So I went to my favorite bar to grab some food and drinks and the most vile disgusting thing that could ever happen in an eatery did. I knew it was bad when the worst waitress they had was walking over to our table. Anyone but her. Every waitress there is amazing except for this newer one and I dread I'll get her every time I see her. So we ordered our drinks and food and after an hour and ten minutes roll by and my friend screams out "Where the hell is our food" the waitress overhears it and says she forgot to put the order in. So the Disco Fries (sorry, I'm not from the Poconos and refuse to call them Kelly Fries because that is the stupidest thing I've ever heard) are comped because of what a mess she is. So they show up eventually and when I bite into the biggest one, hidden under the cheese is a chewed up end of a a chicken wing with a nice bone sticking out. Someone clearly was eating wings and spit this top part out and somehow it was strategically placed under the cheese. I was horrified. I go into the kitchen and say "Hey guys, I'm not sure if you know this but this isn't one of the ingredients of french fries." Nothing but ignorant looks. So then I go tell the waitress what she just served me, another stupid look. She asks me if I want another order. HELL NO!!!!! What if I get herpes thanks to you? So at this point I'm beyond angry. So I go and tell the owner and maybe it was just because she was really drunk just says, "Eww that's gross." So I walk the hell out. I'm standing in front of the place and just start hacking up anything trying to spit out anything in me. I felt to sick to even drive home and I felt like calling a cab to pick me up in front, but I feel it would cost too much. How can you run a business like that? I can tell you I'm never going there again. I really feel like putting their name up everywhere but I don't want them to get FLOOD'S of hate mail and have the health board shut them down and my friends lose their job. Service is incredibly POOR. This was a terrible experience. We came in at 12:45pm, no one greeted us, we had to find our own seats. After ten minutes still no one in sight. I went up to the bar looked the bartender in the face and asked for menu's... he stared at me and said NOTHING. I honestly should have walked out at that point but my father was keen on staying. We ordered as soon as we got our menus. 45 minutes later still no food. 50 minutes later, finally our food arrives. I had gotten the grilled chicken club sandwich, the chicken was so dry I couldn't bite into it. Not to mention there are 3 pieces of thick bread. The sandwich was 90% bread 5% chicken 5% lettuce & tomato. The cole slaw was warm and the only thing edible was the pickle and French fries. Went in for a quick bite to eat burger and fries were ok, edible at best but what actually is making me leave a review ( which I usually don't ) was the unprofessional and illegal handling of a veteran and his service dog by the staff. Truly disgraceful and disappointed the way they refused to serve them because of the LEGAL and NECESSARY companion the veteran came in there with, there's a reason the guy has a service dog who's next a person in a wheelchair? I'm a veteran myself and took the action personally I'm not coming back I wouldn't eat there if you paid me, Shame!! On you people you should learn how to honor our veterans better yet learn your laws it's illegal to not serve a person with a service companion, I hope he sues and I hope more veteran reads this since Veterans Day is approaching. Pretty much a regular here. Came in this past Tuesday for wing night and tried something new instead of bbq. Their garlic parmesan and Thai chilli sauces are amazing! Im a Irish whiskey fan myself but trying something new and so cheap was great. Drinks came out fast and the waitress was very attentive (new girl I'm pretty sure). They skimped a little on the onion rings (usually we get double the amount with the sampler) but that could be forgiven. I always enjoy the atmosphere even though I don't watch sports much it's a more relaxed bar compared to the others on main street. But don't get me wrong still a fun time! read more

I am a local an I have seen first hand that this place has the most disrespectful employees. They are an UnAmerican pub. Who wouldn't allow a Combat Marine An his Service Dog in. Disregard for Federal laws. Numerous disabled people with service animals have been asked to leave over time look at the reviews on Facebook book. I can not believe this is going on there. Small local establishment, a bit on the dark side and the decor seems to have been there forever. As more people come in it does then to get busy and crowded around the bar.The service is on the very slow side. The food is better than most and the wings are really great when I am in the area I always stop for the wing and when they say hot ,,,,they are HOT! Caters to more of the local crowd. read more

I'd come to Flood's every week if I could! Just love the wings and wraps. Even the BLT is great! Hubby enjoys the burgers and wings too! The servers are all professional, attentive and friendly.
