We were greeted by a friendly gentleman who thoroughly explained the menu to us and took our order. Drive by this place all the time, it's in a little tiny strip mall that only holds 4 businesses. Parking is plenty and it's a relatively small, casual restaurant with only 6-8 tables. We walked right up to the counter to order 4 sliders and fries. The lady working was super helpful in getting us the best deal and advising which burgers were her favorite. We got the american, the fire burger, southwest, and chicken parm sliders with fries. It came out super fast and the sliders are the perfect size!! The burgers at majority of the restaurants are massive and instead 2 or 3 of these sliders will definitely fill you up. The two I got were pretty simple, standard types, but the chicken park and southwest ones were delicious! They are in a really weird location. I know we have driven past here many times and never knew they were there. I was so happy I got the lowdown on how to order on Yelp. I had some time after church on Sunday and was driving around trying to find a new place to try for lunch. While I considered Wahlburger, I wasn't having good vibrations and decided to drive on by. I drove by Flight Burger, which is apparently a re-branding of BurgerIM, and decided to give it a try. This location is relatively small. It's located in a relatively new strip center and is currently the only business in the strip center. There's a curb cut about halfway down the strip center and a couple of accessible spots. The entryway is a single glass doorway. Flight Burger appears to be offering dine in and carry-out. They have a patio on the side, though it didn't look like it was well set up. I will admit I'm a bit more skittish in Hamilton County since they're no longer under the mask mandate, however, it seems like most (but certainly no all) are still wearing. The interior here offers a traditional 4-top table, a handful of wooden booths, and a high-top table. You enter and go up to the counter to order. They specialize in burgers and have a variety of ways you can customize them along with a handful of other burger concoctions. They also have chicken sandwiches, a salmon burger, salads, wings, and sides. They serve Coke products and have milkshakes. They have both draft and bottled brews including a handful of local options. They also have wine and a kids menu. I should clarify that wine is not actually on the kids menu. The burgers are either 1/3 pound or 3 ounce burgers that you can order as a "flight" similar to how you order a flight of brews. I ordered the "classic," a 1/3 pound burger but I did hold off the cheese. They do have combos for $2.99 that include a side and drink. However, I knew I wanted a beer. So, I splurged on onion rings and ordered a Three Floyds Zombie Dust on draft. The entire bill was just over $17. I would definitely say this is a work in progress here. I'm giving them the "new business" curve and leaning toward a 4-star. The burger was solid and nicely done. The onion rings were a tad disappointing and I would not order again - they were smaller than expected and only 4-5 were in the order. It was definitely not worth the upcharge. The beer was $5 - a par for the course price for brews on draft. The person working the counter was friendly, though not well informed of the menu. She seemed clueless about the beer menu. Hopefully, this will improve over time. The atmosphere? Quite honestly, I couldn't see why they were re-branded to go for "Flight Burger." The logo has a plane reference, but the interior is definitely fast food generic. Yes, I know the "flight of burgers" and "flight of beers," but hopefully the decor will be tweaked a bit. The comfort level was modest - tables were fairly close, though I did pick the isolated 4-top. Overall? 4 stars for the burger. 3 stars for the onion rings. 3.5 stars for the service. 3.5 stars for the atmosphere. This was probably a 3.5 star experience, but I'll tweak upward as this seems like a promising start as they transition from BurgerIM to Flight Burger. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit here, but if in the area I'd definitely return and will likely do so to see how everything evolves over time. read more

Interesting concept. It's a choose your own high end burger. For about $9 you choose your protein, bun, toppings/style. You could have one big burger or you can choose a duo if you want to try two sliders of something. I got the falafel burger, which was a little dry for my taste. What brought me here was the idea of a flight of burgers... I mean how can you resist a flight of burgers? You can choose from any number of sandwiches and I love that. My flight included the Buffalo chicken, the mushroom swiss burger and the traditional burger: The buffalo chicken was a nice little breaded chicken, crunchy on the outside as it should be. This sandwich could have used a bit more of the Buffalo. The traditional burger was good, but overdone. Talking with my guests it appears that all burgers are very well done here, which is a shame. I wasn't asked how I want it done and didn't even think about it at the time of order, but some of my guests did request medium and also got well done. Tastewise and topping wise it was good. The mushroom swiss burger comes with nice sauteed onions and mushrooms, as well as melty cheese. If only it wasn't so extra well done. I also had an order of onion rings. These looked nice, but were rather doughy, so a bit under done. The saving grace was that they came with a dipping sauce that was excellent. My guests stated that the following items were delicious: The salmon patty, which is more like actual salmon less like a patty. It seemed to be the winner of the evening. The little crispy chicken sandwich is the stuff, I tell you what. I could have eaten three or four crispy chicken sandwiches, and never tried anything else on the menu, and I would have been satisfied. But I had to try other things, because there are so many different burgers and sandwiches on the menu. And not only that but you can customize the burgers in multiple ways. It's almost overwhelming, the menu. But if you're feeling overwhelmed, just get the following: Start with the crispy chicken sandwich. You should get it California style, so that it comes with avocado, chipotle aioli, tomato and Swiss cheese. The falafel sandwich is what you should get next, and get that one Greek style with cucumber tzaziki, greens, onion and tomato. I got a mini cheeseburger, which I can't tell you much about because I never got to it. I was stuffed with just two sandwiches. They are miniature sized, but they are filling. However, my kid got a mini cheeseburger also, and he loved it. The fries are not my favorite. They are really good when they're hot and fresh, but they have a half-life of about 30 minutes, and after that they become inedible. But I saved them anyway and ate them the next day for lunch, and to be honest, they're not bad when they're cold and day-old. So the verdict on Burgerim's fries seem to be that you either need to eat them straight from the fryer or straight from the fridge. There's no in between. The onion rings are the bomb, though. You should definitely get the onion rings here! They are perfectly cooked and flavorful and not too greasy, and yet just greasy enough. If you had to pick between getting fries with your burgers and getting onion rings, I would go with the onion rings. Luckily, they let you get both (just order a half & half). read more

They have 7 TVs with some sport playing and the other TVs showing ChiveTV which seems to captivate my children. Today I ordered the Fire Burger and it was so good! One of the best burgers ever. Wagyu beef cooked to perfection. Grilled jalapeños which added a nice spicy kick. Melted cheese. Saucy goodness. It was to die for! I also ordered a side of twisted fries with garlic aioli and although I am trying to watch my diet, I couldn't resist and ate them all. They were cooked perfectly! Holly loves these fries because they taste of real potato. Normally, I would have a beer, but I am trying to cut back. If you like beer, this is also your place.
