This was my first time dining in at Flippers. I've been to this plaza so many times over the years and never tried them. Nancy won a coupon for a free large two topping pizza, valued at $25. We stopped in on a somewhat slow Sunday evening and were promptly greeted by our server, Milah. Milah was super friendly and attentive. We ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza and antipasto salad to share ($13.50). Our salad was out in about 10 minutes and 10 to 15 minutes later our pizza arrived. The antipasto salad could have been a little bit bigger but it was enough to share during this meal. Our pizza had great flavor and the sauce was delicious; however, it was a bit greasy and the bottom was burnt in some spots (oven maybe too hot) but ultimately tasted very good so not a major upset. The restaurant was clean and organized and so were the restrooms. The two young ladies working in the dining area were cleaning and keeping things in tip top shape. It's good to see staff cleaning up when there's downtime, most places everyone is on their phone; great job Flippers staff. All in all, we had a delicious meal and great service so we will be back.

My first time here. I won a coupon for a free large pizza. I had it in my wallet for a while and we finally made it here! We ordered a pepperoni and mushroom large Pizza. Eight slices. Came out fresh and hot. Some people say it might be greasy but it was a lot of cheese and a lot of pepperoni on it and I thought it was delicious.! We also ordered an antipasta and shared it. The salad was also good and the dressing was tasty. Our server was Nilah she very good and attended to our every need. There wasn't very many people here on a Sunday evening so we may have gotten special service but I enjoyed the dinner and will come back again. The restaurant is clean and nice. November 2025.

I won't be ordering from here again tbh wings 17.50 for 8pc for soggy wings. Pizza was not cooked all the way. The salad for the price I could have got salad for a whole week and salad was trash. They have turned into a commercial pizza restaurant !

Update! Thank you, "Z" for another wonderful experience. Food was still on par and I hope you guys never get rid of Show Pigeon!

Flippers Pizzeria was the pizza of choice for a Friday dinner. Is this the best pizza I have ever had? No, but it is a good choice to change things up. My husband and I ordered pizzas and Asiago Pepperoni Rolls. We ordered Hawaiian and pepperoni sausage pizza. Both pizzas were good. The Asiago Pepperoni Rolls are amazing! Those are our favorites. They also have salads and sandwiches in the menu which I haven't try yet. Our order was ready to pick up when we got there. Service was great too. This location is in downtown Lake Mary, and it has outdoor seating. Parking is easy to find around the park or in front of the restaurant.

First, they were delayed in having our pizza ready. It took 45 minutes. It was nice and hot when we got it. There was plenty of cheese on it but needs parmesan in addition. However, the pizza was a flavor disappointment. The sauce needs salt, oregano, and garlic. The crust was good and chewy.

I did get my order to-go, but I would enjoy to enjoy my neal here next time. I went with a gyro bowl and for my base, I went with both French fries and rice. I also had them load up the bowl with all kinds of goodies. Price-wise, it was pretty good. Two huge plates and it wasn't even thirty dollars. I would definitely recommend here.

So glad we did. The concept is very Chipotle-style, but for Greek food. You walk down the line and build your meal exactly how you want it: * Choose a base (pita, greens, fries, or rice) * Pick your protein (I went with the traditional gyro; my husband chose the honey balsamic chicken -- and WOW. It was so good I'm ordering that next time.) * Add toppings * Scoop on hummus and feta dips * Finish with sauces Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. My gyro had that classic savory richness you expect, but the honey balsamic chicken completely stole the show -- tender with a sweet-tangy depth that balanced beautifully with the toppings. The space is casual with simple metal seating inside and outside. No table service -- you order at the line and seat yourself -- which makes it easy for a relaxed dinner. The staff was especially helpful when we mentioned it was our first time, patiently walking us through options without rushing us. Our total was $40.49 for two people, which felt very reasonable for the portion sizes and quality. We left full and genuinely impressed. They do offer dessert options, but we were too stuffed to try them this round. Fresh, flavorful, customizable, and officially added to our rotation. We'll definitely be back!

I arrived without ceremony, took a seat at the bar, and expected little more than a drink and a quiet escape from the predictable machinery of an ordinary evening. Yet sometimes, in the most unassuming places, simplicity proves far more satisfying than spectacle. The service was remarkably quick, but never felt hurried. There is a subtle difference between efficiency and impatience, and the staff understood it well. I was acknowledged promptly, served without unnecessary delay, and left to enjoy the evening at my own pace. This may sound like a modest accomplishment, but anyone who has spent enough time waiting invisibly at a crowded bar knows that attentive service is becoming something of a lost art. The atmosphere possessed an easy, lively rhythm. There was plenty of entertainment, enough to hold one's attention without demanding it, and the room carried the pleasant energy of people who had temporarily set aside the obligations waiting for them elsewhere. Nothing felt overly manufactured. The experience was not desperate to impress, and perhaps that was precisely why it succeeded. 4th Street Bar & Grill did not attempt to transform an ordinary evening into some grand theatrical production. It simply provided quick service, genuine entertainment, and a comfortable place to sit and enjoy the passing hours. In doing so, it reminded me that a memorable night does not always arrive beneath chandeliers or behind velvet ropes. Sometimes, it begins with an open seat at the bar.

I'm a chicken tendie boy at heart so decided to give their Nugget Dinner a go. The food was healthy and tasty, especially their sweet potato fries! Crispy on the outside but nice and fluffy on the inside! But here's the problem...the potion size is just way too small. There's not nearly enough protein in the bowl to act as a post-gym workout meal and I was left still pretty hungry. It's really sad because the food was actually really good! The place also offers meal plans for people who are looking for that kinda thing. I thought the pricing and stuff were kinda confusing but the people there are pretty nice and I'm sure they would take the time to explain things better if meal planning is something that interests you. Ambiance and vibes were cool though, we liked the little outside area they had! We played a little bit of cornhole after we ate and had a lot of fun! But please, please, please Clean Eatz...add more chicken to the Nugget Dinner. The food is so good and I just want more of it! Until the portions get a little bigger or the prices drop a bit I'm not sure if I will be visiting anytime soon.

I decided on a sparkling rose flavored water for my drink (6 dollars since it was non alcoholic). It was floral and refreshing, with the bubbles as expected. There was quite a bit of tomato sauce in the bottom as well. It was nicely portioned and quite enjoyable. The rice and spinach tasted Mediterranean with the herbs and spices used, which I really enjoyed. I saved some home to enjoy later. I skipped dessert as it was getting late.
