My husband and I came here this evening for some ice cream and the service was SO NICE that I knew I had to leave a Yelp review. Whoever was working around 4:30-5 was so sweet and kind to us, I'm sad I didn't ask for her name to give her the proper shoutout! All the ladies were sweet, but the customer service of the woman in front with the dark hair stood out tremendously! Such a warm and welcoming energy. We just moved to the area and will definitely be visiting again.

Austin was amazing!!! he was really sweet! walked in and greeted with a warm welcome!!! i got the iced creme brule w boba and it was really good! my friend got the cookie and cream milkshake and she said it was really good as well! it was super cute inside the store as well! decor made the vibe way higher and happier :)

So we arrived here about 8:00p after eating dinner nearby on a Thursday. This is located in Alicia Town Center at the corner of Alicia Parkway and Paseo de Valencia, where Ralphs is. I was a bit confused as it's called Fluffy Bear on Yelp, but the storefront has a "Pengo Drink Station & Ice Cream" sign (the window has a big "Fluffy Bear" sticker sign). On Pengo's website, it shows as one of Pengo's location, but doesn't say anything about "Fluffy Bear." It's "Pengo x Fluffy Bear" on Instagram, "Fluffy Bear Soft Serve" on Facebook...and who knows what other aliases they go by, lol. Anyhoo, I guess this Pengo location serves soft serve and bing snow, hence, Fluffy Bear? I wasn't feeling the soft serve or bing snow so I opted to get the taro brûlée from the crème brûlée series ($6.95). Hubs got the oreo brûlée ($6.95) with honey boba ($1.00), and everyone else got soft serve ($5.95), with or without a taiyaki cone ($1.99). Not sure if this is the norm, but there were only two flavors of soft serve. Vanilla and flavor of the week, which was mango. One got vanilla, the other got mango, and two got the swirl (both flavors swirled together). The taiyaki was warm and good, as were both soft serve flavors. My taro brûlée was okay. There wasn't a hug difference between the oreo so I initially I thought they mistakenly put boba in the wrong flavor. There were also clumps of heavy cream or something fatty that I'd suck up from time to time, which wasn't pleasant. Service was nice and fairly fast, but not sure if we just came at an off night or what, but I wasn't as impressed as I hoped to be.

Love that we found a local place for bingsu - or I think it's listed on menu as "bing snow" - but basically very fluffy, light and airy shaved ice - definitely distinct from Hawaiian shaved ice that I've had - both amazing in their own ways. Just the right amount of sweetness. Loved the fresh mango!

I love this spot! Fluffy Bear is a very cute place with very fun and tasty treats! I got strawberry snow with ice cream, it had chopped strawberries and it was overall very, light and sweet! I also ordered a Pengo drink and those are always the best! There is seating inside and it's located within a plaza, so there's plenty of parking There is cute artwork inside for some insta shoots!

There's a lot of options here but very cool and different. We all got different things in order to try something new. The sweet girls that worked there were very helpful and informative and when my son didn't like his dessert they happily switched it out for something else. Not a lot of places in Orange County offer boba as a topping on soft serve and I'm happy I found this place. The matcha soft serve was creamy and not too sweet and the boba quality was up there with the best of them. Will be returning to try their other flavors for sure read more

I'm usually not one to write reviews and purely use the app to choose places to eat, however after the service I received here I feel like it's the least I could do. To keep a long story short, I came in to fluffy bear because my little brother wanted a cookies and creme milkshake. When I arrived it was near closing so it wasn't really a surprise for me to hear that they were out of milk for the milkshakes. I understood so I went back to the car where my brother was waiting to ask if he wanted anything else, which he did not. I went back inside just to be respectful since I kept them waiting in case there was a second option, however when I walked back in I was told they sent an associate to quickly grab milk from the store in order to make my original order. Any place that goes out of there way just to make sure their customers leave happy and satisfied will always have my full business. Whoever the manager is at this location should be very proud of their employees, for they are doing a great job. read more

I usually don't stop by froyo places frequently at all, but I'm glad I stopped by! The taro and cookie dough swirl with honey boba was amazing. The flavors complimented each other well and the boba was great, super soft and chewy! I would come back! read more

Went to Fluffy Bear over the weekend with my sister. It is such a cute small dessert shop in Laguna Hills. I was contemplating on choosing the cookies and cream milkshake or the cookies and cream or taro ice cream. I saw photos from other yelpers and all looked delicious. I ended up ordering the cookies and cream milkshake. It was in a large cup with boba at the bottom and chocolate powder on the top. I have to say the drink was soooo yummy. It was really sweet and tasty. It was definitely worth the price! My sister got the taro milkshake. Would be coming back again in the future. Since, I have a sweet tooth, I will probably order the ice cream next time and customize it with my favorite toppings. Very cool place! Oh and the music was on point that day so made my day much better. Definitely great to check out during the weekend! :) read more

I came to Fluffy Bear for the first time and my experience was excellent, I was helped by a young lady named Anna and she did a great job of explaining the menu and unique items they have there. The prices are cheap and the item I got was fantastic. I got a Mango snow which is a little like shaved ice but much better and I don't know any other place that has it. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend you try it! read more

I came here with my friends after dinner and was so surprised by how beautiful this store was! The interior design was so adorable from their neon lights in the hall, other signs, and furniture. The employees were so helpful since it was our first time here. They explained items on the menu and gave samples of the ice cream. We instantly fell in love with the matcha! I absolutely love this place. It has all of my favorite milk tea flavor in ice cream form. My hands down favorite is their Thai Tea float with either cookies and cream soft serve or taro soft serve. Their brown sugar soft serve topped with boba was amazing. I enjoyed their green Thai tea bing snow. You can't go wrong with anything here! read more

Fluffy Bear menu is so much smaller now than before the merge with Pengo. Only 2 ice cream flavors and 6 dry toppings. Much more selection before. Serving size on toppings is way smaller than before. I like that they serve food now but I will no longer be coming here for dessert. I will miss the old Fluffy Bear. read more

Had the soft serve ice cream. Tasted fine, but certainly wasn't anything special, especially for the price. Unlimited toppings are great except there was no room left in the bowl, so you really can't add much. Maybe some of the other items are good, so, if you go, try something other than the soft serve ice cream. read more

Now, let's cut to this review for Feng Cha Laguna Niguel: Two praises I'd like to note: The consistently great boba and aloe vera quality, a cutely decorated shop with games to play, and a new "kid" named James! I've been coming to this location for 3+ years now, getting my all-time favorite Mango Fantasy at 50% (sometimes 75%), with aloe vera for less calories, or boba to help after a bad day at work hahaha Anyway, the owner is often there even though he's also a realtor. First off, we're a bit "ice cream" snobs. From shaved ice, fresh churned to soft serve we love it all. (If it's great quality) This Korean inspired shaved ice spot was perfect and exceeded expectations. The prices were reasonable and the flavors and combinations were fantastic. We were in town for a brief few days and stopped by numerous times. The shaved ice or "snow cream" was fantastic. Think this is what flavored snow would taste like! The flavor was not added on top but actually was the snow. We tried Taro (mix between a hint of vanilla and fruity pebbles) and strawberry (which had a very sweet strong strawberry flavor).. The portion sizes are huge for the price and you are full by the time you're to the bottom. I used to go Snow 2 Go nearby but their wait so long. They also have Boba drink which i can stop by instead of ShareTea , DingTea, or Lollicup. We ahave tried the Taro Milk tea which was delicious! We will be back again and again. We stopped by for the first time as a break on our 20 mile bike ride and we're so impressed! Anna, Jade and Noel are so wonderful and we witnessed them conduct such a compassionate civic duty. This is probably my favorite ice cream place in Laguna Hills. They just updated their full menu with milkshake and float drink. They also added boba and mochi as the add-on. I love the Matcha and Cookie n Cream swril here. Try their new item shave ice dessert ( bingsu snow ) and you won't regret. read more
