At the end of the night, I left thinking I had found the perfect spot to meet up with friends, unwind, and enjoy good vibes. Unfortunately, that feeling changed the next morning when I noticed my card had been charged a different amount than what I agreed to pay. Yes, I left a tip, but it appeared the total had been altered after the fact. I returned the next day to address the issue and was told that only the manager could assist me, and that I would need to come back after 6 p.m. No one acknowledged the problem, apologized for the inconvenience, or attempted to resolve the situation. I left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. The amount may have been small, but trust is everything when it comes to spending my money. At this point, I would spend more in gas driving back and forth than the amount that was overcharged. I had genuinely hoped this would become one of my regular spots, but after this experience, I won't be returning. Ordering through the Marriott app looked like a great option but it wouldn't work once they asked you how you'd like to pay. When you go downstairs and scan their QR code, it brings you to the same interface but on a website rather than an app, and that worked fine. The chicken wrap with fries was pretty good and was my go to. The house salad wasn't great and I wouldn't try it again. The half order of the tuna was decent but I loved the pickled veggies under them and would have just had a bowl of those! I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here but having this inside your hotel for convenience is nice.
