There is a waitress here named Perky who was just out right disrespectful. She refused to make eye contact with my boyfriend, she made us feel very unwelcome, and she made sure that she served everyone before she served us. This included the people who came in after us. Flo's has the best service, no matter who the waitstaff is. I've been in for Breakfast and for Dinner and they were always curteous and friendly with fast service. I've never had an empty cup, they always ask if I want a refill before I get to the end! The food also comes out fast even if they are super busy. I highly recommend their breakfast menu! I went to Flo's on St. Patrick's Day for the anticipated corned beef & cabbage dinner which I had enjoyed for the previous 2 years. My party had ordered 3 to take home as they were awesome in the past. We all cancelled our take out when we were served meat that was 85% fat and looked like dog food. The meat was so fatty that I was only able to carve a couple of bites before I gave up. My bread plate had no butter. The server was polite and apologetic. I told the gal at the register my concern, & she said she would tell the manager. I hope she did. I don't think I'll be back. I only gave 2 stars because our server was polite. read more

The staff was friendly and prompt. We walked in for breakfast and were seated right away. The portions were perfect. We had iced tea and they brought us a pitcher.... which was great so we didn't have to ask for refills! The biscuits and gravy were tasty! About 6 of us wanted a yummy breakfast on Saturday morning so we decided to try out Flo's Farmhouse, hearing that they serve the best biscuits and gravy in town. The atmosphere is very homey, and slightly antique. It was cozy and we could tell that everyone eating were regulars. We were seated immediately and our waitress was super sweet and answered our questions and got our order in promptly. Our orders ranged from country fried chicken, english muffin breakfast sandwich, and corn beef hash and eggs. All our breakfast meals came with a choice of hash-browns or potatoes o'brien, biscuits and gravy or toast, and 2 eggs cooked however you'd like. Which pretty much came out to a ton of food for a decent price. The country fried steak came on its own plate, while the hash-browns and eggs came on another and then the biscuits and gravy came on another plate. I ordered the corn beef hash extra crispy and eggs, with pat o'brien potatoes and the biscuits and gravy. The corn beef hash tasted homemade and came out looking like a patty, and overall was pretty good. The biscuits and gravy were good, not anything out of the ordinary though. I would compare Flo's Farmhouse to Food Connection on Barton, but Flo's had great service and well priced meals with large quantities. We'll go back if we're ever on our way down the 91 and looking for some hearty breakfast! read more
