Took my truck in to get the AC fixed took them six weeks. I'm patient the time is not a problem…read more It's just the amount they wanted to charge me was very very high because they didn't know how to fix it and took them a while. After taking my truck, I noticed there was a loud rattling metal noise at idle, took it back to them and they told me it was my catalytic converter and that it had nothing to do with anything they touched. This was really suspicious because it made no noise before I took it to them drove around a little bit more and thought I think they missed something. Let me take it back to them again. I had them double check and again the guy went down, listening and assured me that it's coming from my catalytic converter. Took it to my Muffler Shop and they said it's not the catalytic converter and it was just a heat plate that was left loose and wasn't tightened. My Muffler Shop fixed it for free. This wasn't the only problem with the truck after Sun Devil auto worked on it... my radio doesn't turn on anymore either so I'll be trying to fix that next. I'm not gonna bother taking it back to Sun Devil Auto. They will likely deny they had anything to do with it. I do not trust them anymore. I will not take any vehicle to them.

Waiting 2 weeks (and counting) for my car to be repaired. I've heard every excuse there is - received wrong part, ordered wrong part, part doesn't fit, maybe they don't make the part anymore... it'll be fixed today (just kidding), it'll be fixed tomorrow (oops forgot to tell you the guy doesn't work Fridays), it'll be done tomorrow (oops you didn't call us in time and now the guy is gone, the machine is broken, whatever), maybe come back in a week.... Called corporate and he literally said "I used to be a mechanic and sometimes this happens. Are you sure you told them the right problem? Can you repeat everything again? I'll see what I can do" I call every afternoon to see if it's really going to be done today....nope, try again tomorrow 2 weeks of car rentals! Mentioned a possible power steering leak, no word on that, but was told about brake issues and engine oil leaks. Whatever. The topper was the manager chewing out an employee because he authorized a windshield repair when the damage happened when they had that customers vehicle. Had nothing to do with me, but, chewing out an employee if front of customers is unprofessional at best. And letting me know that should anything happen to my vehicle while they have it in their possession, they will do their best to not take responsibility. In summary, they disregard the coupons they send out, if my vehicle had been damaged they would do there best to not take of it, it was all about the up-sell, and the manager was so unlikable and treated his people so poorly, I won't be back. And, after $130.00, I still don't know where the power steering leak is. Edit: From their response, as can be seen, I got no direct response. No call, email or even text. Yet they have my contact info. Sun Auto wasn't the shop I chose to do business with, yet, there they are. I refuse to do business with a company that treats their employees poorly, baits and switches with mailers and upsells services I didn't ask for. I worked in a dealership service department at one time. I am capable of performing repairs myself, I would just rather pay a professional to perform them. This is absolutely not the company I prefer to pay.

Not wanting to make that same mistake (truck tires are expensive!) we brought our 2007 Toyota Tundra to Network Automotive in Apache Junction for a front end alignment. Everyone here is very friendly and professional and took the time to explain the process and so forth. Our truck drives great now. I appreciate the before and after alignment stats computer printout provided as well. Great service. Oh yah, they're running a front alignment special now too. Not sure how long the special is available but I called a few shops and Network Automotive had the best price.

I brought my car here once before and they fixed the problem. I paid cash since they add surcharges…read morefor credit and debit card use. I brought my car in a few days ago for brakes. They replaced the drum and brake shoes. The car ride home was great so I believe they solved it. I did not know that it is illegal in the United States to surcharge a debit card but found out in time for me to inform Network Automotive. They said they would charge my debit card the 2% fee. Out of caution, I used my credit card and took the hit because my card will back up any problems should they arise related to the work. I am in touch with Attorney General Kris Mayes office to investigate this. Per the Federal Law, they can add surcharge to credit, but not debit cards. Stay tuned because if I see surcharges on debit cards with any other merchant, I will turn them in.
