza is great and so was the gal waiting on us. Today, on my lunch hour, service was extremely slow, a different gal was waiting on us and she was more interested in cleaning tables then waiting on us. She finally took our order. I only have a 1 hour lunch - it took 40 minutes to get our food, so had to gulp it down and leave. Then, when she brought our bill, we asked if a military discount was on it and was told "yes". Then she came back with a second bill and said the military discount was on this bill. It is a shame, as the pizza is good, but we can't go there when we only have one hour to order, eat and leave to get back to work. read more

We had dinner tonight at Flat Earth Pizza. I can honestly say it's one of the very best, authentic 'New York' pizzas we've ever had in Nevada, and we've been here 10+ years. My husband is from New York, and I'm from Chicago ... so we know good pizza! Flat Earth uses very fresh, high quality ingredients - and you can absolutely taste the difference between their pizzas and any others for miles around. I got a very simple, classic Margherita, and my husband got meatball and sausage. Everything was delicious! The server, Brandon, was incredibly nice and helpful; the owner, Ryan, spent quite a bit of time in Staten Island learning the right way to make pizza. Flat Earth is on par with another favorite of ours, Smiling with Hope in Reno (I might even like it a bit more - I'll have to try it a few more times to decide) -- but we don't have to drive nearly as far!! We're definitely making this our new 'go to' whenever we're in the mood for pizza! read more
