Back to the point. He proposed a few different brands and types of tire for my car. He gave me the pros and cons of each, answered all the questions I had, and did not at all pressure me to make a decision on the spot. After thinking about it for a night and doing a little research, I contacted him and requested the tires which his own wife has on her car. I mean that's a piece of mind right there. He was quick to reply and scheduled me for an appointment before an impending snow storm. The work was done quickly and the price was incredibly reasonable. When I picked up my car he requested I follow up with him on how the tires do in the snow. I did follow up with him as the tires were just as he described - reliable. He also includes a free tire rotation with every oil change so I now know where I'm going for all my mechanical needs. I can't say enough about John's workmanship and customer service.
