Flour never disappoints. Their pastries, their drinks and their food items are all five star. You might have a hard time to get a table on weekends. Their sticky bun is a must try and it gets sold out fast. I always go for half sandwich and a side salad. While staying at the Sheraton across the street I came here for lunch. Oh my the case with the cookies and rolls and goodies! I wanted to try the avocado toast, however it was sold out. I opted for the turkey sandwich and was not disappointed. the bread was amazing! The mint tea I got was refreshing and I would definitely get it again. I usually get my lunch from Flour Bakery twice a week, and the food is consistently good. However, their services have been missed lately. I picked up a Greek Salad from them a couple of days ago, and when I was back it the office and realized the salad was missing a key ingredient, Feta a cheese. I could not run back to the bakery to get it corrected as my lunch hour was almost over. But I did send a feedback message to the bakery. Today, I called the bakery to try to place a lunch order and tried to follow up with my order feedback. The worker was dilly-dally and did not have any response, absolutely no attempt to amend their error. In addition, he asked me to place my lunch order online, such subpar customer services . I am sorry to taking up his time as well as keep giving them my business. I am definitely not buying anything from Flour again. read more

Delicious! I'm so glad I had a chance to try this place. I got the breakfast sandwich which comes with bacon, egg, arugula, a horseradish ailoi and a yummy sandwich bun. This was so hearty and delicious! The egg had a nice flavor and the sauce paired well with the arugula. The arugula gave a nice kick to the sandwich. Yup. You should go here. I've been four times in two days. Highlights: lamb sandwich with fennel slaw and the ham and cheese croissant. Coffee was great as well. Staff was super nice every single visit. One thing I did find odd, was waiting for my pastry. I had my coffee in hand and waited for previously ordered sandwiches to be made when my croissant was right there. I was tempted to reach over the glass and just grab it, but I thought they might frown on that. Not a deal breaker, but seems like they could get people through quicker if they had someone filling orders not requiring preparation. Super convenient location and you can take your food up to your room since the cafe is super crowded. The breakfast egg sandwich is such a game changer. Usually breakfast sandwiches are soggy and messy, but not Flour's. Their take on a egg sandwich looks very gourmet with its fluffy bread, giant egg, and tomatoes. You can also customize your sandwich to come with either ham or bacon. My boyfriend and I stopped here for a quick breakfast. I got a chai latte and a ginger lemon scone. The ginger lemon scone was amazing but the chai latte was very watery and not sweet at all. It's hard to put into words how much I love Flour. It took my a year of living in the area to find out it existed and I've been making up for lost time ever since. Sadly, there isn't a location near me so I have to adventure around the city to get my Flour fix. All the better to prepare for all of the delicious pastries! My favorites are the cinnamon roll, the dulce de leche brioche (if you are there at the right time), the Oreo, and the cauliflower melt. One of my friends has a gluten allergy and she absolutely loves all of Flour's gluten free desserts. The Dalton location is one of my favorites because of the dulce de leche brioche I mentioned. That being said, this place isn't necessarily for the picky eater looking for a basic ham and cheese sandwich. It is for people who appreciate a little extra flair in their meal. For example, the egg sandwich comes with arugula, tomato and a delicious mustard sauce. So yummy, but not for everyone. My favorite sandwich right now is the Mortadella. I used to love grabbing a coffee at Flour, however after waiting 30 minutes for two iced lattes and still not receiving it, I am full of disappointment. I had breakfast here 3 times while in Boston, had Assam tea each time, a sticky bun twice, and tried the cinnamon cream brioche the third time. The sticky buns were absolutely delicious, and the cinnamon cream brioche was excellent as well. You want to get there either early or about an hour after the breakfast rush for either of those, though, as they seem to sell out fairly quickly. I tried the cinnamon cream brioche because they were out of sticky buns the third time I was there- and I got the last one. Not really surprising that they'd run out as they're both delicious. Came here based on receommendations from my sister who lives i the area. The half sandwiches are HUMONGOUS and a great deal for ~$5. I ended up getting the breakfast sandwich with ham (~$8). Wow that cheese/egg omelette is amazing and definitely made the sandwich. I do wish the breakfast sandwich was larger or same size as the lunch half sandwich though.
