Presentation was solid with simple latte art, and the drink had a balanced, enjoyable flavor profile. The main area that held it back was the body and overall structure. It never quite reached the dense, syrupy texture I look for in a great cortado, and after about two sips the drink began to lose its integration. The body became noticeably thinner, however the flavor remained decent and enjoyable. One thing I appreciated was that the espresso itself still showed good quality. Even after the body started to fade, there was still a nice amount of crema coating the inside of the glass, which suggested the espresso was well prepared. The drink never became unpleasant--it simply evolved into a lighter, less structured version of itself. Overall, I enjoyed my first visit. Fast Times has a nice aesthetic, a comfortable atmosphere, and served a solid cortado. With more body and a structure that holds together from the first sip to the last, it could be a memorable drink.

The interior is sparse almost to the point of being ugly and they were playing HORRIBLE music. Good coffee is the priority and they managed to nail that.
