I ordered it half sweet and it was on point. It had a nice cream foam top which was excellent. I also ordered The honey vanilla iced latte was also very smooth. The graceful apple iced tea and black iced tea with orange blossom syrup were also both excellent teas. They had nice flavor. I earl everything tasted good, and the barista checked in with us to make sure we were happy with our drinks. I definitely would return to try more coffee and tea. The inside decor was cute, but it is a bit small.

Their coffee, tea, and baked goods are fantastic, but the main reason I love this place is because it's very cozy and the perfect place to read, study, catch up with a friend, or go on a date. They have a special, themed menu that changes every month. There is almost always seating available. They have a small book exchange, often sell local art, have cute merch, and just opened up a bakery right next door with extra seating. I'm kind of a snobbish third-wave coffee person and although this place isn't trying to be that way, it still is my favorite spot because of the overall vibe, how genuinely kind and down to earth the baristas are, and how comfortable it is. A lot of coffee shops are so brightly lit and trying to be hipster still in 2026, but this place is just kind of homey and the classic cozy coffee shop we all want to go to. So if you're a hardcore coffee connoisseur and are looking for the highest quality coffee, this might not be your spot. If you're looking for something with yummy drinks and baked goods with a chill environment you'll be very comfortable in, this is 100% your spot.

The matcha itself isn't super strong, and the overall drink really depends on whichever syrup you choose. That being said, I still have a soft spot for my sweet drinks, and Condron does them really well. The matcha lavender is always my go-to -- floral, creamy, and sweet in the best way. When they had their salted maple syrup, that was also SO good and probably one of my favorite seasonal combinations they've done. So if you're looking for a super bold, earthy matcha, this probably isn't the spot. But if you like a sweeter, milkier matcha with fun flavors, Condron is easily my favorite option in Riverside.

The salad had a base of lettuce and mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, crumbled feta, a dollop of avocado, and a whole sliced hard-boiled egg, all topped with a creamy ranch dressing. A generous heap of thinly sliced tri-tip steak finished the bowl. Generously portioned, it was a well-balanced combination of smoky, savory, and tangy flavors with the refreshing crunch of crisp vegetables. And all this for $9! I'm so glad I didn't settle for the nearest Golden Arches. I left the CBU campus amazed that I had stumbled upon such a gem -- and I'm already planning to try the buffet next time.
