I am a Southern California resident, and I just couldn't wait to get off my flight and make my way to Flip n Dip! I have been craving their food since the last time I was in Houston. The burgers here are nothing short of amazing. The burgers consist of a perfectly sized bun with a thick and juicy patty that makes you savor every bite throughout the meal. I tried the chili burger and it was not too spicy and very enjoyable. The mango habanero wings here are something you don't wanna miss either. Their wings here are fairly sized and all their flavors they offer are great. If you love loaded fries, then definitely don't pass them up here. They gave us a big portion of buffalo chicken loaded fries that me and my family weren't able to finish by the end of our meal. It was very delicious and the fries were perfectly cooked. You guys in Cypress are very lucky to have this burger joint here. I recommend everyone to give it a try and see for yourselves what you're missing out on. Absolutely the best burger I have ever had, and I used to be a real fat guy (expert status). This is a small shop in a shopping center, but this is the best. Service was awesome! Ambiance is chill... but the food! Fries were crispy, onion rings seasoned and battered perfectly.... But the mushroom and barbecue burgers we got were absolutely phenomenal. Extremely rude. Came in 5 min before they opened (didn't know they opened at 12, also don't know why the doors were unlocked). Server, boss guy whoever he is walks to the counter and instead of a "Hello welcome in, we open in 5 minutes if you wanted to wait", instead we got a dirty look and a "we open in 5 minutes" and he walks back into the kitchen. I really wanted to like this place. Was so excited to see a burger place pop here. We decided to eat inside and my husband and I both got burgers and we also shared the chicken bites with secret sauce. The burgers were good but not amazing. Fries were disappointing because they were frozen and not fresh. How do you open a burger shop and serve frozen fries?! The chicken bites were ok, but meat was a bit tough. This place knows what they're doing. So glad they opened up. Cypress needed a place like this! Slap city! Been craving a good burger for a while and Flip n Dip hit all the spots. We ordered the BBQ Burger, Fire me up burger, and loaded Fries. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. Burgers were juicy, flavorful and the brioche bun was a nice touch. You can really tell they care about the quality and presentation. Loaded fries was a big portion and LOADED with tons of goodness. Their secret sauce is really good too. Delicious! I was driving down Fry, and happened to look over to my right and noticed Flip N Dip tucked away. The next day my husband and I made a visit and we were not in any way disappointed. Took a star off bc the actual place leaves a lot to be desired - it's like a hole in the wall, which I'm fine with. Just don't come here looking to dine-in. I've been here a few times already and they do not disappoint! First of all, the menu describes everything correctly and makes it easy for you to order. The atmosphere is great and is not cold at all and I'm usually always cold! Lastly, while the canned sodas are a bit inconvenient, it's ok! If I want another one, I'll just buy another one. They are a new restaurant trying to figure things out. Their burgers are amazing as are their fries and wings! Give them a chance and you won't be disappointed!
