I am so thrilled they run commercials on television or I would never have know about this place. I went in to purchase tile for my bathroom, flooring for my bedroom. I was lucky enough to be greeted by "Tino"... What an excellent service provider. From the moment I met him to completion of my remodel, he was so very helpful. He offered many suggestions and kept me from making many wrong decisions. The store is amazing.. Full of every product you can imagine to do a complete remodel. I made 3 trips to the store and each of them were perfect. The store is clean, well lit and plenty of parking!!! There is a bonus.. It is just across the way from Northwood Inn. Came in to purchase flooring walked around for about and someone ended up asking if we needed help asked him some questions on sq footage and inventory and he literally walked away and asked the next family if they needed help, my husband and I just looked and one another and said "oh no guess we didn't have any more questions" .. so we left and continued our search ended up in the front and found one that was on sale and a nice color. We needed to see how many boxes we needed no associates around except for the ones at the cash register, a woman who may have been the manager walked by us twice and didn't ask us once if we needed anything so my husband went to try and find someone he ran into the woman mgr again and asked if she could send someone to assist us she said someone will be right over ‍ well that didn't happen so we waited and my husband flagged over one of the employees who was standing by the register and he helped us with all our questions ( thank you). The cashier was very friendly and attentive.. Not sure how long this location has been open but I really hope West Covina has more attentive employees at their location.. read more
