Floradora is nice! I had a very short stay in telluride but this place had great reviews and no wait when I came by so I had lunch. I had the pho, it was quite good and hit the spot! Not the best pho I've ever had since 4/5 stars but was pretty darn good. The vibes inside this saloon are kinda like a saloon indeed, it's rustic but it's nice.

My friends and I went camping near Telluride and stopped here for lunch. We walked in at about 1:15pm and were seated right away. I got the chicken sandwich with truffle fries and it was delicious. The server also gave us very good recommendations and I feel like the prices were fair for what we got. The ambiance was very cozy and had an old timey feel which I really liked. Overall great experience!

Stopped in with party of 6 ~ had the best service (wish I would have gotten her name). We sat outside and enjoyed tacos, hamburgers, salads, chicken wings and excellent cocktails. Laid back, casual, clean ambiance with excellent service and solid food. Recommend!

Stopped by here when we arrived to Telluride before checking out the gondolas. I ordered the small sized gumbo soup , which included rice and a bread to dip. It's small but a perfect snack during a cold day! It was flavorful and reminds me of the southern charmed soul food I crave every now and then.

Pork chop!

Tonight we came here for dinner after we were married. Raul was a kind, attentive and polite server. We had the Pho and Pork chop. Thank you Raul for the amazing evening!

They had great music with a homey mountainy vibe. The food was fabulous made with lots of care. The food was also resonably priced with the regular meal costing $10-25. The service was great getting drinks and food very quickly.

Very cool place!! I was told by a local that this place had been open for 50 years, had a great burger, and was worth checking out for dinner. All of the above are true. Had sports on TV, good beer and drinks selection, and the burger was outstanding! The homemade fries were very good too! Would absolutely go back again.

Brie app- If you don't get this- big mistake, huge... just do it

Quite literally the BEST restaurant in town. Tons of seating inside and out, inside bar tavern feel, outside with shade set up w the best view in town. Staff are cool! Food- OMG the Brie app could win any comparisons to your favorite food- if you don't get it, "big mistake, huge, I have to go eat now..." Bloody Mary is best in town, no pickled onions in theirs!

Salmon tacos

This is a nice tavern located in the heart of Telluride. The ambiance is welcoming and cozy. The service is friendly but not very attentive. The poutine short rib appetizer is really good and my wife had the salmon tacos that she loved. I had a burger and it was really good and served on a fresh bun. I would definitely come back here if u ever was in telluride again

Chocolate pecan pie

Let's start with our favorite waitress in Telluride Kara She works 2 different places and remembered us from the Stronghouse a few nights ago So helpful and happy friendly and smiley The poutine is the best we have ever had better than what we had in Canada Went from that straight to desserts Another beautifully well kept old building right down town love the coziness and ambiance

Prime filet with mash and asparagus $38 and fantastic!

Yes, yes 1000% yes! Went with a party of 7 and this dinner was just fantastic all around, from the service to the food. We even got a special story told to us about the Floradora by the restaurant's "Mayor" Really cool interior, feels like a quaint saloon. Made reservations (highly recommended) and was ecstatic when I saw the menu. Dishes from a variety of regions, but still small enough to ensure food quality. I got the prime filet, anothe me in my party got the lamb chop, another got Pho and duck. Just tremendous dishes all around, the flavor!! Don't miss out on the Floradora, a must when in Telluride!

Weak, cold, greasy, limp fries actually ruined my appetite. Waitress also forgot the one simple request I made. Bad food bad service.

The decor is both elegant and cozy, perfect for an upscale mountain resort town. Service was first rate and the food was incredible. My wine was delicious as was my husband's Old Fashioned. I ordered oysters, octopus (after having a bite of my husband's), and the Branzino which they filleted (offered the choice, whole fish or filleted.) My husband had the salmon. Though neither of us considered ourselves butterscotch lovers, we ordered the dessert which was the server's favorite and we like to try new flavors and interpretations. Guess what? It was amazing as well. I guess we are butterscotch people. :) I'll eat here again as we're definitely returning to Telluride.

From the moment the first plate arrived, I felt that familiar, disarming sensation--the one I once believed lost to time and repetition. Food here does not shout; it remembers. Each dish is composed with restraint and confidence, flavors layered not to impress but to tell the truth. Technique is evident, yes, but never vain. This is cooking that understands that greatness is not excess, but intention. And then there was Jennifer. A meal can be excellent; an experience requires a guide. Jennifer moved through the evening with an effortless grace, reading the table the way a seasoned editor reads a manuscript. Her recommendations felt less like suggestions and more like quiet assurances: Trust this. You will like where this is going. She elevated the evening not through performance, but through care--anticipating needs, illuminating choices, and reminding us that hospitality, like cuisine, is an art of empathy. By the end of the meal, I was left with a simple, humbling realization: the most extraordinary restaurants do not merely feed us. They restore our faith that thoughtfulness still matters. Sidework does exactly that. And in doing so, it earns something far more difficult than praise--it earns remembrance.

When we dirt entered we were greeted by the hostess and the sweet owner, Chef Eliza. She asked if it was our first time, after stating it was, she immediately told us how grateful she was that we were there. We were seated immediately and offered drinks from their fun drink menu. Nice wine list and their holiday cocktail was delish! Chef Eliza also came to our table to chat with us. She is so kind and friendly. She also brought us an amazing Shaved Brussel Sprout with Pecan Bacon & Apple Dijon, Apple Cider Vinaigrette, Focaccia- Brie and blue cheese... oh. my. Tastebuds! My husband is "not" a fan or Brussels or blue cheese. I had to fight him off for my fair share! Raving review from him. Entrees: Braised Bison Short Rib with Squash Purée and Salsa Verde Squash Relish, Parsnip & Candied Pink Peppercorn Wagyu Flat Iron Steak with Black Garlic Jus & Peri Peri Potato Pavé, Oyster Mushroom, Pickled Celeriac and Crispy Smoked Potato Skin BOTH ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The inside of the restaurant is warm and cozy. The outside has beautiful fire pit seating. We sat inside. Our server Reka was professional and attentive. Very knowledgeable about the menu and what options were available. Her assistant, An, was so sweet and friendly. He always had a smile on his face and even offered to take our photo when I pulled out my phone. The table was beautifully appointed. Every item we ordered was delicious. We started with the Cheddar Biscuits- grilled benton's bacon, pimento cheese, pickled onion. Very tasty. I ordered the king trumpet pasta and added chicken. The chicken was tender and the pasta dish had good flavor. My husband ordered the salmon with Risotto. He orders salmon quite often and said this was one of the best salmon dishes he has ever eaten. Our friends ordered the shorts ribs as well as a salad and added chicken. Both really enjoyed their meals. I would say they could have done a better job with the martini. It wasn't very cold and not filled to the rim. The old fashions were okay as well. Overall we enjoyed dining here. It's beautiful and our service was excellent.
