FANTASTIC WORK! Milos and his team were great from start to finish. Came to my condo for an estimate, discussed what I wanted, what could be done with my subfloor etc. He installed GORGEOUS hardwood throughout my home, immensely improved my subfloor prior to the install, having ehhhh laminate down prior on inferiorly prepped concrete. 1/4 inch cork underlayment too, these floors are so quiet now ! I was out of town for the few days they needed, I came home to a remarkably clean home, their care and clean-up was extraordinary! My estimate was so straightforward, there was no high end or low end, it was just: the cost. FloorIt! Even accepts PayPal credit so now I am able to pay for it over 6 months interest free as well! Milos was on time, friendly, professional, EXPERIENCED! And he treated me like he wanted my business as much as if I were scheduling a 4000sq foot home rather than my 1000sq foot condo and THAT meant a lot to me! Easy, ongoing communication before, during and after the install. I absolutely recommend FloorIt! and Milos for your floors! I didn't have base trim installed yet, as interior doors and moulding are next up, but you can still see by these photos what amazing work they did for me. And yes, that IS a diagonal install layout! Came in with my wife and kids it was really challenging to get there on a Saturday. We had read the great reviews on yelp and figured it would be a really refreshing experience but boy were we wrong. The owner was there and was immediately negative with us and rude and very unhelpful. He told us that he was looking to wrap things up so he could get back to his plan he had for the evening. We had seen a picture of some of his work online and when we brought it up to him he said oh no I don't to that that job was a nightmare and here it was a picture that he was showing on his way we found him to be condescending and somewhat minimizing of our goal to get new hardwood floor's. Called today to receive information on a product I saw they offer online. Immediately when I called the whole experience was negative. The guy answered and instantly rude. I hear someone answer with a split of their name and to be polite I always make sure I get someone's name right so I responded I'm sorry I didn't catch your name. The person proceeded to ask my why I need his name. I replied ok I guess that's irrelevant. Then explained that they seem to have a flooring product online and I was looking to get pricing information. The rep didn't listen and asked me "where is your home"? I responded "I'm sorry I'm not ready to disclose that yet I'm looking for flooring pricing, is this flooritsandiego?" And he said yes. He then responded saying that I'm not a legit customer if I don't know where I live. I don't know if these 5 stars are legit since off the get go this person is rude. Excellent Service and excellent job. Milos the owner is very informative and helpful. We started at Home Depot, and learned a lot, and did a measurement to get Home Depots costs using the Best Pergo they had. Then I called Milos, Friday night after 6PM, he answered, and spent about 25 minutes on the phone with me, again, very knowledgeable, he said he could install the materials from Home Depot if I preferred but he also told me about other higher-end laminates. He suggested I go to their website(s) and look it over myself. Good call, as the laminate that we used is higher rated and a much better product. Milos having taken the time to offer so much info and guidance on a Friday night sold me on setting up an appointment, which he did promptly and on time, in fact next day. Milos again was very professional and informative and upfront with the costs. His price for materials and labor was less then Home Depot and we got Quickstep Laminate which I think is superior. Plus, we got to work with him (someone we already met) instead of some installer from Home Depot. That is one thing I dislike (a lot) about having Home Depot do any installing, you never know who you will get or who it is, I prefer to at least meet the crew/person that is doing the work. The install went very well, I could tell they knew what they were doing, the floor turned out beautiful. We did the entire condo, excluding bathrooms and kitchen, so it was not a small job with all the closets too. I also had them do the baseboards, we have bull nose corners so that job is harder then some, but wow, they did an AWESOME job on the base boards, and at a REALLY good price. So if you are getting flooring you must get new baseboards, best decision we made. I also had a very tight schedule as the job was a rental, so I had to have a set start and end date for the work, Milos committed to my start date 3 weeks out and finished the job in 2 days as I hoped. One last thing, after a beautiful install I noticed one board at a transition to the kitchen (tiled) made a squeak noise. So each time I walked to the kitchen it creaked. I asked Milos about it and he sent a guy out the next day, they suspected what the issue was, and sure enough, it was a simple thing, the transition strip had a small ooze of glue that was touching the board and causing the creak. He replaced the transition strip, and bam, as good as new and no creak. Overall a very high rating for a job well done, and you gotta like Milos, super guy and won't steer you wrong. read more

He has a private show room that is no hassle and comes to your place to sort out the rest. Great to work with.
