I regret going with Flood Pro. What should have been a straightforward restoration process turned into a drawn-out, frustrating mess. Nothing about this experience felt organized. Every step seemed disconnected from the last, like there was no real coordination happening behind the scenes. I constantly had to follow up just to get basic updates, and even then the answers were vague or changed depending on who I spoke to. Timing was another major issue. What should have been handled quickly dragged on with no clear explanation. It felt like everything was reactive instead of planned, which is the last thing you want when dealing with something time-sensitive. The most frustrating part is how little confidence the whole process inspired. Instead of feeling like the situation was being handled, it felt like it was being prolonged. What a complete disappointment. This company came out at the start of November to do a repair on our ceiling that had a leak. Everything started off fine but that changed after they cut a huge hole in the ceiling in one area and could not figure out how to get to another area to do the repair. The office person kept giving me the runaround on when they would be back out to fix the giant hole in the ceiling and could not give me an answer on when they would be able to do the second area. They kept referring back to having to go over details with the CEO. This excuse was given several times and eventually they stopped responding to my calls and never contacted me again and they left a giant hole in the ceiling that was never approved to be done. Two months later no communication whatsoever and no repairs were made. I would steak clear of this company because they lack any sense of how this type of situation impacts families and especially during the holidays. The fact that they don't have the decency to respond and give any indication what they are doing speaks volumes of how they run their business. Just want to warn any potential customers what we are dealing with because of this company's lack of work integrity and the fact they blew my calls and emails off after they made a giant mess in our home. I had a small leak in my downstairs ceiling after the heavy rains in November and was talking to my HOA for a while trying to get someone out to check for water damage and any possible mold. After about a month, I finally got a call from Javier and he was polite and asked me about the the problem and set up a time to come check it out. I'm not sure if it's the HOA's fault or if Flood Pro wasn't responding, but that's why I took off a star because it took me calling and emailing my HOA a bunch of times before I could finally get someone to come out. The techs, I believe they were Adam and Aaron, we're friendly and came within the time they said they would come. They got to work immediately and took the time to answer my questions and to check for any moisture and possible water damage to other parts of my house. Luckily, it looks like the leak wasn't too bad and there wasn't any mold or water damage, so there was no need for any other work. I had a 30 year old bathroom that needed to be completely re-done to accommodate my mother's needs. Matt and his team came in and assessed the bathroom came up with some of their ideas and I came up with mine, they began the work that next week. They were very time efficient and the workers were very trusting, pleasant, organized, and worked clean. One thing I liked was that if there were any questions or other options we had to look at they made sure they always spoke to me before making any changes. The bathroom turned out amazing! When you have to call a water remediation company out its never a good situation. Typically in these types of situations, responsiveness and having a calm demeanor is critical. For many homeowners this can be their worst nightmare and a very stressful time. Recently i was working with Brian regarding a water leak that happened in the adjacent condo. Flood Pros was able to come out within a couple of hrs of contacting them to start the remediation process. It took about 10 days to complete the remediation process. Once completed our HOA authorized for them to also do the repair. All the folks we worked with were very understanding and accommodating. As much as we wanted to process to go quicker, at the end of the day the work was done and done correctly. We recently sold the unit and had our inspections done. Terrible company. Stay away from it. They started working on the water damage in our home more than 1 month ago. After working 1 day in our home and removing the walls, suddenly, they disappeared. They left our home in a horrible situation before finishing their job. We have no interior walls; the front door entrance is blocked and half of our home is covered with plastic drop cloths. They claim they are busy and will come to our property when time permits. No business should be running like this. They must not accept the job if they don't have time. Coincidentally, not too long after, I had another leak at a place I was renting out and used ServPro. My experience is that ServPro is a much better company than FloodPro. read more

Flood pro was called from HOA and arrived the day of flooding on Aug 31st. We had to leave and go to a hotel. I came back the next day to all our furniture and belongings from the master bedroom and bathroom and hall bathroom moved/put into boxes and placed into the living room. The hall cupboards were taped off and I couldn't get to my $2300 cash that was packed away in my secondary makeup bag. Two days later when I was able to tear down the taping and retrieve my makeup bag all of my cash was completely gone---stolen from our house!!!! For your reference, I will post a pic of the police report as soon as I receive the print out. Another important detail is 2-3 Flood Pro workers were the only workers in our house during this time. The plumber was the only other worker there and he was ONLY there while the owners were present. Please do NOT choose this company. They are not trustworthy nor do they care for you and your vulnerable situation. Worst of all my renter's insurance doesn't cover anything but $200 for cash theft. 3.5 stars is more accurate and all the phone calls to inform me of their work / progress round up my review to 4 stars. First, my HOA called Flood Pro after I noticed mold. Tony came out to assess the water damage, which was much more extensive than we could see. He was here for hours, staying after a typical work day would end. For our health, the mold and water damage area was quarantined. The following day, Flood Pro's staff (Taylor and Travis) established a customer service pattern of calling me to schedule inspections for progress their industrial dryers were making, noticing standing water and identifying the cause (likely a plumbing leak, which is too common in our community). Personnel like Tony, Andrew, Brian/Ben and Sergio arrived within the time frame I was told. They lined my tile floor to minimize any mess while coming and going through the door. They seemed to work diligently and answered questions I had. Before they'd leave at the end of a day's work, each kindly provided an update and helped to manage my expectations. That was in addition to the phone calls, so I appreciated the consistency of news especially during the mold removal process. (Note: some personnel weren't as excellent, but they did their jobs and I don't have any complaint.) The situation got more complicated as a separate plumbing company was called in to address the leak. Flood Pro periodically called to check in and informed me of the next steps; it would make a bid to the HOA to do remodeling work and restore our home. Vince and Mike also arrived within the time frame I was told, worked diligently and answered any questions I had, and courteously provided updates before leaving for the day. About six weeks after reporting the mold to my HOA, my condo was restored. Not an upgrade, but restored as the HOA said it would. My husband noted the restoration should have been less rushed, so a few doors could have been re-hung better and the color of new grout matched the existing. Overall, we're thankful because I wouldn't have known where to start with this process. I recommend them. read more

My husband and I contacted Flood Pro on a Monday evening regarding a leak in our bathroom which caused a swimming pool UNDER our bathtub, and water damage into our living room, hallway, and bathroom. By Tuesday morning at 930, two servicemen were over and at work. They were professional, efficient, communicated with us their process throughout the entire ordeal, and even tolerated my two toddlers who talked their ear off the whole time, with grace. On Thursday, the came back, picked up their equipment, triple checked everything for quality, and cleaned up after themselves. Matt (their supervisor? The boss? The owner? Not sure) who we dealt with on the phone through it all was very helpful and patient, answering all my husbands phones calls along the way, and helping us with finding contractors afterward to do repair work. The initial mold remediation was good. The company was relatively fast even though they closed on office holidays which delayed the work. However when it got to the rebuilding and Brian took over, it was horrible. He doesn't get back to you, nothing gets done and he doesn't return calls. I've complained but nothing seemed to speed him up. I would never use them again. Their rebuild side is so disorganized and slow. Flood Pro Destroyed my Home. I wrote a long review but I decided to just warn you My place was fine after the Slab leak. After Food Pro I can't live in my house. They made me leave my house. So, I was out - They moved all me things. They took all the things out of my medicine chest and hide them. They were not working in the bathroom. They cut holes all over for no reason at all. They destroyed two of my ceiling fans. My Medicines all gone three month supply - I have no idea what I am going to do about that. They took down all the picture in rooms no work was being done in. You know all those little transformers power supply's they put all of them together and not with the item it I have no way of know what goes with what. They cut holes in the walls remember this is four weeks latter. During the heavy rains this year I had a leak in my dinning room. Flood pro made an effort to work with my schedule which was appreciated. I have to say there technicians are beyond courteous and extremely professional. They do a great job hiring high quality people. So a round of applause to the owner and management team. They listen to my request and did high quality work. Unfortunately, following the work I had the power in my back yard go out. It was no fault of flood pro just quintessentially water shorted a fuse. I had a electrician come out and fix it. However, I did get the daily response for 5 days the owner will call you and I never got the call. Otherwise this would be a five star rating. After having a pretty bad flood in my kitchen, I was referred to Flood Pro. I found myself to be thankful with this referral. I was afraid I would be waiting a couple of hours for these guys to show up, but it turns out they were quick and quite responsive to my needs. Their emergency line worked rather quickly, and someone was at my house within an hour. There was a team of two men who worked at getting my issue solved. They were very clean, mindful despite the mess, and professional, which I appreciated. The water was removed and my place was set with fans to get everything dried up. A few days later I had a mold inspection. I was impressed by how easy the process was and felt a weight lifted off my shoulders because it was taken care of so quickly despite the circumstances. I hope I don't have any issues again, but I wouldn't flinch to give Flood Pro a call and seek out their business. They're also pretty funny guys. read more
