Went for restaurant week and would give 3.5 stars. First to note, parking in this area is not great. At all. Finding the restaurant was easy but walking into a foyer that looked like the back of a restaurant / server entrance with no staff to greet you was a little confusing. There are curtains sectioning off the dining area, but lots of questions when you first walk in. Also note that the dining room is verrrrry dark at night, and it can get very loud when crowded. Service was okay, but there were multiple times when we wondered where our server was. The bread, oil, and winter sangria were AMAZING. For food we had Brussels, calamari, and mussels to start (all delicious), tortellini mignon (underwhelming and sent back for the lobster linguine), scallop and shrimp risotto (okay, but I've had better), and branzino (good and cooked well) as entrees. I had the tiramisu for dessert which was good, but I did almost choke in the first bite from the amount of cinnamon. I would go back to try additional dishes, but a little underwhelmed for a first experience.

I've ordered from them on DoorDash before and really enjoyed it, but dining in didn't quite hit the same. The squash soup wasn't really my thing (might just be personal taste), the lasagna felt a little bland, and dessert was fine but nothing special. Service was good, and the space is cute and cozy, though parking can be a bit tricky. Overall, it wasn't bad, but for me, it felt a little underwhelming. Good girl night though !
This place is so cute! When we came in, we were seated pretty fast. Vibes are very cute And intimate, as it's a restaurant built in a house. Although all of the tables are small, somehow it wasn't cramped which is kind of rare for a restaurant of this style. They had a pretty good special going on where you could get an appetizer and entrée and a dessert for $55. Some things were an upcharge, such as the filet mignon I got which was a seven dollar up charge, but I felt that was more than fair. The servers were kind and knowledgeable and kept our water glasses full. The steak was good. It wasn't exceptionally delicious, but I have been eating a lot of steaks recently and this is definitely one of the better ones. Steak was served on top of mashed potatoes and broccoli. The mashed potatoes were honestly kind of cold and I wish they were a little thicker. I really enjoyed the broccoli. The leaves were slightly crunchy and the taste was pretty good. The sauce that was on top of the plate wasn't particularly delicious, but it wasn't bad so I suppose it was OK. For the black gnocchi, the gnocchi itself was very good. It was chewy and a decent size. I also really enjoyed the sauce. I don't eat pork so instead of the sausage they gave me shrimp. I was not that crazy about the shrimp, but I do appreciate that they substituted it for me. The size of the dish was honestly kind of small, But the presentation was very cute. The Tiramisu was light and fluffy! It was Perfect and I usually don't like tiramisu that much. There's Not too much of a dense coffee taste. I also really enjoyed the Mango sorbet. I think it might have been a little better than other mango sorbets I've had on average. I think for the value it was a pretty good stop. I'm Glad I tried it but Would probably try another restaurant over coming back to this one.
I recently took my wife to Floriana during date night. This is a good restaurant. Their staff was extremely respectful and did a great job hosting us. It's a pretty romantic spot inside as well. They have outdoor seating too. Parking is rough. We started off with cocktails. I had an old-fashioned and she had sangria. For starters, she had the butternut soup and I had the brussels sprouts both dishes were very fresh and tasted great. For our main entrée, I had the duck breast and she had the bolognese. You can tell they use fresh ingredients in their dishes. We enjoyed our experience and look forward to going back.
I visited Floriana on a Saturday night with a fried for dinner. I had never been but she talked up their fresh pasta. Situated in the heart of DuPont along the busy 17th street corridor Floriana sits on the corner and occupies a row home. The basement serves as a bar area and possibly kitchen. We had a reservation for outside so I didn't get to see the restaurant at all. The hostess stand is in a narrow hallway when you enter up the steep front steps (watch yourself if you're wearing heels). I was told "go outside and pick a table" while I noticed everyone else was escorted to their table. Outside there are about 10 tables on the patio, I chose a table along the fence that separated the restaurant from their neighbors ... BIG BIG mistake. When my friend arrived we decided to start with the calamari and caprese, an espresso martini and Hugo spritz. The caprese was warm and lacked flavor and the calamari sauce was bland. As soon as our food arrived the wind picked up and the rodents. All of sudden I saw rats mostly from the property next door I could see and hear them rustling in the leaves that were falling due to the wind. It was honestly the most disgusting thing I've ever experienced. By the time our entrees came I was disappointed in the scallops and shrimp risotto. The small portion of protein and watery risotto were definitely not what I expected. When I saw a rat come out of the lower level I couldn't eat anymore. My friend ordered the lobster linguine but notes that she didn't like it because it had no sauce and was lacking in flavor, they brought out some chili powder to give it a boost. Overall I do not think I was able to enjoy myself due to the rodent activity.
Floriana is an Italian staple in the DuPont circle neighborhood! Located in a cozy row home, they have beautiful inside and outdoor options for seating. We love to go on Mondays/Tuesdays for their $55 three course dinner special - the portions are always very generous with enough to take home! They have a great wine list, and even offer half priced bottles on Wednesday/Sundays. The staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. Most recently we got their calamari (always a favorite), mussels in wine sauce, duck breast, and lamb gnocchi. The gnocchi had such a rich and decadent flavor. The duck breast was also delicious, and cooked perfectly.
By far my favorite brunch spot in dc. Cute converted row house for intimate vibes. Super sad they haven't been open on saturdays recently :(
Pasta is absolutely made in house if this was a review only on the pasta I would give 5 stars. We were seated inside which was lovely. Great ambiance and candle lit dinner. The duck pasta was fabulous. I don't see many pastas made with duck so that was novel. The white sauce and the green onions gave it a freshness factor. And you MUST get the lamb gnocchi. It was sooo rich and gluttonous. I split this with my sister, definitely enough for 2 people. We got 2 appetizers - Caesar salad and calamari. Calamari was fantastic, paired really well with the tomato sauce they give you. The Caesar was ok, I wish their were more capers in there. And the croutons were a bit hard. You could probably do without the Caesar. For dessert we got tiramisu and bread pudding. Tiramisu was a hit. No notes. Texture and flavors were both there. The bread pudding was not a hit. The flavors were there but they didn't get the texture right. It was hard as a puck! Which was a shame because I love bread pudding. All in all - come here for pasta absolutely. They do that right.
Continues to be a beautiful spot for a nice meal with absolutely flawless service. The half priced wine bottles Wednesdays and Sundays are a spectacular deal. I highly recommend for restaurant week! You get choices from the whole menu! Unfortunately I did find the Brussels sprouts a bit undercooked this time. Also, the duck pappardelle wasn't my favorite dish there. The noodles and duck were amazing but the sauce was a bit bland. However I've had a ton of other great things in the past and my party largely loved their dishes. We recommend the black gnocchi on the appetizer menu and the pork shank. You also get free bread with the tastiest pesto sauce. And the pistachio gelato and tiramisu were great. They are also very very careful about food allergies there.
First time trying a nicer sit down restaurant in DC. Very good! I was recommended here after look at some reviews and after talking to some of the locals. To start off with, it is very charming atmosphere here, I sat outside, but it looks like they repurposed an older house to make it into a restaurant. Loved to see that! The service was fantastic as well, had water at my table within a minute, if that, of sitting down. My food also came out speedily as well! I had the Lamb Gnocchi, which was incredible! I thought it was very flavorful. I thought it more of a stew and would've liked to have had a spoon, but, I made it work! Once again, I cannot praise Floriana enough! Good food and good "vibes" haha.
Go, do not walk RUN!!! Get the Brussels sprouts app, ordered the calamari too and didn't care for it. Waiter took it back and removed it from our check. Also ordered 1/2 plate Asparagus risotto 1/2 plate mushroom ravioli, Sunday gravy, male teenager ordered the scallop and shrimp risotto and loved it. Wife couldn't decide between the risotto and the ravioli the waiter then recommended 1/2 plate of each!!!! Great great great rec. If you go ask to be seated in Michael's section, if there are two Michael's, hey it could happen, this Michael lives down the block. $20 corkage fee and Michael knew how to deal with a 15 year old wine like a pro. I'm always concerned about that and that was just the beginning of exceptional service and fantastic Italian food. I grew up in Jersey and have been making Italian food since I was 8 years old. I hadn't stepped into an Italian restaurant since I was in Venice Italy. My good friend told me to go and get the Sunday gravy pasta. I'm so glad we went AND brought a great bottle of Sangiovese!!! To go along with one of my favorite meals I've ever had. Only drawback it was a nice day second week of October and the patio had some mosquitoes which wasn't that big of a deal. You can sit inside or on the street not the patio and you'll be fine. read more

I've been wanting to go for a while, and I'm so glad we were finally able to go. We had the calamari and 4 different pasta dishes, and they were all delicious- it was hard to decide which was our favorite! Drinks were phenomenal, we had dirty martinis, manhattans, and a bottle of red. Service was wonderful too. Very cute and cozy interior. We will be coming back! read more

A quiet (when we were there) little place with big flavor! We had an early dinner here prior to theater tickets, and chose Floriana based on numerous yelp reviews. Thanks, guys! We were treated well (I will overlook the server's comment on our southern accents, lol) and served very professionally. We started with martinis, because you have to after a 100 mile drive on I-95. They were fine. Average. But it was the only average thing on the table that night. Bread service was good. The bread was full bodied and paired well with the dipping sauce (oil and herbs.) Appetizers - I had to have the arancini. I crave these fried little balls of lovely. Served on a bed of Sunday gravy (red sauce) these were a wonderful start. My dinner partner enjoyed the panzanalla salad, which had a wonderful dressing on it. An ample appetizer, I would want a few more bites. But it turned out the mains were going to make us grateful to have left a little room. Entrees - The risotto (with scallops and shrimp) was cooked absolutely perfectly. Great texture on the risotto, seafood was right on point. Flavors were awesome. My selection of orechiette was a bit spicy, which I like, but would have put off a less tolerant diner. This pasta dish included sausage and rapini and just enveloped my mouth with rich flavor. Both entrees were too good to leave behind and too generous to finish. I packed the remains in a cooler bag I had brought along with freezer blocks and had the best lunch in my office the next day. With the theater calling, we left more quickly than I would prefer. Next time I shall make sure that we go course to course and make an evening of it. We left feeling well fed and well treated. Can't ask for more! read more
the way I went to an Italian restaurant and didn't get pasta is criminal - okay so floriana is the cutest ever, it's in an old townhome and so cozy and special. they rotate the menu a lot to keep it seasonal but for some odd reason had only like 2 pasta pasta noodle dishes...like we know im not ordering ravioli to get 3 pieces for $35... - I went with the duck breast sitting on the most ~melty pillowy ~ gnocchi I have ever had. this made me like gnocchi. the texture and the way the potato soaked up all the glaze from the duck WOW - the meat itself had a sweet demi glaze that contrasted the savoriness of the meat and potato. I was hooked. it came with swiss chard but by that they meant maybe a tablespoon ... sigh - my companion got the lamb gnocchi which was devoured in .3 seconds, a great sign. he said the duck was better but loved the richness of the lamb and the insane quality of the gnocchi - they bring you bread with the best pesto I've ever eaten once you order. the pesto was soooo lemoney and light - the duck had a large layer of fat under the skin above the breast on every piece, meaning I was cutting away chunks of my meal that were not doing it for me. personal preference probably but I did not like that read more
Even though Kamala Harris ate before inauguration, this place is not the place. Their best dish, lasagna, was kind of cold and not flavored enough. The lasagna sheets were also too mushy and dissolved in my mouth in a weird way. The in house gnocchi was ok. The scallops and risotto was definitely the best dish we had. Calamari is very mid. Went for Sunday night dinner. Fairly uncrowded with very nice outdoor patio seating. Area was clean with enough space between patrons. Service was prompt and friendly. Very reasonable prices for their restaurant week menu. Black gnocchi was fantastic. As other reviewers have commented, the lasagna is great and the duck dish was definitely on point. Half off bottle of wine wrapped up our meal. Overall great experience. read more
We had a reservation for 7:30, but didn't get seated until 8:15. One member of our party actually saw a group of 4 come in and get seated immediately, around 7:45. Also, when we did get seated, it was at a 2 person table, when there were many other tables open. The food was decent. The duck breast was cooked well except the end pieces, which were over cooked. Also the parsnips were a bit undercooked but the chard was seasoned well. I think the duck breast would have been better served with a purée to balance the saltiness of the duck. We ordered brussel sprouts for the table which were very good. They were cooked and seasoned well and had a nice texture. Another person in my group ordered the orecchiette pasta, which was good, but they substituted the ramps with something else without any notice. Finally, another person in my group ordered the rockfish. They liked the olives in it, but felt the rest of it was under seasoned. read more

Kind of easy to miss this place since it's in a rowhome but the ambiance is cute and cozy. Bread was decent (could be a little old) but the pesto is delicious. Ribeye was cooked well and super meaty, potatoes and broccolini were fine, radicchio was actually a great pairing with the steak. Tortellini sauce was amazing, filling was tasty, but the pasta was a little chewy. read more
Wow. One of the best meals I have ever had. This sentiment could be due to the fact that I was celebrating an anniversary fortuitously falling on Restaurant Week. It could also be due to the large wine bottle ordered during dinner. However, I truly think the unique flavors, service, and food options were amazing at an amazing price. I went to Floriana on a whim--I had seen that Restaurant Week was during the week I was visiting DC. I searched up restaurants all over and finally ended up settling on this place. I was able to make a reservation immediately on the phone (and was seated right on the dot!). However, be prepared for stairs in order to get into the restaurant and the bathroom!! The ambience is quite unique--it's almost as if it is a residential home in DuPont area. The cozy atmosphere coupled with the home-like decor made me feel welcomed and warm. The tables were spaced out well, and I was able to get a table inside at a private area. While busy, the whole experience felt so intimate. The waiters were very polite and were attentive to my questions. They happily suggested wine pairings and different food options. Because it was restaurant week, the meal was only ~$30 for a three course meal. My partner and I ordered lobster gnocchi (black squid ink) and mussels (huge portion flavored with herbs and spices) for appetizers, scallops with risotto and lamb gnocchi for the main course, and had mousse and pistachio ice cream for dinner. The scallops were fresh and lemony, the mussels were a humongous portion, and the lobster gnocchi was so unique and flavorful. This was a Restaurant Week deal, but I truly believe the food was worth the regular price on a normal day. Overall, Floriana's atmosphere, friendly service, and flavorful foods make this restaurant extremely special. I had an amazing time and dined for almost 2 hours--time flew in the cozy home. Stop what you're doing and go here for dinner right now! To start, the service was excellent. I had made a reservation but my friend and I stopped downstairs to get cocktails and mixed drinks because we weren't really feeling wine. If you bring them from downstairs, you can bring the drinks into the restaurant. The reservation was for outside but they said they had availability inside as well, which was appreciated during a cold fall night. Our server was attentive and our food came out quickly. Another props to the server because I ordered the venison gnocchi to go when he took our orders and brought it to me after my friend and I were done with our meal. Before we got our delicious pastas, they served us some bomb bread and pesto. Some of the best pesto I've ever had! I had to stop myself from eating too much so I wouldn't be full for my pasta. The pasta is incredible. I understand that it's all handmade and every bite is to die. I loved the butternut pasta with sage, butter, and walnuts. My friend also loved the shrimp risotto. I would absolutely come back. The prices are reasonable and I want to try more pasta dishes and the extensive wine list. Go go go! read more

It was dimly lit and had a charming atmosphere and decor. It seemed like it would make a nice date spot, but it was also great for dinner with a friend. On a Friday night we didn't wait for a table. We sat inside and had a nice view of the outside from the table. The setting, service, and food were all great. Scallop & Shrimp Risotto- I went here specifically for risotto and this lived up to expectations. It was cooked well and perfectly creamy. Tiramisu- I wish the coffee flavor was stronger but I liked it for the most part. read more
One of my favorite places to have weekend brunch! We called them in advance and reserved our table. They are pretty busy on the weekends so I definitely suggest calling them ahead and doing the same. They have great outdoor seating. Every seat is equipped with a heater to keep you warm in this cold weather. We ordered Italian sausage egg omelette and lasagna with potatoes and a side of bacon. I absolutely love their lasagna. Portion size perfect. Potatoes are so good. Sautéed with amazing flavors. Definitely reminded me of potatoes from a North Indian restaurant. They don't have full menu for Sunday brunch. It's located on one of the busy neighborhoods in DC so parking can be extremely hard to find. Since we live near by we usually walk. Had a fantastic dinner here on a Saturday night! We sat at a table inside and their dining area is so cozy; it feels like you're eating in the dining room of someone's (very nice) house! They manage to fit a lot of tables in a not huge space but it doesn't feel cramped at all. The outdoor dining area also looked very lovely and people seemed to be enjoying themselves there as well. After being seated we were brought a plate of bread with their garlic-almond pesto. The bread had a great texture and the pesto was absolutely delicious. For starters we ordered the lamb tartare and the black gnocchi. I thought the lamb tartare was a bit over-seasoned so you couldn't really taste the lamb. The black gnocchi, however, was excellent. You can tell the pasta itself is made fresh and the lobster cream sauce was so tasty. For mains we had the tortelloni mignon and the lasagna. I'm personally not a huge lasagna person but I could tell that it is very good lasagna, and tasted more heavily of beef than most lasagnas I've had (if you don't love the taste of meat then it may not be for you, although that's probably then true for lasagna in general). The tortelloni mignon was outstanding, again with incredibly fresh pasta, tender meat inside the tortelloni, and a delicious sauce. The appetizer portions were fairly small especially for sharing, which was great because we were worried about filling up on appetizers before our mains came but it turned out not to be an issue. The mains were pretty substantial portion sizes, and the lasagna especially was giant, so we ended up with some nice leftovers for the next day. Overall a very pleasant atmosphere with friendly service and delicious fresh Italian food. Would definitely come here again! read more

I love italian food and finding a good cozy spot in the city is not hard. Floriana is a great cozy spot that makes you feel like you stepped out of DC and takes away the noise and bustle of Dupont Circle. The service was phenomenal and the food was some of the best italian I have had in a while. Nice wine selection and yummy desserts too! read more

The food was absolutely amazing. Every dish we tried -- Caesar salad, lasagna, tortellini mignon, Sunday gravy, and NY strip. However, the service is what could have been better. We made a reservation far in advance to celebrate our wedding anniversary and even added that to the notes and special occasion section of the reservation. We also requested to be seated by a window. Fast forward to arrival, we waited about 5 minutes until someone even came to the hostess stand. Once they did, our server (I believe her name was Maria) greeted us in a very lackluster tone and asked how can she help. I told her we had a reservation and she showed us to the dining room and asked "where do you want to sit", pointing at two tables that clearly were not window seats. I asked if we could sit by the window and she said let me check and proceeded to check her iPad and then said "okay, that's fine". We sat down, ordered, ate, and was offered some tiramisu at the end -- not one mention of an anniversary. For such a special occasion, I was expecting a little more consideration and thoroughness. A simple "Happy Anniversary" would have even been acceptable. After all, we chose this restaurant for its top rating of romantic spots in the DC area. I'm not sure if the sever completely miss the ball on the reservation being for an anniversary or if this is just standard procedure, either way if it's a special occasion I would dine else where. read more
1/10/22 in the Year of the Restaurant! Tonight's selection was Floriana at 17th/Q in Dupont Circle. I have only eaten here once before but that was about 7.5 YEARS ago... So it was really refreshing to revisit and be reminded of how insanely GREAT this restaurant is!! CHEERS! Of course, the menu is the main event so I'll jump in. Started the meal with the High Tea vodka cocktail from Dito's bar downstairs. It's light and refreshing ruby red, cucumber, lime and Earl Grey and just a little fruity. But the thinly shaved English cucumbers on top were a great addition for a little nibble with your cocktail! Thomas the server was just about the most welcoming and hospitable server I've ever encountered! Being family probably helped, but you get a real sense that he likes what he does. He brought out the Italian bread plate with the parsley-almond-garlic pesto which was extraordinary. Herbaceous, nuttier than most pesto with just the right amount of garlic. And I like garlic a lot, so maybe enough for me may be a bit more than wanted for others. It's a matter of taste! It's part of Italian dining custom to have a Primi, Secondi, Pasta, and Entree. Followed by dessert. But that also usually entails dishes for SHARING. But I'll get to that... The first thing I ordered was the salumi and formaggio board. Silly me, after all these years of dining and culinary school at the CIA, I'd figure on the SIZE of the board... Nope! It's quite a lot! Gorgonzola Dolce, Piave, and Goat Feta, with Andouille, Finnocchiona, and Prosciutto, garnished with Casa Vetrano Olives and Borettone onions (cousin of sweet Vidalia onions). The andouille was spicier than expected, but the creamy cheeses balanced it out. And the onions were marinated in oil and balsamic. Still crisp but sweet and salty at the same time. Mouthwatering! Next I couldn't resist the Calamari Fritti. The menu says it comes with a spicy sauce, but I didn't find it that spicy. But again, another dish large enough to share. Thomas told me that they change the fryer oil everyday so the calamari stays light and crispy on the outside but still tender on the inside. Seasoned perfectly! And I couldn't eat at such a fine Italian restaurant without having a pasta dish. Not just any pasta dish but the signature Lasagna! Beef, bechamel, and house-made mozzarella. Layer upon later is meat, cheese, and noodle with fresh herbs on top. Truly a prized dish on the menu that is a MUST try!! But be warned: like the previous dishes, this is bigger than I was expecting... For my main course, I HAD the have the Duck Breast with chestnut, port pear, and radicchio. God I love duck, but so few places serve it. The bitterness of the radicchio, with the sweet port pears, and the chestnuts balance the earthy duck to perfection. Most chefs like to serve duck the same as beef: medium rare. But I like both done medium. A well balanced dish that is actually just enough for one person. And finally, for dessert, again, I had to go with the specialty: tiramisu. But then Thomas told me that they also had chocolate mousse... so being torn between the classic and a lifelong favorite, I had to get BOTH. However I did get the tiramisu to go, but I had to have just a bite for this review. And it kicked me right in the rear teeth! Chocolatey and coffeelicious it's a POW of decadent traditional flavors! And then there was the chocolate mousse. The taste was spot on but I dare say it was obvious that it was pre-portioned and left in a refrigerator... like most places with such a dessert. Be that as it may, is was equally delicious. Not as light and airy as I like, but as all things: it's a matter of taste! And now, as I've mentioned a few times, the portion sizes are quite large and enough to share. I ended up taking home more food than I actually ate in the dining room! So I will have leftovers for days! And for the price paid, makes it a great value! Even more so if you get the $40 deal that gives appetizer, entree and dessert. The restaurant is an old DC row house that has the kitchen and bar in the English basement level, main dining room on the first floor decorated in maroon, drapes, mirrors, and replica paintings like Van Gogh's self-portrait. The old fireplaces are no longer functional, but the small electric log with lights provides a cute and reminiscent ambiance of an earlier time. There is another smaller dining room upstairs that's usually used for parties or for overflow from the main dining room on busy weekends. Light woodwind jazz by Oliver Nelson on saxophone and flute playing, but not too loudly. It was actually difficult for Shazam to hear it! So that makes for ease of conversation. We booked a last minute reservation at Floriana and were pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. I've heard many people talk about Floriana and I had to try it myself...Upon entering Floriana, you are greeted with a quaint, intimate dining room setting with festive lights. We were seated very quickly and the service was remarkable. The bread they gave for an appetizer was a tad bit stale but I am in complete awe of the basil pesto dip that accompanied the bread. So good. You must order the Black Gnocchi. This dish is infused with squid ink and packed with flavor. The gnocchi melts in your mouth and is bathed in a tomatoe based sauce with some greens on top for a nice contrasting flavor. The artistry behind the dish presentation was exquisite. All three of the guests I came with approved of this dish and we were even considering ordering another. The Calamari fritti was tasty but it didn't stand out comparative to the other dishes. Overall: 9/10 Setting: very intimate. We came in the evening and it was pleasantly dark. There is an awkward hallway where you stand before being seated but it didn't take that long. Food: every single thing we got was AMAZING. Lamb gnocchi are to die for. We also really enjoyed the tortellini mignon. Pro tip: the black gnocchi appetizer is amazing but the squid ink will leave your mouth stained, make sure to drink up some wine! read more

Love Italian cuisine? I know just the place! Ambiance Nestled in DuPont Circle is Floriana, an Italian bistro found in a vintage D.C. row house. Super cozy and cute, especially if you can snag a table by the fireplace! Suggested Attire: smart casual Parking: there's no garages near by so build in time to look for street parking. Presentation From the appetizers to the dessert, everything was neatly plated with bountiful potions. I enjoyed the simplistic garnish on the entrees too! Though, the seafood to risotto ratio wasn't what I hoped for so I wouldn't order it again. To finish it off, I had the tiramisu which was decadent and rich! We had a wonderful meal here tonight. We started with fried calamari. Excellent! Crispy & flavorful. Then I had the pork tenderloin. It was served with Gorgonzola & was delicious, as well as beautifully prepared. My husband had the butternut squash ravioli with Gorgonzola. He liked it very much. The setting was a big plus, too. We sat outside on the patio in front of the restaurant. It was lovely. read more

I came for a Sunday Brunch. A lot of us ordered the chicken biscuit because I remember it being yummy pre-pandemic. Either I have short term memory loss or something is going very wrong in the kitchen. All of our biscuits were burnt black on the bottom and lacked all flavor. The "fried" chicken was not breaded and so over cooked that it was hard to bite through. The piece of chicken was absolutely tiny (see picture). The "fried egg" was scrambled eggs thrown on the tasteless biscuit. So disappointed. Truly inedible. See pictures for tiny overcooked, not fried chicken. And burnt bottom. read more
Great place for an romantic Italian dinner. It's a little tight but make since because it's a house. I would stay way from the lamb gnocchi unless you specify less grease. Had to send my mine back. Instead I got the tortellini mignon. I preferred the flavor of the lamb gnocchi it was just greasy. Probably because it was the last of it and they scooped the remainder. read more
