They did not drain my oil before pouring in new oil. My battery cover was left on top of a filter underneath my hood, leaving a dent in the filter. Not even sure why they were touching my battery... In addition, I paid for a tire rotation & 26 point inspection. They called me letting me know my car was ready. When I got there to pick up my car, I asked about my tires. I was told they did not do a ride rotation... okay?... I was pretty dumb founded & then had to wait about another hour... read more

I was hearing a grinding sound wherever I went and when I called to see if they could get me in, and was told to come right down. I did and they got me in fast, told me i needed new rear brakes and made the repairs very quickly. And low and behold, the grinding was fixed! The store took GREAT care of me and I'll definitely use them again! read more

Went in for transmission flush, and apparently my coolant had been completely drained as well. Left this facility without any knowledge drove up north and jeep was overheating. Called in today to speak to manager and make him aware of the situation. He became very irate (YELLING) and implied that it must have been my fault (GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE by the way), luckily for me I just had all fluids topped off at Chrysler/Jeep Superstition not even an hour prior to taking it to fletchers and have full report from them. Only went for 30% off ad, which I ended up paying for anyways at Jeep for coolant afterwards. read more

They severely lack in service. They love to sell you their two year alignment package, but they don't really want to do the alignments. They will not take appointments so here I am at 11:30 am and must sit here until 5:30 pm to get my car aligned. All about the service, aren't they? Btw all locations are the same. read more

They have horrible customer service and tack on almost $9.00 dollars in fees that they never mentioned when I first walked in. They also tried to get me to get me to buy an air filter for twice the amount that it cost over at O'Rielys. One last thing that pissed me off to no end, they left my car doors unlocked and the window rolled down. I have expensive items in my vehicle it plain to see, what the Fuck! Anyone could have marched over and took things out. I will never ever go there again. It's a shit hole. read more

Richerd was my associate and what a wonderful job he did. Above and beyond; at first. Answered all my questions and spent a little extra time with me to help figure the best course of action for my situation. Everything was great until the next day, when I'm on the freeway heading to work and a loud noise from my right side axle/tire area begins once I reach 60 mph. (I had a driver axle replaced and lower control arms). I end up leaving work early to ensure myself and 5 yr old are safe. After 5 test drives and some clanking around, I'm told that when the lower control arms were replaced the brake plate ($70-80)was bent during the uninstall/installation and they were going to keep bending the plate until it was back to normal as a solution. I was told I would have to bring my truck back so they could take off the brake pads and rotors to hammer out the plate back to normal. Hmmm... I hop in my truck and my floor mats have grease/oil all over it like the first guy who initially took my truck out didn't place protection on it. My truck is clean. Very clean. This was truly disappointing. I don't even want to go back for repair. I spent over two hours at the location and took the rest of the day off work to find out they messed up and were just going to "make it work". Again, I appreciate them helping me timely but this shouldn't have happened in the first place and I have yet to be offered any kind of compensation. I just spent over $1000 and have more repair/work to do. Maybe some gas since they had to take my truck on the fwy five different times at speeds over 70. Maybe a gift card for time lost at work. Maybe a credit of some kind as I've made many notions of returning for tires, struts and a leveling lift. I would think I would be taken care of; especially after reading such great reviews. (The whole reason I came to Fletcher's and not a cheaper place on the block) I text Richerd about the cost of a brake plate being 70-80$ in hopes he would continue our texting conversation but he didn't reply after that. Again..the staff was pleasant and helpful but that's only part of the equation when trusting someone with one of your biggest investments. Bottom line, I expected a little more from Fletcher's. I'm sure they will resolve the issue. read more

Crooks! The more I think about my experience with Fletcher's, this is the impression I am left with. I was quoted an "out the door" price for a set of 4 new tires and installation over the phone. This was from their central office in Phoenix. They had the tires pulled from their warehouse and delivered to this local shop the same day. When I arrived at the Broadway Rd. location, I specifically told the shop manager I only wanted the standard installation as I was not interested in buying the insurance on their tires. After the tire installation was completed, the manager informed me that the work was done and gave me the total price I owed which was $27 higher than the "out the door" price I was quoted on the phone. When I asked about the discrepancy, he glanced at the original quote and said that they had forgot to include the price of the valve stems in their quote. $6 each x 4. Thinking in the back of my mind, an honest business would have honored their original quote irregardless of their mistake, I went ahead and paid the NEW total "out the door" price. It gets even worse. After I return home I read the invoice in more detail. It is printed out that the standard installation package includes: MOUNT *** SPIN BALANCE *** NEW RUBBER STEMS IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE. So it appears that rubber valve stems ARE included in the installation. The $6 each valve stems I was charged for were actually an upgrade to TPMS Valve Stems which are metal covered. TPMS standing for Tire Pressure Monitoring System. Did I mention this car is from the 1970's. About 35 years before onboard tire pressure monitoring was even offered on passenger cars. I would like to think that even if someone with an older model car had even requested these (which I absolutely did not) that someone at the shop would advise them that they were not necessary. Instead, you have the magnanimous managers at Fletcher's doing just the opposite. I sent a customer feedback email to Fletcher's outlining this shady activity and received no response. My recommendation would be to steer clear of this business if at all possible. read more

I had a couple of services done here and they were okay with the customer service part. However the quality of service is lacking. My wife did not get her tires rotated or a sticker placed on the windshield after a oil change. My last oil change was in preparation for an extensive planned driving trip. I noticed oil pooling under my vehicle and I had to have it checked out elsewhere. The oil filter worked its way loose because it hadn't been properly tightened. I will be looking for another place to have our vehicles serviced. read more

No where on their groupon does it say that extra fees will be charged. I walked in with an appointment thinking that I would have my oil change off of my groupon and had to pay an extra $14 in fees. Over an hour waiting time. Worker guy was nice though and not pushy. read more

I went for the buy 2 get 2 tire deal. Watch out for this deal! It's NO deal. These tires caused nothing but problems, and they were BF Goodrich. Returned several times to get rebalanced, rotated, etc. Problems continued. Finally got fed up and took the car to the dealer, and come to find out that these 'new' tires were manufactured in 2011......uh, it's 2016 now. Likely these are the factory seconds on top of being too old to be sold as new. Thanks a lot, and goodbye Mesa (Crismon) Fletchers, you are off my Christmas card list. read more

Came in. for a brake job...upon inspection, the told me the squeek was a buildup of brake dust...they cleaned it up and sent me on my way...NO CHARGE!!!.professional staff, clean waiting area...highly recommend!! read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Total scam artists. I spent over two hundred dollars and one of the new tires was rattling. Turns out they took the sensor and rim and used red duct tape to tape it to the inside of the tire. did not put my parts back together and did not put the air filter back. complete assholes when i confronted them on it. I cut my losses and took it somewhere else. do not let them touch your car . PLEASE! read more
