A few days ago I noticed that on one of our faucets, if I closed the hot water side too fast there was a little bit of a rattle under the house. I thought I could handle it myself after asking Perplexity what it could be and installed a water arrestor. That didn't help so I thought, maybe it could be the strapping. I reached out to Handy Plumbing Man on a Saturday and they were quick to respond that they could have someone there on Monday. Monday morning came and their technician, Miguel, went down and found that one of the pipes they had worked on wasn't totally secured. No problem, mistakes happen. He said he'd call the office to get technicians over to check the strapping on the work below. I had to go into work but did get a message from them later on that day to see if they could get someone over the same day (Monday) to fix it. This is more on me that I had already gone into work, but they said they could do tomorrow morning at 8am. Another electrical company had replaced our broken vent fan in our bathroom and ever since then there's been water dripping from it after showering. This other company came to inspect and they said we needed to check with a duct company. So Promax to the rescue! First of all Anna the person who schedules the appointment for us was amazing. Friendly, professional, helpful, there when you need her. They were available for a Saturday appointment which is amazing. Max came and was professional and went above and beyond to try to diagnose the issue, going into our attic and investigating. He put in his recommendations which we agreed with him and told us if it ends up not being the duct or sealing issue that it might be the power of the fan which we agree. He told us the power was one level and should the issue return we should get a more powerful fan, we believe the electrical company had installed a lower powered fan than our previous and agree with his assessment.
