They were the worst company to work with. They broke our TV our bedroom furniture didn't wrap our furniture. The works were high as kites the smell of pot was disgusting. Half the time you didn't even see the workers my husband was doing most of the work. I would not recommend them to anyone . read more

I arranged moving services(include loading and unloading assembly furniture of one Bed room and living and dining) for $420, but they sent an extremely inexperienced person who had no idea how to load properly. As a result, half of my items were left behind at the source. The loading process took so long that I missed the opportunity to collect the key for the destination address. on top of that Half of the items other than furniture like kitchen and clothes boxes toys all I loaded and unloaded by myself since they were talking whole lot of time. The next day, they confirmed unloading only after taking an hour to respond and then charged $600 to my card. A support representative called me the following morning to schedule the unloading time, but when I arrived at the destination, no one showed up. An hour after the scheduled time, another support agent called to inform me that no driver was available. It's unclear why they confirmed the unloading the day before if they had no driver available. The unloading was pushed to the following day. When they finally showed up, they dumped the furniture and then waited outside for 3 hours to get the necessary tools before disappearing. No one has taken responsibility for assembling the furniture. Several items were delivered broken, and many screws, parts, and even some entire pieces are missing. Their service has been extremely unprofessional and chaotic. This whole experience caused me so much stress that I ended up in the emergency room. Today is day six, and when I contacted support again, I was told that the operations person is not responding and that they have no control over him. It appears that the operations team is a third party and acts however they please. At this point of time, my humble request is to reassemble my furniture back . only guys who loaded knows where they kept screw and missing pieces which they can easily go and grab from source and assemble my furniture back . THis is very very unprofessional way of doing business where no-one seems accountable of the job what they are doing . read more

Flex moving and storage is the worst company I have ever encountered in my life. I booked a move and put down a deposit confirmed several times over the phone and email. They did not show up the day of the Move and in addition they were supposed to be there between eight and 8:30 AM and they would not try to track down the Movers or get me an ETA until 10 AM. At 10 AM it took them half an hour to discover that the movers were not showing up that day. They claimed to be giving me back my deposit, but I was totally inconvenienced the day of my move and had a tremendous amount of other financial obligations, including expanding my son's apartment for another day. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. This is the worst moving company I have ever worked with- and I cannot stress enough- DO NOT HIRE THEM! The customer service is horrific. It was nearly impossible to get in touch with customer service after making the booking- and the woman that I did get in touch with was nasty and rude. Then they canceled my order twice without my asking- and I kept having to call to make sure that the move was happening. They don't have a truck. They have subcontractors uber out and fill up an unhitched trailer- and then they will charge you for that extra time that it takes for the driver to get there. Then, in the middle of the move, they call me saying that they are trying to charge my card for the remaining balance. Not only that- but this extra charge was more than the total estimate they had originally given me. These people are straight up stealing. And then after the move- they charged me again for some unknown charge. I ended up paying double what I would have with a reliable, efficient and honest company who and decent customer service. These guys are absolutely AMAZING and the real deal! My boyfriend and I needed to execute a complicated move from two separate two bedroom apartments into one unit and leaving items in storage simultaneously. I used a different company (Titans Movers) the day before and it was a disaster. Many of my items were broken, 3 white chairs were soiled and they lost all the screws to reassemble my belongings. After my experience my boyfriend decided to look for another moving company and came across Flex Moving and Storage who gave him an AWESOME flat rate and we're able to accommodate a NEXT DAY move. My boyfriend explained what happened to us the day before and they were reassuring and made us feel at ease. They arrived on Sunday 15 minutes early with a huge truck to fit all of our items and then some. They had all their own supplies and meticulously wrapped/ packages all of our items. The team was highly skilled, strategic, efficient and FAST. Most of all they were PROFESSIONAL and insisted that we sit back because they had it handled. They seamlessly moved us into our new unit and storage space with no damages. They work well together, worked hard and got the job done. I cannot say enough great things about Flex Moving. This was our first time hiring movers and we were a little apprehensive at first, on both cost and potentially having some of our things lost or damaged. However, Zach was so helpful and responsive on the phone, he put all my worries at ease. He was so patient with me, changing my quote several times after we ended up adding more and more items. He followed up with me and confirmed that all the information was correct. The crew arrived on time and worked very fast, I was very impressed with their efficiency. All the furniture was covered very well and not a single scratch on anything! They were very careful with all the boxes, I'm still unpacking but I haven't seen anything that has been broken. I also loved the payment method that they use, a link to a website to pay with a credit card for a deposit, and then another link for the rest of the payment after the move has been completed. I found this moving company through yelp ratings. I am a very suspicious person and I'm so happy and relieved to say this company is amazing. They were very responsive and I literally had a move-in scheduled within hours of our initial conversation. I was given a fair price and had constant communication throughout the process. The two movers that came yesterday were efficient and stacked everything perfectly to make it fit. They were very careful and respectful of all of the property. They wrapped what needed to be wrapped and I immediately felt I was in good hands. My coworker will now be using them based on my recommendation.
